We fell in love with Hilton Head and our Surf Court condo immediately. The mattress was a little rough for our liking but that was a minor inconvenience and in no way ruined our trip or experience. The people were wonderful. The shopping and food excellent. The beach was a short walk away. It was busy but by no means crowded. The ocean breeze was perfect. The trails were top notch for biking, running or walking. We didnt want to leave. We will definitely be back to Hilton Head Island. Not soon enough ⛱🚙💕

Very well priced, prime location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, beach access is a little hike away on food but by bike its just a few minutes, easy access to the many bike trails in the area, if you stay here I would 100% recommend bringing a bike if you have one, its hands down the best way to get around, were staying for the week and weve only driven our truck twice, once to Walmart for the first day grocery run and once to get to a far away restaurant, everywhere else is completely accessible via bike trails.

I am staying at sea side villas. Very nice, clean and quiet, friendly place to stay. Surf court villas is across the street. Never stayed there.

Outside = ⭐️⭐️Inside = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Atmosphere = ⭐️⭐️My wife and I stayed here for several days in September 2020, in the off-season. I am glad that we stayed here during the off-season, as I can easily imagine this place is a 24/7 party during peak season. Nothing wrong with that, but we were looking for a more low-key vacation. The outside amenities (pools, BBQ area, etc.) exist, but everything is just a bit… run down and beat up.A couple other things, if you have bikes they require you to store them in one of the outside bike racks. They are under roof, but I felt a little uneasy leaving our bikes locked up outside unattended. That’s probably a function of both the vibe the exterior of this place gives off (spring break worn and ready) as well as the value of the bikes we had with us (they were just fine though). The other thing to know is that the laundry is shared between rooms and it’s coin operated. So just understand that you won’t have a washer and dryer in your room.The inside of our room was a completely different story. It had recently been remodeled and was quite nice. We were pleasantly surprised that the appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker) were high end. As a matter of fact, I’ll probably upgrade our home Keurig to the model we had in our room I enjoyed it so much. Beyond that, the flooring, bathroom coverings, and softer services were all of our premium look and feel. I don’t know how long this place will retain that new feel that we got from our experience, but it was definitely one of the nicer remodels we have seen on a place. The only way you could tell it was a pretty old place was the sliding glass door.As far as the atmosphere, it was relatively low-key being the off-season. Even so, there was frequent smell of marijuana when we were outside either on our room balcony or walking on the property. I’m not sure what the law says on this in South Carolina, but I’m more libertarian on this issue anyway. To each their own, but it’s not a smell or lifestyle I enjoy. It just adds a bad, party-down vibe to the place. We actually decided to keep our patio door closed most often because of this, which is a shame considering we could see the ocean from our room. So just understand this - and the probability during peak season of this being a bigger occurrence - before you book.

We stayed for 7 days and it was amazing!! Our villa had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Wonderful layout, vary spacious, loved the master on the 3rd floor (well except the stairs) gave us the privacy we needed. Very nice bathrooms. Had great things to take to the beach; umbrella, chairs, cooler, sand castle and other toys. And when the beach is too much (SO MUCH SAND!!) you can head to the back yard where the pool is located. Great location, only a 3 min walk to the beach and just a couple more to all the amazing food and shops in Coligny Plaza. Hilton Head is just beautiful and we can not wait to go back!!

Ants. Spotty wifi. Also, rented this place for a month - had some mail delivered and no one from the rental agency ever gave me a key to the mail, despite calling them for it 6 times in 3 weeks. Very unhelpful.Pp.s. I am still here for another week - and no one from management will even help solve this problem. Its just a mail key...

I enjoyed our stay. We stayed over the 4th. Very quiet complex . The area was clean Easy access to beach and bike path. The pool was was close by and clean. The condo seemed well insulated for sound and temperature.

Great find. Good location, close to everything but in a quiet area. Nice big condo on ground floor. Only a few steps from the pool. Very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. Check in was fast and easy.

Rented a two bedroom condo here for a quick family getaway through seashore rentals, great deal and location!

Location is amazing! 1 block from beach. Beach access with Crosswalk and security guard directly across the street. Coligny square shopping center 1 block away with something for everyone. Private access pool, 1 parking spot per condo plus guests spots around the corner. This is our 3rd year staying at Surf side in a row. Been coming to Hilton Head for 15 years and this is our favorite condos to rent.

Close to the beach. Convenient to many stores and shops within a 5-10 min walk. Nice pool and gated parking.

Had a wonderful time here, we brought the whole family. Its very nice to get away for a while and the location is beautiful. Walking distance to everything that you could need (Beach, pool, shopping) and clean and safe. We will definitely be returning next year for family vacation.

The rooms are an ok size, could be more room if the bunk beds though. My niece is barely 5 feet tall and cant stretch her legs out. Its a good thing we planned on spending most of our time outside and that the weather was good, because the room never got terribly cool, in fact the folks in the bunk room were sweating. On the plus side the beach was out the back door, perfect walking distance.

It is a great condo. The owner was very nice and professional when making the reservations, and there was anything and everything we have needed inside the condo as well. It is a very short walk to the beach. Great place!

We stayed in the Courtside court villas and it was so nice! Quiet, clean, and gorgeous views! Short walk to the beautiful beaches, my favorite beach trip yet!

Surf Court Villas has made the beginning of my vacation great, the house is fantastic and the complex has a public pool. I cant wait for the rest of my vacation. The only reason I didnt rate five stars is because there is no WiFi.

Rented a villa through Airbnb for our vacation. Ocean view with a short walk to the beach. Within walking distance of a shopping center with a few places to eat and lots of small shops.

I have stayed short & long term at Surf Court & also other condos in the area. So, I can compare. I won’t name the others, or my post may be taken down, though!Surf Court is BY FAR the best! Plenty of off-street parking. Private, quiet, good maintenance & facilities. Services like garbage, pest control & water/sewer are provided too (owner hoa fee).SO close to the beach & has a dedicated bike path & cross-walk! This is a big deal when it comes to lifestyle! No dodging traffic!!! Walking distance to EVERYTHING from stores, to restaurants, to activities. And located very near the Sea Pines gate, where even more fun awaits!Pet friendly & lots of nice long term/year round residents. Ok for short term rental too. Since this complex is more “high end” than the others nearby, the people who stay were always well mannered, unlike some of the cheaper rentals on S. Forest beach where vacationers tend to be badly behaved, in my experience.Units are well built & drainage is great! No worries during heavy rain storms! Far enough off the shoreline NOT to have your outside furniture battered!I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Surf Court. Highly recommended!

Very central location for family beach vacations. Block from beach—if that—and connected to the miles of bike paths for HHI. Two blocks from Coligny the shopping and food mecca for the South End of Hilton Head. These villas have a great central courtyard and enjoy the canopies of indigenous live oaks. Classic beach villas.

Surf Court has a wonderful staff that were prompt in cleaning the rooms we were staying in as well as fixing any problems with the AC and plumbing we had promptly. Overall a great experience for people of any age.
