Older condo building that has tenants living there between two towers aa well as though who are renting the bed & bedfreakst.Great viewBiggie boards and beach chairs to useNo dishwasher, had to wash dishes. Divider wall between bedroom and living room not working (maintenance removed it). Air conditioner filter needs to be changed (maintenance removed it). Refrigerator and freezer inside light not working. Table on balcony broken and laying down (maintenance removed it). Drapes in bedroom off track and broke. Carpet has several stains in kitchen table and living room area. Crack and hole in wall in kitchen. No dishwasher so need to clean dishes before leaving. Air conditioner only in living room and hard to get air circulating to bedroom...suggest getting isolating fan for bedroom. Sofa couch is really bad, thin and uncomfortable

Stayed on the 37th floor. The location and view was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

A nice place to stay

Koko Resorts does an amazing job. Everyone staying at the Waikiki Banyan should stay with them! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. Weve stayed with them a few times in the Banyan and weve never had a bad experience; I only have good things to say! The rooms are always super clean when we arrive, and you can see no signs of previous visitors. While the rooms are not super spacious, they are better than you would expect in Waikiki! They have full sized kitchens and bathrooms. For families, they can provide air mattresses so everyone has a bed to sleep on. They also can provide beach toys, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and more. The hotel itself has a pool, hot tub, barbecues, tennis court, playground for kids, and more! Highly recommend staying with Koko Resorts at the Waikiki Banyan! Prices are so reasonable and I can guarantee you that your stay will be excellent.

This place is way to strict a kid jumped once and said there gonna have to kick them out unprofessional people here bad place to stay do not come and rooms aren’t fully clean

Koko resorts really made our stay in Oahu special!... The condo was very clean and beautiful and we were right next to the Waikiki Beach! Parking was really nice and everything was ready for us upon arrival. Never had to interact with anyone at the desk; all details were set ahead of time and it made us feel like it was our home away from home! I highly recommended this company and will be using them for our next stay in Oahu!

Reasonable price, clean room, great breakfast buffet

I wouldn’t recommend booking with this company.My husband had military orders to move to Hawaii and needed some temporary lodging. KoKo Resorts was great in making it work with the military rate. However, when the DoD travel ban was instituted, his orders were cancelled. All our other reservations, including other lodging, flights, car rentals, etc, fully refunding whatever deposits we had paid - except KoKo Resorts. They refused to give back the $150 deposit. It’s just short cited and shows corporate greed. My husband now has new orders for later in the year and we would’ve booked with KoKo again - but won’t since their refund policy during this epidemic is extremely off putting.

Koko Resorts is wonderful! I was so happy to find a company that if you book through them, you get FREE parking, FREE internet, NO resort fees and... you get to pick your unit so you know exactly what you are getting in advance, its such a great value. The savings on parking and resort fees add up quickly so Koko is my go to for booking at this property. Ive now stayed in 4 different units and they have all been wonderful. This past visit, the unit I chose was on the 6th. floor pool deck, the pic I attached is the sunset from the lanai. The Waikiki Banyan itself is in a perfect location, close to the best part of Waikiki beach and walking distance to all that Waikiki has to offer. The building has a great pool deck with hot tubs, basketball/tennis court, a playground and a snack bar... dont miss the coffee shop in the lobby! Do not hesitate to book the Waikiki Banyan through Koko Resorts, you wont be disappointed.

We stayed for a couple of weeks. The apartment had everything it said it would and everything we needed. Clean with a deck that we enjoyed in the early morning and a cool one in the evening.

As a condo owner Koko Resorts is highly responsive, responsible and very communicative concerning all my queries and needs. I could not be a remote owner without them!

Koko Resorts has great attention to detail, and the sweeping views of Diamond Head and the ocean are postcard perfect! Love this place!
