Got charged $300 for deep cleaning/Covid fee for an already clean condo.No mention of this kind of charge in the lease. Renters beware.

Stayed at Ilikai #1239. The place was ready when we arrived. Great View. Management was great & helpful. They checked on us to make sure everything was going well. They supplied us with kitchen supplies. You can cook if you want. Apart from having issue with the A/C in the master bedroom, everything else was great.Overall, the place was amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. I would recommend Captain Cook Real Estate. Thank for having us

Amazing experience. The condo was a few minutes walk from Waikiki beach and service was flawless. And we appreciated the good equipment- from the many beach towels to the body board ;-)

I had been looking for a 6 month furnished rental. They were expensive and ugly. I found the perfect place near the marina through this realtor company. Love it!
