Their service is horrible, they make up their own prices for nails! I️ went and got a full set and asked for short and the dude did them his length and charged me $70 for the length. Poor service I️ do not recommend. I️ had an appointment with yen and she had a family emergency and put me with someone else which did a bad job. I️ wish I️ would’ve looked at the reviews before going here. I️ won’t be back, they lost me as a customer and I️ don’t think anybody should go to them. They don’t even speak English or understand you, then just charge you what they want to charge you. Horrible service. They even have you waiting forever.

I love this place. I’ve been a customer since they were a few stores down. The pedicures are amazing and so are the manicures. Whenever I bring them a picture of what I want they get it done exactly as it is and even better. Plus it’s affordable!

Worst manicure I ever had in my entire life of existence!!! Completely RUSHED gave me the WRONG COLOR !!! I asked for funny bunny he gave me white, I could literally cry because I have some where important to be !

So I went to this establishment 5/17/21, I got a mani pedi done with Gel Polish on my hands and regular paint on my toes. First off, the price was way too much for what I got done. I paid $67 (including a $2 tip that I shouldnt have given). My nails were done sloppy and my fingers were bleeding and burning since the technician put oil on top of my open wound.Second, while I was there the nail technician clipped and cut 4 of my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding. When i showed it to her she just said, oh and proceeded to put the nail alcohol treatment on my fingers to stop the bleeding. No apology or anything.She also actually clipped my finger with my nail when she first started my manicure.When I showed this to the front desk assistant, no price was taken off for the fact that she cut me and I still had to pay full price.Third, soon after getting my nails done I went out of town on a trip. The very next day my nails were already chipping, which is not supposed to happen with gel polish. It should at least last you 2 weeks and this lasted me less than 24 hours.What didnt make this any better, was that my fingers were in pain because of how badly my cuticles were cut. Which has lead to my skin peeling back on my fingers.Since I was out of the state, i could not immediately go back to the establishment for them to fix my nails. I returned a week later to let them know abou my issue and explained how gel polish should last a minimum of two weeks and they said there was nothing they could do for me.No coupon card, no refund, no free redo of my nails. They actually told me I would basically have to pay $20 to get a polish change in order for them to fix it.Which is ridiculous considering I paid almost $70 to get my nails done there in the first place. I have had this happen to me before at other establishments and it has been handled a million times better than this nail salon.I 100% would not recommend and that was my first and last time getting my nails done here. My nails are chipping & lifting at the cuticle and I basically have to remove the polish now because it looks bad.I was highly disappointed with the work and even more so, the customer service.

Today I had an appointment with YEN AT 9:30I walk in and was told she will not be available until 11 due to personal issues. I asked why no one informed me of this so I can make accommodations . They had me waiting for 40 min . I asked if my nails can be soaked off while I waited and everyone said no. There was only 1 tech with a client and 4 techs on they’re phone . This place is so unprofessional I will never go back. They don’t care if they lose customers.

I’ve been there twice. My first set lasted a month and a half with jewels still in tact. Very nice and professional.

Yen is a phenomenal artist, but the rest of the staff is rude. It’s been 4 times now that I’ve made an appointment and I’ve arrived, on time, and have been told she’s double booked. They make you wait, or they try to pawn you off to a different person. I accepted once and they did a terrible job. I confirmed 3 times my appointment for myself and my mother, got there ontime and still was told she had been double booked. They sent my mother with someone else that barely spoke English and was rude to us.If it wasn’t for Yen, I’d never come here again. But after this experience, I’ll be looking for a new nail stylist.

Yen is the BOMB!! My daughter and I really love coming to the salon and having our nails done by the one and only Yen. She always delivers what you ask for and her work is so beautiful and lasts forever!!! Shelby, the receptionist, is always kind and welcoming to us. The salon is clean, professional, and a relaxing and amazing experience! We definitely recommend Yen and the salon.

I was really excited to do my nails for my birthday. I drove all the way from Boca to Hollywood I had an appointment that SHE chose the time for and somehow I still had to wait an hour. Once I showed her the design I wanted she said she couldn’t do it and when I showed her another one she said it’s too expensive. I was willing to pay whatever but she was rude. I drove for no reason and waited for no reason because she didn’t want to do any designs I showed her. I left with unfinished nails. Never coming back here again

Ive been here 3X thus far and each time I got David who is super talented when it comes to intricate designs (I got 3D sunflowers). He is officially the only one I will go to. Theres a language barrier but as long as you have your photo references, everything runs smoothly. They get busy but Ive never had to wait to be serviced and its AFFORDABLE.

My daughter and I visited here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t crazy busy at the time. Very clean. Wash hands on entering. No appointment required. My daughters pedicure started within 5 minutes and mine shortly after. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours. Great service and nice beautiful pedicures.

I came to this establishment, and asked for a clear color nail polish. SON the nail tech had an attitude from the start . He said he didn’t have a clear color. my daughter was doing her nails aswell and she got a clear color with the different person . I asked to get the same color he said he didn’t have it. Here I am arguing with SON; how is it possible that my daughter can get clear and I can’t; the receptionist approached and began to explain to him what I wanted . He was on the phone the whole time and complaining. I asked for a different person because he obviously cannot do his job . I will never come here again, they are not professional AT ALL. The worst part is after the whole unnecessary drama, SON started talking about me to other guest . This place is garbage . Not worth spending money here.

I love YT Famous Nails i dont mind spending my money because the quality is down right amazing. Yen is my personal nail tech and she never lets me down when it comes to the design of my nails. All of the workers in there are nice and have amazing energy. They all are so creative in they own way. I never got a chance to sit in the chair to get my nails done by YT but her Instagram pictures will blow your mind i see why she is always booked and busy. Stan is also another great nail tech my mom adores him and loves how he takes his time with her nails and feet. The whole entire experience is how a nail business is supposed to be ran. Keep up the good work guys ❤.

I have given this place multiple chances in hopes that it will live up to its potential or maybe just live up to the first two times I went but it is simply NOT GOOD. 1) No matter who I get ( except the girl that sits in the front right table, she’s decent) they always make me bleed multiple times. 2) no matter how vocal I am or how many pictures I show as reference, they DO NOT get it right. 3) when you ask for the things they mess up on to be fixed, they act annoyed or get rough or rush. 4) over priced for never getting remotely what you want. I’m convinced everyone that likes this place just hasn’t seen better and are blinded by this being the best mediocre place they’ve been to. That may sound bad but I am just so appalled by this place. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because their pedicures are actually quite nice. But I will NEVER get my nails done here again.

You can make an appointment every single time for a specific person and you will never get that person. After time and time again Of making appointments I started to believe that it was OK that that specific nail tech was just busy. After being a long time faithful customer who tips far more than 25%, i am tired of being tossed around each and every time i come in. If the nail technician i am requesting is too busy, tell me that! If i schedule my appointment days in advance for a specific person i expect to receive at least my nail service from said person.. It’s quite obvious seeing everyone communicate that I am not welcomed as a customer. This is far from a new establishment as I have been coming far before they moved and remodeled - just because the place is nicer does not mean that you can pick and choose your customers because there are way to many nail salons around that actually care about their customers. Not to mention there’s about 2 people here that can do your nails to where they actually last the said two weeks they should. This time i lost 2 nails in the first week. I’ll be going back to the salon i thought i was leaving for something better. Boy was i wrong !

First time here, I went because of the previous good reviews. Had a pedicure and fill in. The pedicure didn’t even involve lotion, and the polish is a horrible job. The fill in is just as bad. The guy kept burning the sides of my skin and I left with bumpy nails and polish all over my fingers. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been coming to see these girls since their old salon when i was a teenager. Thanh is my absolute favorite for my manicures and Sun does the best pedicures. 10/10 recommend. If i could give more then 5 stars i would. Everyone here is professional and amazing.

Walked in and was greeted by the front desk employee. I was told to sit and wait as there were 2 people in front of me… sat down quietly and saw the two people getting a service as I was expecting… when the third person started receiving service I thought they might had an appointment so I was ok. But when the forth person who I know for sure walked in after me was greeted by one of the employees to start service I questioned the front desk girl and was told that they were before me. That was clearly A LIE! As I walked out I was approached by one another employee and they said “ok ok we can see you now” I think this is disgusting customer service and that day you lost me as a customer.

I live in North Laudersale, but work in Hollywood. Found this Spa in the plaza next door and convenient to go from work then home. Nina was sweet and patient as I am deathly ticklish😁.My feet came out nice and nails natural looking. I will return.

Well once you get pass the rude receptionist then it’s ok. The staff is your usual quiet salon so headphones will be good to have. If you want designs and etc go somewhere else they advertise it like they do it but they not really trying to do all that for you. The energy is off especially from the receptionist she doesn’t like questions so don’t ask her and she seems young so maybe she still needs to grow up and learn your the first thing a customer sees and your kind of the face of the company so her unwelcoming energy almost made me leave but I still gave them a chance and if your new to certain styles don’t ask her about them cause she automatically think your coming for her. Idk what her deal was. But I hope she gets better at her job. But yeah nothing too fancy just your regular nail salon

Asked to have my nails soaked off. TWICE. The man continued to pull off my nails a method which is very painful and a technique they haven’t mastered because then man ripped my nail in half. I asked could I get a design on the house. For his general stupidity I had to deal with. They said we don’t do that lol. These people have no decency. They approach nails like gorillas very rough and uncaring. I’m here to relax. I know some people show up anywhere and take whatever’s given!! Not me!!

Honestly Both times i have been here i have been so disappointed. I’ve had a long wait even though there was literally no customers. My full set barely lasted a week and the guy couldn’t do the simple set I asked for so I had to settle. I paid for the extra pedicure and honestly it felt like i just got a polish change. I’ve been getting my nails and toes done for most of my life and it’s something I love to spend on. Any other shop has done a better job because I didn’t even ask for anything special. Such a waste of time and money.

The place was easy to find because its near Flippers movie theatre. Inside is gorgeous 😍 I love how they make everyone wash there hands soon as u walk in. Hand sanitizer everywhere. They have a massage chair in the waiting area. Loveee. The price is affordable. She does nails nice I always go to YT my friend referred me. She did my nails ombre long coffin with diamonds on 6 nails for 115. Then she did a wax eyebrow tenting and lashes m to l $47.

My mom decided to come here for your birthday t ok get here nails done. She was treated poorly and she did not even get her nails done. But to be told 45 dollars for a poor service and to be treated poorly is where I have problemNo I don’t recommend this place and no once did he apologize

I have followed this location from their previous to their present location. Although I have one particular person I always make my appointments with, everyone there works together and helps everyone. I love going there not only is it a great place to go, it is so calm and beautiful I wish I could go more often.

Honestly... this place is a huge rip off. they overcharge you like crazy. they are super super slick. i went in for a specific design & it involved multiple colors. the price was too high so instead i decided to just do one color, simple ombré, when it was time to pay, they charged me the SAME amount $75.i might as well done the original design. i think that’s insane if a full set acrylic is only $35. i’ve been coming here for a while now because i’m afraid to go to another tech, but honestly i am so tired of wasting my money. don’t even THINK about going to the owner because she overprices like CRAZY. a full acrylic set will literally be $35 & she’ll charge you 50$ even if it was just a simple set. i’ve noticed that she does that a lot so i try my best to avoid her.

The place is super nice and the nail techs do a really good job. I go for a basic pedicure and acrylics. Yen does really great nails.
