Called and ask for a quote on one of their machine and one of the sales person said he will call back. Twenty minutes later I received no calls. I called them back and they guy i talked too said that Bob will call and take care of me, all day i had no call from the company. Thanks for nothing

On beginning of June 2016 I got a notice from the insurance company that some of our baking equipment has to be remove from our location due to safety Hazards. Adam ( owner son who just took over the company management) was the only one who was willing to hear my urgency and come with solution. He sent me a huge sliding bed truck with a huge bobcat forklift, they transfer the equipment to a permitted location and issue was over . All 3 of the guys I interacted with during my equipment rental were strait forward and solid guys. On time, lift worked well. Even called to double check before drop off to make sure everything was right & tight. Will rent again soon! Mahalo guys!
