I moved to Hawaiki Tower in April and it’s such a great location, friendly people and sophisticated system of always available elevators, a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and outside areas. There is an outside BBQ area, tennis courts and a stretching area. The only thing missing is a gym, so I joined island fitness two buildings down .The apartment is nice, the ac works well, kitchen and bathrooms all good. The main plus is location. Everything is in walking distance or I just take a bike right in front of the building . Foodland, Wholefood, Ala Moana shopping center, Ala Moana Beach, Waikiki, Blasedell Arena, hundreds of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The only downfall is my parking spot. It’s so tiny, I will never be able to buy a car larger than a compact- but who needs a fancy car when one can walk everywhere .
Nice spacious lobby, was quiet when I visited, guest parking is right by the entrance, which is convenient
I am a resident of this building, I took my 7 years old nephew to swim at this property last month. We were having fun swimming and laughing in the pool, then all the sudden a security came up to me and asked me to keep our voice down because there’s a complaint of loud noise. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. There’s older man came to me and asked me if my nephew is crazy because his laughing is too loud. If anyone wants to swimming in this pool, better watch out for those senior citizens because they don’t take noise very well.
No assistance.
I love it here. Amazing view. Great pool and jacuzzi. Poolside has great place for kids to play.
