Do not recommend. I stayed at 1887 and iI have never seen this many roaches in my life. Kitchen and bathroom. I have asked service many times and I was only given a few of traps and some gel. Every night was a nightmare as I cant eat nor take shower.

All the amenities as needed, good location just a short walk to beaches either side. If shoppings your thing the Ala Moana mall is just a short walk away. The terrace is quite small and not really big enough to sit and relax in. Would stay again, good value.

Near to beach and trolley. The condos have either city or harbour view. The price usually reflects the status (renovated, view etc) of the room. Of course the AC is loud, but if you leave it on for a view hours before bed and turn it off then, its ok through the night (worked for me). Unbeatable really is the trolley stop at the Ilikai Hotel just 100 m over the street, connects you with the heart of Waikiki for $2.

Fantastic experience. We stayed at #1692 which is two stairs below top floor. The view from the unit is incredible panorama. We several time could watch a beautiful rainbow during morning time. Also the fire works from the lanai was big fun!The room was so clean and modern style. We could use a advanced high technology massage chair by free of charge!! The kitchen was also fantastic which is equipped by every necessary tools. Breakfast and dinner was far better than any other nice restaurants! if you are willing to cock by your self.

If you face the ocean it offers very nice views from the apartment to enjoy the sunset or just watch the calm of the ocean. It is close to the beach and the building is well maintained and nice. They are planning a pool on the roof which will definetly be a nice addition of it is actually gets built.

Our host was very welcoming and the apartment was absolutely great. Plenty of space with amazing view of the beach. 5 minutes walk to Ala Moana shops. McDonalds on the corner. 2 mins walk to the beach. Trolley stops not far from which can be taken to go to Waikiki. There is a key pad so no need to worry about keys.

Absolutely great place to stay at! Watch out if youre renting any condos from Alii Beach rentals, though: their rates for long-term stays for the unit we stayed in and that they manage at the Ilikai Marina have doubled (yes: doubled) overnight. Try to rent units out of this absolutely great building from another property management company, especially if youre contemplating stays of 2 weeks or more. Its worth shopping around in this particular case.

Through Airbnb, we rented a condo at the Ilikai Marina and had a grand time living like a local. We cooked our own breakfast, some dinners, enjoyed the marina view from our living room, had a pass to an adjacent pool and found the location central, providing easy access to major highways and shops.Highly recommend!

We stayed here in May 2017 and rented a condo that faced the marina. We had a gorgeous view and the neighborhood is very quiet. I am not used to the humidity so the air conditioner was probably working properly Im just not used to the climate. Lots of things are within walking distance such as shopping and restaurants and a nice walk along the beach. I would stay here again.

We stayed in #765 and found a really comfortable condo. Well equipped and the king size bed was one of the best we have slept in as it was not too hard or too soft - just right! We had some problem with the telephone but when we rang Alice she attended to it immediately. We would book this condo again should we come back to Honolulu. We would also recommend this condo to any of our friends coming over from Australia. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Comfortable, cozy and amazing views. Check the options on Airbnb before your next trip. Parking in the garage isnt free but you can purchase up to a week in advance at a reduced rate. Conveniently located at Alamo Moana and Hebron and a very short stroll to Hilton Hawaiian Village and Waikiki. The Chart House restaurant on the first floor serves great beer and small plates. The Marina side gets you a Marina and Ocean view while the City view side gets you an almost daily rainbow.

Stayed two weeks in #1384.. a wonderful experience with a kitchen better equipped than my one at home. Gorgeous view from balcony, best seat in the house to see the Hawaiian Village Fireworks (Tues/Friday evenings at 7:00 pm).. HUGE King Sized bed (really, it is oversized) as well as a comfortable futon (double) in the living room. Beautifully positioned between Fort DeRussey Park and Ala Moana, walkable to everything. Bus service easy and accessible, a terrific grocery store within a few blocks as well as an ABC Market just across the street. This is BEACHFRONT property, and at $149/night (split between my daughter and myself) the most beautiful vacation spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The decor is quite dated, but its clean. There is a laundry area which is great. We found the people/residents here very friendly. And definitely cheaper than staying at one of the local resort hotels. There is a Me Donalds, ABC store, Subway restaurant, and car rental places right across the street. There is also an Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster attached, as well as a local pizzeria. An IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Tony Romas was within walking distance. Was within walking distance to a Foodland grocery store, which was great. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & well maintained with newish appliances, tv, washing machine, dryer, etc. Building dates back to maybe 50s or 60s but has been generaly well kept. Just stayed 5 nights at the Ilikai Marina building in room 1187. Our flight landed in HNL at 1030am. Check-in time was 3pm so we went and got some brunch and did a little driving around Waikiki. At 3pm, we went to the room and the cleaning lady was still there (my wife and I were pretty tired from the 5 hour flight from Sacramento and 4 hours of walking and driving around Waikiki). We wanted to sleeeep!! The lady said come back in an hour because she was still cleaning. So we left and came back, the room was clean. 1187 is a city view, not ocean. Pros: Very well equipped with kitchen and beach amenities. Bathroom was clean, parking garage parking spaces were spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Cons: Air Conditioner is loud, very loud. Had to leave the air on at night because its just way to warm in Honolulu. Patio sliding window was very hard to open. Had to yank it open every time. the whole building is being renovated. $20.00 parking per 24 hours. No swimming pool. The mattress was very firm( I cant sleep on hard beds). No complimentary coffee. I would probably stay somewhere else next time Im in Waikiki.

Well placed and well equipped with a great view over the marina from the Hilton Village to the cruise port. A short walk to buses and trollies although The Bus can be a long wait depending on where you are heading. Dont dismiss the local ABC shop for food if youre relying on walking as other outlets are some distance. The only item we missed from our apartment was an electric kettle as boiling water on the hob was time consuming.

I recently went to ilikai marina condos in Hawaii (December 23rd December 30) we stayed in condo 642 and I have to say it was awful the building was built in the 1960s and unfortunately the bathroom and kitchen where probably still the same ones they need a renovation gut job they were dirty paint flaking off kitchen cupboards on opening draws they smelt fusty the shower has a 2 foot tiled wall to climb over either way and the shower faucet was only around 5 foot 5 in height baseboards were dirty and had paint peeling off the kitchen stove had 4 cooking rings on it and only one worked but I would not of wanted to cook in the kitchen even if I was starving, The rest of the hotel was nice clean as described in on line reviews, we only booked a room with a kitchenette to save money on eating out which did not happen we paid a lot of money for this holiday probably more than normal as it was Christmas week and because of the horrible room it did not meet our expectations please dont let any more of your costumers have the displeasure of staying in this room until it has a major gut job, we didnt bring this up with any hotel staff as they where not open for the first 4 days of our holiday due to the Christmas break so for the last 3 days we just put up with it after paying $4500 for a 7 night stay its fair to say we are very disappointed
