My Grandmother took me to this nail salon this is by far the best and fun nail salon ive been too. My experience was amazing for a nail salon my nail tech talked to me the whole time. Also she made sure that everything was to my liking. Love this nail salon and will be going back for sure.

Hannah and Lee are the best. They do whatever they can to make customers happy with manicures, pedicures, full sets or dip. I’ve been using them for over a year and have never had a problem. But I know if I had an issue they would correct with no problem. Thank you Lee and Hannah for always putting your customers first!

The last two times I went were not good at all. Sitting here looking at the polish that was put on entirely too thick that it is lumped up. I don’t think I am going to use them any more. I was referred by someone who goes there. There is only one person there that has waited on me that is actually pretty good is Sokie. I know I am spelling her name wrong. She was not working Tuesday!

Take it from someone that has been getting her nails done since 15. Do not go to this nail shop. I got my nails, toes and eye brows done. The quality of work was poor. The communication was terrible. And i had to make her redo my nails. On the positive side they had really pretty polish and i did not have to wait. My toes arent bad either. But there are plenty of other nail shops that will give you a more relaxing, better experience.

Any design you want you can get here. Plus the pedicures are AMAZING

The nails are good but there are literally only three people here and they take forever if youre here on a Saturday. Maybe theyre better on other days. Just not Saturday... Just hope theyll hire more people. 😊

Saki is the best. She was very engaging and professional. We laughed and talked about how bad my nails looked but she made me feel great about finally doing something for myself. Eyebrow waxing, mani/pedi were all amazing. Love Ms. Francine too. Ive been going there since at least 2007 and the old owners were nice but i love this new team.

This place is horrible! They dont clean the instruments or foot tubs and do the job of a kindergarten child, it was a waste of money, for people to look you in your face and dont even speak but try to get u to get a more expensive service, if I wasnt in a hurry I wouldve raised hell about my money but I seen with my own eyes when she finished my feet and placed the stuff underneath the cubby to be used again I do plan on reporting to the health department!

2nd visit walked in no one spoke sat for 15 min and wasn’t addressed two other customers came in which I assume had an appointment, but still a customer is a customer, decided to leave and went down the street to LV.

THIS IS AWFUL I WILL NEVER VIST AGAIN LIKE THE NAIL POLISH RUBBED OFF IN THE 30 MINUTES I LEFT.... PLUS I ASKED FOR ONE T HE GAVE ME 2 IM THINKING OKAY HE IS BEING NICE .... HE GIVES ME A J🙄 I DONT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO GO HERE ..

Horrible job. I got a gel manicure. The lady didnt push my cuticles back, and I even noticed it after the first coat and said something and she ignored me. Then when she was done the top was lumpy and I showed her that and where she didnt push my cuticles back again. She argued and said she did... my manicure looks like Ive had it for two weeks and I got it today. Also the whole time while she was doing my manicure, she was on the phone, and she got up numerous times to sell products to another store.

HORRIBLE PLACE. I waited an hour to get mine nails done. They ignore me about 5 time. Then they seat me down and they keep taking peopke infront of me. Felt really bad that they choose there costumers like that.

Horrible service and horrible nails!If your looking for a nail place in homewood please do NOT come to this location! The service took forever on top of that the cost was ridiculous. $45 for medium length square nails, and gels that I didnt even ask for but you insisted!!!Then I left a tip out of courtesy and I look on my bank statement and y all charges me for more (only like $2 but still...)Worse. Nailshop. ever

Dont go here. The lady cut me several times during the manicure, I have several gashes on two different fingers where she cut me with the cuticle trimmers. I just pray the instruments were sterilized properly before she used them on me. Will never go to a nail salon again.

I wish I didnt have to give a star. First off very rude. Second no one was in there red flag and she rushed through my pedicure. I could have went to the dollar tree went home and did theis for free. Third next time I will trust everyone elses reviews. They suck!!!

People were extremely rude and my nails started popping off on day 4!!!! Went back to have them fixed and they look worse! I paid extra for the style and length. Waste of my time and money

Horrible!!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!! She rushed through my pedicure! I got a full pedicure and it lasted 10 minutes. She didnt shape up my toe nails, she didnt scrub my feet, or it looked like my 6 year old grand daughter painted my toes. I will never go back here again!

I wish I could give it a -5 acrylic started to chip the very next day, polish is HORRIBLY done, the person that was doing my nails stayed on the phone the whole time, my nails are crooked and wopsided, I went back to get them to fix my chipped acrylic and she just filed my nail down... HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
