Jenny is the best nail tech I have ever had! She is wonderful and I always leave feeling so happy with my nails!

I went in randomly today. The staff were responsive when I entered and asked about the wait time. My technician today was John. He was polite and professional and actively listened to my concerns. The establishment was clean, and the atmosphere overall is chill. My nails look great! I would recommend getting your nails done here. In FL people can be extremely rude and lack manners. So I really appreciated coming here and experiencing courteous and civilized behavior. Thanks a bunch!!!

I have been doing my nails with Chi for a couple of months now. I am so happy with her work. She is meticulous, professional, funny, and thorough. Shes the 2nd person to to my gel polish that doesnt peel. I went over 3 weeks without doing my nails and they remained intact!

Lee Nails in Cooper City is without a doubt the best place to get your nails done. My nails have never stayed as long as they do now until I started coming here. Chi is absolutely amazing and her work is super consistent. She is quite the perfectionist. Her attention to detail, shape, and making sure you chose a great color makes your experience here worthwhile. My nails have never looked so good. I’m so thankful I found this wonderful place and Chi as a nail technician and friend.

My friend and I came here for the first time, and it was a great experience. Everyone was really nice, and my nails came out fantastic!! Sean really took his time and did a great job. She had a different tech but great results as well! We will be returning. if you are considering a new place, give this one a try. You wont be disappointed

Tan and Shawn are so polite and professional. I felt confident they would do a great job as soon as their hands started working. And they didn’t disappoint! Natural fills for my manicure and yummy gel polish pedicure. Sanitary with plastic on bowls and clean bathroom. They’ve got me as their regular customer.

VERY wonderful staff, they know exactly what theyre doing. Customer service was amazing and I was very happy with the outcome and the price. Chi is very sweet and shell make sure that youre satisfied with your nails. I got a gel full set and she did a wonderful job. Im so glad I found this place!

Decided to give this salon a try because of all the great reviews. I must say, YES my nails came out lovely.However, the customer service was lackluster. The nail tech who did my nails was very unfriendly, he didn’t crack a smile and was very standoffish when I first sat down.I really can’t speak for the entire establishment as my experience was only with the one male technician who sat at the very first chair on the left hand side.The salon was very clean and comfortable.If you’re looking for quality nail work and don’t care about friendliness or good customer service then this might just be the place for you.To the owner: consider explaining to your staff how speaking Vietnamese in front of paying customers could be perceived as rude.I will take my business elsewhere, thank you.

Went in today for my 1st time and the experience was perfect! Service for what I wanted was fast and AMAZING! Both my daughter got their nails painted and both employees were very nice to them!! Will definitely be making them my home!

Waste of my time and money.. just left, I could have paid for a color change and had the same results although the Polish job is not the best either. I will not be going back. The place is clean and the people are nice but that doesnt do me any good.

Place seems very nice and clean. But for the size of the place they barely have any staff. While it says walk-ins welcome they look at you like you’re crazy when. U say you don’t have one & that the wait will be at-least an hour. I attempted to go try them 3 times. For the record walk-ins NOT welcome.

Excellent, cant say enough about this salon. I found Chi, who is by far the best in the business. This place is clean and uses state of the art equipment. Everything is sterilized and lots of colors to choose from. Glad I found this place.

I love this nail salon!!! It is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen and the decor around the salon is very modern. Although it is relatively new, the nail technicians definitely know what they are doing. They took the time to cut all my cuticles off and made sure my nail bed was clean before applying the polish. The pedicure tub had a plastic liner on it before they started to fill the tub which ensured that it would be cleaner than just sticking my foot in the tub. There was a great selection of colors for regular polish and gel polish. I left Lee Nails very satisfied and I cant wait to come back in 2 weeks!

Very friendly staff. Very pleased with the service I received. I did the powder dip OPI nails and they came out perfect. They also have a very large selection of colors.

Not 2 impressed, I guess each technician charges whatever they want for same service, first time I went it was $14 for a acrylic fill, next time it was $18, next fill was $15, and yesterday I had another fill and 2 broke nails, that cost was $25, I don’t understand how each technician can just randomly charge whatever they want, so what’s the price for a fill. Not going back there, customers beware of this place and get final price before your service

When I first stepped into Lee Nails, I was blown away by the aesthetics of the shop. It had marble floors, nice sinks, new comfortable pedicure chairs, and beautiful manicure desks. I decided to get a pedicure since they were running a 15% off sale during their grand opening. I worked with Tran and she was wonderful. She took her time and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The massage felt amazing and I was really shocked at how smooth my feet were afterwards. The shop offers great service, ambience, and even better staff. Besides Tran, I met Tuan and Tan. They are both so sweet, polite, and funny. I love the family atmosphere and I will definitely come back. Try it out if you are in the area, you wont regret it!

Im using my husbands account to write this review. My daughter and I had gel manicures done last Saturday, by Monday afternoon (2 days) both of ours began pealing and lifting. Beyond disappointed. We wont be returning. Huge waste of money. Caroline Seig.

I was just at this place yesterday. Horrible customer service and they don’t do pedicures properly, they just soak your feet and dab it with a purple sponge and paint your toe nails. So I ask my nail tech why isn’t he scrubbing my feet and he states that we don’t do that here. I will not be returning to this place. First and last time
