Ive been coming to Mojo for half a year and always have a good experience. Matthew is my barber, and he is very good at what he does, gave me the exact cut I wanted. Hes very kind as well and its always nice chatting with him during the cut, would highly recommend.

The haircut I got looks okay but it’s not the one I wanted. I was offered free touch ups but I’m going to go somewhere else. I’m pretty disappointed. Friendly staff, easy to make an appointment, convenient and hip, but sometimes it doesn’t work out.

From the front desks to the barbers, you can tell they love what they do, they are all nice, and enjoy working there.The atmosphere here is refreshing, spacious, and has multiple televisions that are placed for everyones convenience. I mostly go to Josh. He is really good at was he does, and makes sure you leave with the haircut that youre looking for. I highly recommend him!! The other week I went to Alia. She took the time to look at the type of haircut I was looking for and she made sure I left with the style I wanted.Mojos gives excellent service and haircuts. Always left being fresh and satisfied. The pricing is higher than normal prices, but worth it if youre looking for a quality haircut.

Matthew was my barber. Very nice soft spoken guy whos good at his craft. Ive never had a good barber experience so I was very happy with the experience and the service he gave me. I will now continue to have my haircuts done here

Went in for an appointment that I booked online and they had no information what so ever not sure this is a glitch in their systemHey Was supposed to get cut by some one by the last name Kim but she refused to take me because I wasn’t in the system. Pretty unprofessional customer service and super unapologetic. Went there happy ready to get my haircut left there sad with long hair. They kinda treated me like I was some kind of corona stricken alien. Thankfully there was nice barber down the road half the price and owned by these two sweet heart little aunties who me in. All in all usually don’t take the time to write bad reviews but when I feel I’m miss treated by a company I just want to share my experiences with others. Might not have got the skin fade I wanted but at least I was showed a little respect.

Matthew is really welcoming and came in clutch for a pre-wedding cut. If you need to get a pre wedding cut or cleanup he’s a solid find. Thanks dude 🤙

I had a great experience at Mojo Barbershop. During these times of Covid 19 they did a good job at implementing procedures to protect customers and staff. A guy named Taylor cut my hair and he was very skilled at providing advice on what might work for me. I wanted to try something new and short, and he did a great job at making me look good. When my GF saw me she was very happy. The interior design of the shop is very nice and you can feel that you are getting a premium level of service. I was a little hesitant at first going back to the barber with covid but once I saw how clean & spread apart the clients are at Mojos I was relieved. Even how they clean the chairs between people is impressive. My barber was Mathew Ngo & he gave me exactly the cut I wanted. A burst fade to skin. I also got a beard trim & he faded my beard to blend with my cut. I couldn’t be happier with my cut! He took his time to get it right, I didn’t feel rushed or hurried out of his chair. I highly recommend this shop & Mathew.

I was early for an appointment in this part of town and was in need of a haircut. I saw Mojo Barbershop and decided to check it out. I dont usually go to a barbershop on a whim without doing any research but it was right next to my appointment. William Ly took me right away and gave me the best haircut of my life. Im 27 years old and have been getting my haircut about twice a week since the age of 17. So lets see, thats about 260 haircuts in the past 10 years... and this one was by far the best. William, although young, is the Mozart of cutting hair. He quickly studied my hair as if he was solving a complex math problem and then started his work. He cut my hair with such care and detail as if he had been cutting my hair his whole life. He takes his craft seriously and asked all the right questions. In my eyes, he is the BOAT (Barber Of All Time). So if you are reading this ask yourself - would you pay $40 for the best haircut of your life?

We walked in and Josh took care of us even though he was just about to leave. My son has super Straight hair that shows every single cut. A great cut is hard to fake on him! We got the greatest cut we’ve had in Hawaii for sure!! Totally made my picky kid happy and handsome!!

Took my two sons here to get their hair cut. The atmosphere is very chill and cool. Everyone was very friendly. My sons hair cuts came out exactly how we like. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience. Professional looking shop for sure. I wanted a very specific cut and I dont trust most barber shops on this island but they double checked the pictures that I showed and made it EXACTLY that. A bit expensive but Ill pay $40 for what I want over $10-15 for something that I instantly regret

Hairstylists are good, but the manager no smiling. You have to make a reservation otherwise they don’t want to haircut even if they are still open.

The shop has a nice vibe and style that is missing from most of Honolulu. Everywhere you go, there are all the same designer shops and ridiculous ABC stores on every corner with a lack of originality and varietyMojo is a breath of fresh air. Worth a visit.

Brought my son here for the first time. Showed picture and described hair lengrh..only to have it cut way shorter and not so much like the photo. My son in law is a regular for years and happy with them but definitely wont be bring my 16 y.o again!

I really like getting my haircut here and its my go too. The staff are all very professional and good at what they do. Its a little expensive but worth it for the quality, attention to detail and things like a wet shave to finish off the back of the neck and sides.

I first came here because of recommendations from friends (you can drink beer here! as if thats what one looks for with their barber). Way overpriced and the barber DID NOT LISTEN. I told him not to make the part too high and when he did, he argued with me, saying hes been cutting hair for two whole years and knows what hes doing. I went to another barber a month later, and they agreed the part was too high. Maybe they should try NOT arguing with what a client wants? I have never had such a terrible experience getting my hair cut.

Guys, this is THE place to get your haircut done. The barbers here are great! Ive never walked out dissapointed with my haircut. You can even have a beer while youre there! They have an great sellection of products you need to keep you looking good too. They have 2 locations King Street and Downtown.

Very chill environment with good customer service. T.V.s and beer while you wait for your cut. Metered street parking only, bring some coins! Appointments recommended, you can book online.

I honestly look forward to getting my hair cut here. You can set your appointment online and they send you a reminder by txt message. When I show up I am greeted by friendly employees and the person who cuts your hair comes up greets you and walks you to your chair. I normally go in for a haircut and a beard trimming. Normally I am getting an appointment at the last minute so I havent been able to get the same barber every time but I have walked out with my hair exactly how I wanted it every time. It is a little on the pricey side but I can tell you that it is money well spent.
