Up-N-Running Computer Repair has been servicing my companies computers for almost 30 years and has done a very thorough and high standard job. Always showed up no matter the day or time of day as we run 7 days a week almost 365 days per year, we could always count on them. Always personable and efficient in getting the job done. Warning to stay away from this shop. The service has gone down hill in the last few years and they are not reliable about diagnosing issues. Their staff are rude and horrible at communication and they take 2-3x as long to just look at a computer as other shops.I am not sure if they do this on purpose or not. They first tell you that you need to replace a simple part to fix the problem. After you have them replaced the part and its still not working. Then they tell you it need more extensive diagnosis. Then you need to replace another part......The overcharged time and parts prices are just more of your money down the drain.I suggest just taking your desktop or laptop to another repair shop. At least it wouldnt be worse.
