Rented out an apartment from Map Vision, Kenji Iwasa, for 6 months. When I first moved in the place was disgusting. The couch was moldy, the carpet was stained everywhere, dead roaches everywhere, and bedbugs in the mattress. First of all, to rent an apartment with bed bugs and cockroaches went against the lease agreement Second, he refused to refund me the $400+ I spent on cleaning. Now here’s the worst part, when it came to the end of my lease and I asked for my security deposit back he gave me back $24!!! Charged me $550 for cleaning fees on a apartment smaller than 600sqft, and that I left in better condition than found. Never rent from these people, you’ll just end up getting your money stolen.

Staff are very friendly in other languages and help with the tanentss necessary solve with the situation, they do working on n narrow deal

I rented an apartment from them. Everything was amazing... til the end. They took $800 of my security deposit for a deep clean on an apt that is less then 1100 sqft. To top it all off I can get it done for less then $400. One of the worst companies I have dealt with.#windsor waikikiTom G.
