I have been unable to get a pedicure due to Covid restrictions and precautions...Today they refused to honor my gift certificate. I believe this should not have occurred, and request a refund. They have lost a customer!

Establishment is always clean. Owner and family staff are so warm and eager to please the customers at all times. I have been a customer since 2004. Note that I drive several miles from Miami Garden to Hollywood, FL. Prices are competitive.

Dawn did an amazing job on my nails. I needed several repairs and she really took her time to make sure they were perfect! I love how they turned out. Also the atmosphere is very friendly, they seem to really know there customers by name. Lovely experience

Lyn and her family are the sweetest and treat you so great while your getting pampered. family owned business with great prices. they know you by name & ask how your family is etc. been going for years until i moved out of state & i go in there when i visit home & they still know me !

I am giving just 1 star but if I could give 0 star would be more appropriate. The staff barely speaks English and did not understand what I asked them to do for my mother. At the end of their work, they did not do what I asked them for and blame me that I wasn’t clear about what I requested.Definitely, this is not the right place to go since they charge exaggerated prices for something simple. I won’t ever go there again and hope people resist to go since it looks that they are greedy and just want to get money from the customer.

Took the girls to have their nails done today.They were understaffed and were working on several people at the same time.Paid 50$ for two girls because they put a sticker on my daughters hand!!! (one on each hand) I live in Connecticut and they always do a nice design on both legs and hands at no extra charge for kids.Never going back!!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever used, I got my nails done on Saturday by Tuesday my nail broke and thanks to the employees not speaking English he redid my whole manicure and double charged me on top of breaking another one of my nails in the process!!!! Not a happy customer so I paid $76 for gel manicure and regular polish on my toes on Saturday and then $30 today! &106 to have my real nails broken!

I feel better every time I get my pedicure at LVs. They treat you well and youre in and out in no time.

Super slow, over priced compared to local shops, neon color wasnt painted thoroughly.

Did my nails on a Friday and they broke the following Monday. All they know how to do is charge. Stay away!

THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER!! I walked in and i was the only customer there but as soon as other customers walked in, they stopped doing my pedicure to assist them. Paid $50 for a poorly done pedicure and they were very rude- DO NOT GO HERE

Gel manicure was no good I went on two different occasions and within four days it was coming off.! Not recommended

If I could give them a ZERO I would! Totally unprofessional and prices are ridiculous! My mother and I had to leave in the middle of getting our nails done and went somewhere else. Stay away!

Horrible!!! Rude. Especially the gay guy in there.... Hes very disrespectful and rude. I think hes the owners brother.. He will criticize you and the remarks are very offensive.
