I asked for a layover in a certain style. The lady told me I had to have long nails for the style. She didnt do the style. The guy had to step in and try to rectify her error. I didnt get the style I asked for, I still paid full price. I have long nails I didnt want. Ill never ever be back. They didnt even seem to care. I asked the girl over and over. She assured me it would be like the picture.

I visit with a friend an the place look like it has been clean up years I got lashes got a infections had get a shot had take my contact out cant see without them for several days luckily I brought my my glasses service for me was the worst my nails I done before for a professional there a joke I add .my own touch to it after with glitter on top of black and white nail .

Came in one day just to repair a broken nail I got elsewhere and I ended up meeting Q and seeing some of his art, and let me tell you ladies....I have never been so happy to break a nail!!! 😆 Because then I would have never ended up stopping in to Nail By Lily and meeting this amazing artist!! I have been coming back ever since and Q continues to blow my mind with his talent. Literally....every single time I get a fill with some designs, I am blown away! And theres never been a time that I showed him something that I wanted and he couldnt do it. Let alone, do it BETTER. He is way too talented. The best part is the customer service is just as great. I always get treated kindly by everyone in the shop and always feel comfortable there. You guys are doing it right 👏👏👌

Do not go here. Do not spend you hard earned money here. I went here because my regular nail salon was closed and it was the only thing available. The customer service was ok but my nails were horrible. Everyone was asking why they were so bulky. Anyway I decided to keep them because they treated me nice at the salon. That was Sunday, on Wednesday 2 of the nails fell off. Thursday 2 more by Saturday all I had on was 4 nails. I went to the salon to let them know and they wanted me to pay them 50% of the cost to put them back, hell no! I already paid you incompetent people and u did a horrible job. You will never c me here again or anyone that I know will I ever recommend.

Such a sweet family running this palace . Kevin his wife and mom are wonderful welcoming people.. they take their time and do great work only and the amazing prices beats everywhere I’ve ever been from palm beach county to Broward county you cannot find this quality work for these prices, I showed my old nail tech the prices and their jaw dropped. I only wish they were open on Sunday but I understand why they’re not still love and will recommend them to everyone.

This nail salon has a lot of potential and great hospitality, but the actual product is lacking. Went in for a gel pedicure and felt like my nails I came out just as bad as they went in. Each nail was shaped differently. Pinky toe was half painted. Paint was a bit smuged and as you know, the whole point of getting gel nails is for the neatness and quick drying features. But like I said, the hospitality people were nice. In the end I enjoyed the experience more than the product (pedicure).

May experience here was absolutely horrible the customer service is bad they don’t know how to do nails they put gel nail polish on top of the dead because they couldn’t apply the acrylic correctly they were laughing at me one of them try to cut my nails off because I didn’t like them overall it was a horrible experience they charged me for nails that were horribly done and wouldn’t fix them the right way

I got my nails done on the 12th. On the 19th one nail fell off. On the 20th three more fell off. On the 22nd I came in to have them replaced and was charged $15 because anything outside of 5 days isn’t covered. On the 24th two more fell off. My nails have never fell off so soon after application. I didn’t even notice they came off, every time I looked down another nail was missing. There are 4 original nails left...let’s see how long they last.

Honestly one of the BEST nail places Ive ever been too. The service was wonderful.Even though the area may seem not so nice and it is located in the Miramar minimart, this place is a diamond in the rough. Not only are the prices super affordable, the customer service is great! Theyre clean and clutter free, they offer you refreshments no charge, and the employees are all very kind. My nails came out great! They do gel, dip, designs and regular mani and pedi, not to mention they do lashes and massages as well.Highly recommend this shop to everyone. Kevin, the owner is a very nice guy and only wants the best for his customers. Will most likely be back every two weeks!
