Sights and Bites was epic! If you go to Hawaii and you like food and sightseeing, believe you me that this is the tour for you. The icing on the cake is if you get Shelly as your tour guide!! 🙌👏😍😁 she is full of information and has an amazing personality. Thank you guys so much for such an unforgettable experience! We had an excellent experience with this tour and had a great guide/host in Ian. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but also casual in a way that felt like you had a friend on the island showing you around. The sites AND the bites were great - I didnt anticipate getting as full as I did. I recommend taking this tour on one of your first days on Oahu so you can get a lay of the land before exploring on your own during the rest of your trip.

Congrats to everyone who actually had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately I cannot say the same. DO NOT BOOK THE SNORKELING CIRCLE ISLAND TOUR. When we booked we were misled to think this was the best snorkeling tour. We saw maybe two turtles pop their heads out of the ocean, and the spot we were taken to was dirty. I tried to stay positive about it but my boyfriend and I were clearly not having a good time. Oh and don’t even get me started on the “snorkel equipment” taped up, and still with sand inside the mouthpiece! WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC! AND THE MOUTHPIECE WAS CLEARLY NOT SANITIZED! Honestly should be reporting this to the police over there considering how strict and careful Hawaii is. Don’t get me wrong the tour guide was nice and was informative but the tour is definitely not worth the 350 my boyfriend and I paid. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BOOK ELSEWHERE .

Ian was an amazing tour guide, very informative, humorous, prompt and got our group to each destination in a very timely matter. He gave us very interesting information about the Island and answered any questions we had. The tour in itself is absolutely amazing and the places we stopped at were breathtaking! Snorkeling is a must when you book this tour, we were lucky enough to see a Sea Turtle and even a Monk Seal.I would recommend this tour to any of my family and friends that visit here!!Cindy & Johnny from Jacksonville Florida

Chose this travel with the understanding of easier transport to the Arizona sight yet took forever to get on the taxi. Stated that it was going to start at 8.00 am yet pick up was at 8.30 and the entire trip was prolonged until 2 pm with no break for food or anything. Probably best to just take a trip to the Pearl harbor on your own.

Ian is an amazing guide...his knowledge of the islands and its history is the best in the business. The sites and bites tour was so much fun and ended to quickly...the tour bus was great they picked us up at a spot not far from our hotel. It was a great day well spent and I would recommend this tour to all.

A big chunk of the album is all about you and how you went above and beyond and made this trip so incredibly special. To get to watch our parents get celebrated at the luau was more than we could ever imagine. There isnt anything that can top that night and we are all still talking about it weeks later. We could have never planned anything that could even hold a candle to what you were able to do for us. I cant put into words how lucky we were and how thankful we were to get to meet you and for your thoughtfulness and kindness. You changed our lives and gave us the most wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. All of our friends and family that look through this album will read about you and your spirit of aloha that you share with so many people everywhere you go. This tour was amazing, great stops along the way and what really made it spectacular was the guide, Ian. He was just amazing, had tons of recommendations, insight, and knows about Hawaiian culture. I am so glad we chose this company and thank you to Ian for making it so special!

The driver was a local who shared many great tips for exploring Oahu. We took him up on several suggestions over our next week on the island. The Circle Tour itself was very fun and an excellent way to your trip started.If I could change one thing about the tour it would be to include the train ride at the Dole Plantation. We saw the mini-train going around and wished it was part of our package.

Went on a tour with my family of 5. The driver literally left without us after the first stop! Ruined our whole day, our vacation, and possibly our entire year. I will say that the guy driving the bus would be an excellent getaway driver the way he peeled out on us. Its almost like he watched the movie Drive the night before and was trying to do his best Ryan Gosling impression completely oblivious to the fact that he left behind people in the middle of nowhere in an unfamiliar place.

The bus sped away, my family of 5 was left stranded in the middle of nowhere forcing us to run a mile down the highway searching for a bus that doesn’t believe in head-counts. Incredibly unprofessional and was left scared for my life. I can guarantee this was not the first nor will it be the last time this travesty happens. There are various other tour companies in the area I would strongly advise you to find one of those.

Went on the sights and bites tour. The only thing good about this tour was Shelly, who was very gracious and informative, and the fact that you got to go around the whole island of Oahu. The negatives are that the food stops were very mediocre. You didnt really get to get out of the car at the best look out spots, and you had to pay for all of the food stops. I have traveled all over the world and usually do food tours, this is the first one where the food was not included. They gave us one dry donut, then took us to the gift shop of a Macadamia nut farm where we got free samples. We stopped on the side of the road for lunch and paid for really bad shrimp. Over the food portion of this tour is extremely bad. But the staff were great.

This was the worst tour ever. HOW ABOUT WE NEVER GOT PICKED UP!!! WE WAITED FROM 6AM TO ALMOST 8 AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. WE CALLED AND CALLED NO AMSWER WE LEFT MESSAGES NO RETURN CALL. When we finally got in touch with someone she said oh we dont open until 8 and they claimed we never called. When I told her we been waiting and no one showed up she dismissed it. and said we have to pay for a rescheduling fee. She clearly was joking as we were not paying more money. when she went into the driver notes the driver claimed we never showed up. I have receipts time stamped from the Cafe there.. So now I been calling from 2days to talk to a manager and she said oh sorry your going to get no help.This place was a joke. and I will be reporting them to BBB. not only did she refuse to refund us she refused to reschedule us.

The Circle Island Tour is worth EVERY single penny!!! The tour guide/driver Shelly is ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME!! DId you hear me, AWESOME!!!! I am convinced she was the best part of the tour, Im sure the other tour guides are just as great. Get to see the entire island and all of its beauty. Plenty of time given for scenic photo ops, bathroom breaks included ( and they are clean). Book the tour with this company. I know I will keep their site bookmarked for when I come back to Oahu

ABSOLUTELY fantastic tour guide (Cousin Kalai aka Big Sexy) was knowledgeable abt Hawaiian history, sites, and folklore. He has a great personality and was truly funny while being professional. The Sites & Bites tour itself gave a snapshot look at the islands scenic views, historic sites, and trendy food/snacks- with opportunities to sample! Loved the tour, loved Kalai more!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Only disappointment was that we didn’t know the DOLE Plantation was closed on Wednesdays so we had to skip that stop. Great to stop at all the local markets to buy authentic Hawaiian food and treats.

I had the chance to do the Road to Hana tour today and it was amazing! Jon-Lee was our driver and tour guide. He was full of information and so friendly throughout the entire tour. If you guys are looking for a guide for this ride, ask for Jon-Lee! Our tour was 12 hours long and I was happy to not drive!

I went on this tour with my family and the driver left without us on the first stop (there was no headcount done at all). I know it was an accident on the drivers part, but the company didnt do much to help us when we were stranded, just recommending we take a rideshare to get back to our hotel. It was very frustrating and I wouldnt recommend the experience to anyone.

We booked a tour with the Company to take us to Pearl Harbor. We called and emailed to confirm pick up but no one answered during their business hours. When at the pick up location the bus driver was very unprofessional and rude and would not allow us on the bus even with proof of purchase because the bus was full, which it was. So this tour company overbooked which the hotel front desk has said they have been doing ever since everything re opened in Hawaii and did not recommend this tour company any longer. The bus driver told us to call the office (this was for a 6:50 am pickup) but they do not open until 8. They never returned any of our calls or emails even when they opened. As the hotel recommended, we also recommend for everyone to avoid this tour company due to their poor and unresponsive service. Instead, we recommend Uber or a taxi to Pear Harbor which are much cheaper and the admission tickets are free to Pearl Harbor. Recommend to reserve in advance or there is a stand by line that moves quickly in the early morning.

This tour company is a bad look on Hawaii and these reviews are very misleading. To start, we all got on the bus and Shelley told us we would not be paddle boarding or kayaking because the guy called out sick...That is the main part of the tour and is falsely advertising what we paid a lot of money for. No way people would come to Hawaii just to see a couple farms and have their whole day wasted. Then, we are at the waterfall which was a good experience until Shelley left a family of 8 at the waterfall!!! She said they were 10 minutes late so she just left them there with no cell service for miles. I hope that family made it back home okay.... No tor guide should ever leave anyone behind. The rest of the tour all of us became super close looking out for each other to make sure she didnt leave us like she did them. She gave us 10 minutes at each spot and didnt even get out of the bus to explain what everything was she just gave us 10 minutes to look. This was a complete waste of my day and we should have gotten our money back or they should have cancelled the tour since there was no one to do paddle boarding and kayaking. When I told her this she argued with me. If I were you dont waste your time going on this tour. I think these reviews might be mostly fake considering my experience it does not reflect the experience. Be CAREFUL!!

Road to Hana tour is a great way to see the island. Curvy narrow roads, glad I didnt drive it. Really cool stops; water falls, black sand beaches, cliffs, trees, food, parks, turtles, whales, so much more. Big Thank You to Josh our driver 😎

STRANDED. DEHYDRATED.TERRIFIED. An embarrassment of a company!! Left in the middle of nowhere and costumer service was very little help. Still waiting to see if this amateur company will refund, compensate, apologize AND return the valuable items left on the bus. I wouldn’t put it past these people to stand idle and do nothing, which seems to be the only skill they possess. Unless you find enjoyment in feeling dismissed, neglected, and left behind I strongly advise you to skip this disturbing tour. This incident ruined my day and will leave me with traumatic episodes which I will be adding to the list of things to work out in therapy. Thanks for nothing Aloha Hawaii Tour (I didn’t feel an ounce of Aloha from these ne’er-do-wells).

The Road to Hana tour was most excellent! Our driver, Chase, made sure that we were well taken care of. He stopped or drove really slow so we could get as many photos as possible. The breakfast and lunch stops were fantastic. He provided a nice history of the road. We would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Maui.

The tour was excellent, the only bad part is waiting for the pick up. Waited for almost 30-45 minutes for pick up but if you are the one late for 5 minutes you will be left behind.

Ian and Mark, picked us up on time. Easy going, interactive and very knowledgeable. Touring all over the island was quick and informative. We saw some gorgeous beaches and took plenty of pictures

We had an unfortunate encounter with one of the tour guides from your company on 7/19/2021 while we were at Waimea Valley. We did not get his name, but he is a male, short stature medium to heavy build wearing a light teal Aloha shirt with similar color shell-like earrings. He acted as if he was staff at Waimea Valley and instructed me and my family to stand back in line to pay to enter since we were not part of his tour group. However, we already had reservations which were paid for in advance. I tried to explain to him that we were instructed by staff to enter through the gate to show our wristband. He continued to state to stand back in line and pay. That only his tour group can go through the gate. We stood back in line. When he came closer, I kindly asked him if he worked for Waimea Valley. He stated no, that he was a tour guide. I further told him that we were instructed by Waimea Valley Staff to enter the gate and that he should not have interfered. We did not have to stand in line. Your tour guide became verbally aggressive and threatening. Stating that “don’t try to have beef with me”… “you messed with the wrong local bruddah”. I said that was unnecessary since all he needed to do was listen and not interfere since he wasn’t staff at the location. He continued to speak aggressively and insisted that we “messed with the wrong local bruddah”. What was the purpose of stating that? To further threaten us that he will cause us troubles for us while we are here on the island? I told him that he had bad mana. It was such a shame that he represented your company with such a poor attitude. He does not represent the majority of the people of Hawaii. He doesn’t represent the overall kindness that the locals have extended to all guests. Waimea Valley staff were witness to this and were able to provide me with the name of the company he worked for. I was also able to see him in your tour van. I’ve attached pictures. I hope this will not recur because his actions reflected poorly on your tour company and most of all the Aloha spirit.Update: the company has replied back and performing their own investigation.

We had a tour planned and we were at our meeting place early. After an hour waiting we began calling the number listed and only received an answering machine. Another hour passed and many calls later we left. When back at our motel we continued to leave messages for a call back, which we never received, I finally reached a person (4 hour after our pick up time). The person I talked to assured us an operator would contact us. We were never again contacted by anyone from this company. We understand things happen, but the fact that we were never contacted following the bus not showing up says a lot about this company. Would not recommend at all.

We did this tour 12/12/20, it was their first tour since Covid. Cy was our tour guide and did a phenomenal job. This tour allowed us to experience excellent snippets of what this beautiful island has to offer. Cy was super knowledgeable and we loved our personable he made the tour. I would highly recommend.

The drive left without us . We were in front of the pickup location at 7:30 . It was definitely my error for not seeing the confirmation that the bus would be there at 7:25. According to the customer service the driver said he waited until 7:32 which is untrue we could see the pickup location from our hotel room. We were walking down the street at 7:25pm and there was only on direction the bus could come was towards my direction. There were no buses out there.The is so heartbreaking on my birthday we have a time stamp photo. So disappointed in the service. Speaking of customer service Between my sister and I we made about 30 calls and several messages before someone answered to phone . First I spoke to Jean who didn’t want to give my money back saying it wasn’t the drivers fault and he waited. Luckily she found out I bought thru Groupon. I couldn’t imagine what would have happened if I bought directly thru them. I was able to get a refund thru Groupon. Every one I spoke to over the phone was very respectful however they did not deliver on a promise call back about scheduling a different tour

We had Nate, take us on the air conditioned bus to Pearl Harbor for the morning. Nate was really insightful and communicative about history of Pearl Harbor and Hawaii including all the people who lived here during that time. He also showed us some great places to eat locally on the way down and where we could try Hawaiian cuisine. He was fund and entertaining and welcomed all of us to ask questions. Pearl Harbor is a must see, so much history here and amazing what remains in the sight. You can add on extra tours to view extra parts of the museum. Nate drove us around and showed us some other beautiful sites of Hawaii and was very kind to drop us off near the eateries he told us about in the morning.

We did the Pearl Harbor tour which was one of the most important things on my bucket list to do. I feel as an American it is important to see, know, and remember. We were picked up at 5:30 in the morning in a bus with a group of people from all the world and we met some wonderful people. Uncle Nate did an excellent job on explaining some history points and areas around Waikiki. When you get the Patriotic bug and you are in Waikiki, take Aloha Tours!

We did an Aloha Hawaii Tour in September with Damon as our tour guide on the Road to Hana. He is a local boy who really knew so much about the Maui Island. We enjoyed many photo ops, meals and laughs with Damon. I would recommend his tour to any one! 5 stars.

This was an excellent your and I am so happy I went with Aloha Hawaii tours for the Road to Hana tour. Sometimes when you use a Groupon the company isnt that great, but these guys were. We had Walter as our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and didnt act like he was just trying to get a big tip in the end. He seemed like he really enjoys what he is doing and he was a great driver on a road I wouldnt want to drive. Highly recommend these guys and ask for Walter to be your tour guide!

We had such a great time with Cousin Nate this morning! Its great to see someone who really enjoys their job. He kept us entertained the whole bus ride to and from Pearl Harbor! The yummy fresh donuts and coffee was a great bonus!

Cousin Nate, as he told us to call him, was such a thoughtful and entertaining tour guide to Pearl Harbor and around the city of Honolulu. We felt safe and comfortable with his guidance. In the wee dark morning hour of 5 am, we were surprised that the tour guide getting off the bus to pick us up for our tour was the same talented lead member of the band we saw the night before. He is talented and very respectful of the military and the Hawaiian culture. He was happy to share some of his knowledge.

I did the Pearl Harbor Sunrise Tour on a Saturday. It was a very early start as my pickup was 5:45. Which leads me to my only suggestion for improvement. After the others were picked up, we spent 20-30 mins at the zoo parking lot for donuts and coffee as the visitor center at PH didnt open until 7. To me, the extra time for a donut was not necessary. Instead, I would have preferred the trip be a little later and longer. Three hours at PH goes by fast (10am return to the bus) and its not long enough to take in all of the exhibits and museums. Now for the positives....Cousin Nate our driver and one of the owners was a great guide. He had the right mix of comedy, history, and instruction. He was very responsible for the people on the tour. The bus was comfortable and clean. Definitely enjoyed...I just felt like I needed to drive back to PH to take in another hour or two to see it all. Well done.

We went on the all day island tour with Cy today and he was awesome. Funny, courteous and lots of knowledge...he kept us in the loop about where we was, where we were going and how long it was going to take to get there. He ask us continually if we had any questions and if we were all doing ok. When someone ask a question he not only answered it but made sure we all heard the question & the answer. Fantastic way to spend the day & how lucky we were to have Cy as our tour guide. He is most definitely a gem!

Our road to Hana was a great tour. Our driver Damien (the local boy) was a very good tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. I did not get to see theturtles in Honolulu, but Damien made sure that I saw them in Maui. Thank you Damien for a beautiful trip to Hana.

Enjoyed a circle island tour celebrating Carolyns 30th birthday with our tour guide, Kelly! Kelly was fun and very knowledgable about Hawaii; she was very kind and patient with our sometimes rowdy group! We had a ball! We got off and on again at many sights; Kelly was full of information about each stop! She had pastry for us in the morning, and stopped us at a wonderful roadside shrimp shack for lunch! Everyone had an awesome time! Thanks Kelly!

Chris was our tour guide. From beginning to end he was very professional, friendly and kind. He made our tour fun and interesting. Taught us a lot about Hawaiian history. You could tell he was happy to be there. Made for a great experience and lasting memory.

This was a great Island tour. Our guide was fantastic he made us feel that we were part of his family and he was Uncle. He knew a lit about the Islands and there history. He was born here, went a Hawaiian school just for Hawaiians, went to college on the main land and ca and e back to Oaho his home. We had a very good day. And food was good

Cousin Nate was great! Very knowledgeable about the Hawaiian Culture and even gave us free donuts and coffee on our way to our Pearl Harbor. Advice: be on time or you’ll have to Uber/bus yourself back. 4/5 because my email confirmation said the tour is over at 10am (which it did) but I wasn’t aware of stopping by the veterans cemetery and downtown Honolulu. I only paid my meter enough trill we get back at 11am but didn’t get back till 11:45. Not cousin Nate’s fault but maybe include these on the confirmation email? Overall, I would’ve given 5/5 if it weren’t for that issue. Would recommend it to anyone - saves you the hustle of driving and the trouble of looking for parking.

The Circle Island Tour was amazing from the beginning to the end. Starting with a very funny guide name Ian and the super driver Kelly ! They put so much energy during the tour making sure everyone was having a great time. The island tour was great and absolutely beautiful. I would totally recommend it and recommend them. If you are with guide Ian you will have so much fun !! Enjoy guys :)

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and Oahu was our first stop. For the time and money, we did right to take this tour. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful, and he encouraged us to ask questions. However, he also took way too long at the beginning to inform the international guests about the necessity of tipping himself and the driver. There were other less-than-welcomed comments, but overall he did provide a good tour. A different guide from a bus that piggy-backed the tour was awesome! We were able to sidle along with him periodically.The highlight of the tour was snorkeling. Both guides worked well together. One scouted along the beach for turtles resting on the sand, and kept watch on those swimming. The other went in the water to help us find turtles in the water. Both were successful! There were restrooms in the area and an outside shower for rinsing off - with plenty of time to use both.I recommend this tour. We did, btw, tip our tour guide and driver. Maybe our guide was having an off day. Nonetheless we appreciated their time, effort, knowledge, and the safe transport. :)

Did the Road To Hana trip with Chris for the entire day. Had a wonderful time and saw the entire island.... Turtles, black beaches, waterfalls.... Chris was extremely informed and ensured that our entire party was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. My favorite part was Chris getting me to swim through a waterfall!!! I highly recommend this daytrip for those who want to see Maui. Time well spent on vacation!

I took the Sites and Bites island tour on January 16th. I can’t remember our guides name but he was a native to the Island and was bald. He was so nice, funny, and so knowledgeable. I learned so much from him about Oahu. We stopped at some great look out points with amazing views of the ocean and even caught sight of a whale. We were also able to see some turtles. It was a great experience and would highly recommend it!

We took the Pearl Harbor tour w Gonzo and he was great! 5 stars for Gonzo. Our guide took care of us, was super knowledgeable, and made everything smooth, and enjoyable. He was the best guide and driver, and a serviceman in the Navy.If you go to Oahu you have to go to Pearl Harbor. Gonzo took us around the city afterward, he entertained us and brought us to places we would never have seen without Aloha Hawaii Tours. Thank you Gonzo! We had Nate take us on our tour and he was funny, very knowledgeable of Pearl Harbour and Oahu as a whole. Also took us to Punchbowl Cemetery and the Royal Palace and he certainly new his stuff. Nate is a credit to his city.

My husband and I took the road to Hana tour this week and we had an incredible experience due to our guide/driver Walter. We were picked up promptly in front of our resort and he greeted us warmly. He memorized everybodys name and remembered where we were all from. It was like we were a family or Ohana as they say here. He had wealth of information and he was able to share everything while driving on crazy roads to Hana. We stopped at all the beautiful parts of the drive. It is so cool that we were driving in the jungle on a tour bus. After we visited Hana, we saw more beautiful scenery from the cliff which was my favorite. We are so glad we took this tour because there is no way we could have driven on that crazy road. I would really like to recommend that everybody take this tour instead of driving. Thank you so much Walter for such an amazing experience !

My family and I just did the Pearl Harbor tour. What a wonderful experience. Cousin Nate was very knowledgeable, professional and funny. The malasadas and coffee was a nice treat along with the water bottles they provided for everyone. The bus was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book with them again!! Mahalo!!

The Road to Hana was a brilliant day out. It is more scenic and grander than our Great ocean road in Australia. It is a must to see and experience when visiting Maui.Thanks to our guide Chase who manoeuvred the tour bus around those 670 bends along the magnificent road to Hana, pointing out things of interest as well as giving the associated history of places visited. We enjoyed your sense of humour and chit chat along the way.The breakfast at Tante cafe was amazing and the lunch included was delicious. The drinks and snacks along the way were appreciated.

The EARLY morning Pearl Harbor tour with Cousin Nate is ABSOLUTELY worth the early rise while on vacay. We were first treated with still-warm malasadas from Leonards bakery and hot Kauai coffee. We were first in line for Pearl Harbor entry...long before the crowds and the heat make it difficult to appreciate. Afterward, we saw the very best sites of Honolulu, the Capitol building, palaces, one of four Kamehameha gold statues, etc. Then he dropped us off in front of our hotel before Noon. Do this tour! It does not disappoint. And then you have the rest of the day to enjoy Oahu!

Sean was super punctual, he said what time wed get back down to mile marker ETA, the food was awesome, the Sean stops were really enhancing to the trip. The trip was eleven hours but I do not believe you could do it right for less. Amazed at climate changes and vistas that went from jungle to arid mountains, just stunning, highly recommend! Also, highly suggest asking for Sean.

We got lucky and had a Cousin Nate as our tour guide. Nate made the whole experience so informative and fun. Don’t know if you can request him but if you can you should. Thanks Cousin Nate.

Did the road to Hana tour in September. It was a beautiful tour. John was our driver and he was fabulous! So much knowledge and kindness and of course very impressive driving and many good stories. Everything was perfectly timed so many beautiful sights and options to swim and take photos. So many delicious food and drinks stops. Highly recommend! Loved the island tour. Cy was a great tour guy, very friendly and informative! Also got to snorkel with the turtles and learned so much about Oahu. Just be prepared to see a lot in a short amount of time!

This tour was very disappointing! And I was told this is a deluxe tour?! We spent a lot of time picking up passengers (at least 2 hrs to pick up and 2 hours to drop them back). I think coordinating these drop and pick-ups needs to be managed better. We were picked up as one of the first and dropped towards the end. I feel most of the tour was spent in the bus. I also feel that we didn’t stop by all the best areas, which is supposed to be the point. I remember doing this drive long time ago and saw so much more than what was offered on this tour. I feel the drive was fast so we couldn’t take much time taking pictures when we didn’t stop. The breakfast offered at Tante’s also was not very good. Very average at best. Our tour guide also didn’t take time to give us an in depth overview of many sights, etc. Again very disappointed and would warn anyone thinking of doing this tour...I feel cheated after spending so much money for me and my family.

While visiting Waikiki my fiance and I booked the North Shore Beach Bus tour. Our tour guide was Bo, and he made the tour an absolutely amazing experience for us. This tour was by far one of the best days on our trip. We saw so many turtles - and Bo made sure that the animals were respected by ensuring everyone knew not to get too close to them, it was really great to see his respect for the animals. Bo also answered lots of questions we had about the North Shore and surfing - we learned so much which really enhanced our experience. We got to see surfing, the famous huge waves of the north shore, turtles, had an amazing shrimp lunch, paddle boarded and visited the dole plantation. It was a wonderful day and Bo was by far the best tour guide we had during our time in Waikiki!

Pretty disappointed with these scam artist. All I wanted to do was visit the pearl harbor state park which I now understand was free. I was told multiple times from multiple people I needed to go on a tour and there was no public parking. Now that I found this was a lie and tried to cancel they said sorry but your lost. We must pay for a tour and no refund. Be careful with these people. There are to many other companies out there willing to make it right and not lie. Just so dissapointingShow less

Wonderful and fun-filled day with Sean Storm guiding us on the road to Hana. We had a great time, learned a lot from Sean and saw so many beautiful sites. Hes a great driver and guide and would recommend this company and this driver to anyone. Sean went out of the way to make our day special. Went out with Kentucky today. What an amazing day. If you have a chance trust me take this company for a island tour you will not be disappointed. My daughter and I have never snorkeled with Turtles before that was amazing.

We did the bus island circle tour on tues10/1 it is a great tour well worth the money but might I say that our tour guide Uncle Tony made a great trip absolutely fantastic he was knowledgeable friendly funny yet serious and honest when need be if I can get him as a guide again I absolutely will

We were never picked up for our tour on Aug 19/18 at the Sheraton. We had booked for the Road to Hanna tour in Maui and on the day for our tour no one picked us up. A driver for the company did come and pick up 4 other people, but told us we were not on their list of people to pick up and to wait for another bus. After waiting for 1.5 hours for someone to pick us up we finally called the head office. After 1.5 hours of being on hold, talking to 3 different people and being told go out and wait for the bus some more we were finally given a truthful answer that no one was going to pick us up that day. We were given the phone number of Dee the area Manager, but she wasnt answering the phone calls of the staff at Aloha Hawaii Tours so we did not think she would answer our calls. Steve that finally gave us the truthful answer that no one was going to pick us up did offer us half off for the tour the next day, but that day was our last day of our Honey Moon so we couldnt take the offer. We accepted a full refund and given an email stating we would get a full refund. As of 3 days later, we still have not gotten our refund yet. After having our last day of our Honey Moon ruined by this company I would advise that if you do book with this company I would call the day before to confirm pick up. Thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful tour of Pearl Harbor, the Arizona memorial and points of interest throughout Honolulu and Waikiki. Our tour guide, Cy, was so warm, funny and simply fabulous! Starting our tour at 6 AM, he have our group a special surprise stop at Leonards for fresh malasadas. I believe it speaks volumes if a guide can keep his group laughing and captivated this early in the morning :). We would highly recommend this tour from Aloha Hawaii!

Went on the Oahu circle tour today with the lovely Ian and Denis. The tour was entertaining, informative and insightful. My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner.Mahalo!

Took the tour to Pearl Harbor with Honolulu tour. Our Guide was Paul and Paul is awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly though his head is a bit too small for hats. Highly recommend, this was one of our best tours! Vans are also very nice and new.

Traveled the road to Hana with our tour guide Chris. He did a nice job and was especially helpful in getting us into the waterfall pools and under the falls. The food stops were very good, also.
