DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! My mom left her phone behind in the car that took us back to the Honolulu airport when we realize it was too late the place was already close when we went back and confirm my moms phone was in deeded in the car we rented. Unfortunately, we had to still catch our fight back home to MN. We call back the next business day and they said our phone will be mailed back by UPS and charges will go on card that was on file. That was on 07/25/21 today is 08/11/21 we have not heard back from anyone and every time we call no ones answers or returns our voicemails. So sad that everyone in the island was nice but this will be our lasting ugly memory. They do not even deserve one star.

I reserved a car with them in March 2020. When we arrived they told us they over booked and rented a new car for us. We had rented a van, to fit 6 people. They rented us a 5 person car. After I called them, they reserved a van for us but it cost an additional $175. They said they would reimburse it. Now 10 months later they are not returning my phone calls or emails. They STILL have not refunded me my money. Save yourself the hassle, book with anyone else!

Booked a rental car (passenger van) through Priceline which gave us a vehicle through Ace Rent a car. Upon arrival, the lady at the counter said they didn’t have any vehicles available, nothing. The lot was full of vehicles and were in the middle of a pandemic where people aren’t traveling. She told me it’s not their fault and to contact Priceline. Imagine traveling thousands of miles to Hawaii, your first stop is to get your mode of transportation and they tell you to leave. Terrible service

I suspect this company is no longer in business as they do not answer the phone and do not return calls for days on end. I just talked to several businesses in the neighborhood, they said this place is CLOSED!

Fast and streamlined service with airport shuttle available. We were in and out in a timely manner with excellent help from knowledgable, friendly, and courteous staff. The rental was very well priced, especially considering that we needed the car for a longer period of time and during a very busy tourist season! The car was perfect for getting us around the island and drop off was a piece of cake.

The employees in this place work really hard to accommodate customers. I was patient and I got great customer service. I know a lot of people that get here are stressed from traveling already and they have to understand that if they booked through an Orbitz, Priceline, Etc that these companies overbook this little shop so if youre not going to be on time call ahead and make sure they still have a car for you. Its a bad glitch in the system but theres nothing the employees can really do. I did not understand a lot about rental cars here until I did a little bit of asking. Its just the way it is now. When you land call ahead and make sure they have a car for you. They are popular because their prices low. If you dont want to gamble go to a bigger car lot Like Alamo Etc.

AMAZING PLACE!!! Saved our lives in Honolulu since we were able to make a reservation day of with the best prices. Specifically at the airport location, Justin Reyes gave us a simple and clean transaction and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. He gave us recommendations for around Waikiki and got the car to us so FAST. They are located a little drive outside of the airport, but a quick Lyft or Uber ride can get you there.

Great price, but the office is located in a shady part of town. Remember, when you arrive at the airport you need to call them and they will bring a shuttle over to transport you to the office.

Easy and cheap although not the newsest cars

By telling us directly on the phone that the shuttle will be here in 5 minutes or the latest 10 minutes, They showed us 1 HOUR LATE. Never go there, you’ll regret it.
