Incredible building, well-maintained and well-staffed. The on-site manager has great communication and problem solving skills, shes great to talk to about anything. Overall, incredible building, thumbs up!!;

Place feels like a military dormitory. Laundry machines smell musty. Cockroaches are abundant.Good location, close to a lot of Waikiki attractions.

Nice and cozy

The entire building is under construction (~ September).I only have one window open and I can not open all the windows.The construction worker should go to the balcony and close the door during the day, and there is noise. No air conditioning
