We recently sold our Kauai condo and I can only say that our realtor Tim Mira was unprofessional, unresponsive and dishonest. Had also offered to pay me $2,500 at closing because of all the problems we had with him which he never paid me, and in addition he never returned my calls or emails.My wife and I experienced the the worst real estate transaction in nearly every way with Tim Mira and Corcoran pacific Properties. After the eventual closing which took nearly 3 months because of Tims incompetence as a realtor I contacted Paul Roy at Corcoran pacific and he was was of no help and did nothing but give excuses and ultimately cover for Tim Mira, taking no responsibility. I would absolutely not recommend that anyone ever use Corcoran Pacific Properties and specifically Tim Mira.

Called to simply inquire about a property. I have a lot of circumstances that I wanted to discuss and the man who answered the phone was completely insensitive. Began the phone call complaining about how he had a meeting soon, then said “let me stop you there you’re rambling”, then finally said “you have a lot of issues” and hung up on me. Phone call lasted maybe 3 minutes. Sure I had some issues, but that’s no way to treat a prospective client. Should’ve listened to me respectfully then gave me answers like a normal human being. Do not recommend.

My support in renting my condominium unit in Kaneohe has been consistently professional, timely -- urgent really, and has always been managed to maximize my interests in the property. Highly satisfied!

We stayed at Nani Wai in Hawaii Kai for our dream vacation. The location was perfect for our extended families needs. The spacious house was well stocked with plenty of towels etc. & spotlessly clean.We made good use of the pool, kayak & paddle board provided. Unfortunately, the spa was not working. Numerous technicians were sent to try & get it working but further parts were needed. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

We stayed at one of their Ko Olina properties for 6 nights in Aug 2014 (Beach Tower 904). It was a gorgeous and perfectly maintained villa. Management team is very professional and responsive. From reservation to check in and out, everything went smoothly. Their manager is on site and so any issue is resolve very quickly. I will rent from them again in a heart beat.

This website is very useful for me. A very good feature is that it allows for filtering with price and location. However, sometimes, some units found on other websites are not listed here.

Had a bad experience with a realtor. He would text me my guinea pig contract for the next six months with a contract I signed. I told him that what he did was very disrespectful. Luckily the mortgage officer helped me out and she deserves the one star. However, I would never recommend this real estate company after the respect I was given by the realtor.
