I wish I could give more than 10 stars!! This condo was PERFECT. I have been going to Hilton Head for almost 19 years and have stayed in a handful of places, this one was by far the best. It has everything you needed and you were right on the beach. To make it even better Kevin was AMAZING. He was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. He was an amazing host. I highly highly recommend staying here. I am beyond impressed!!

I have rented this condo two times while vacationing on Hilton Head. It is now the only place that I will stay when I am there. Beach and Tennis resort offers everything you would want while on vacation...has a huge outdoor pool by the ocean, boardwalk going out to the beach, ocean side restaurant and bar, bike rentals, a Sports bar on site and much more. If you dont feel like leaving the resort, you dont have to.Kevin has done a fantastic job with the condo. Always making sure I have whatever I need. It is comfortable and cozy for my stay. And more than anything I love the location. It is an end Villa right by the stairs and Elevator making it easy to get in and out of. If I am packing a lot, there are luggage carts I can use to bring my belongings up a ramp to the elevator and the villas is right there. Easy Easy!!! I cant wait to head back

My girlfriend and I wanted a nice get away to HHI. Kevins Condo was VERY clean(my biggest request), updated and very well appointed. Easy access to parking. Comfortable master bed and even the bunk bed was comfortable. Quiet area too so one is not woken up during the night. Kevin was on top of everything- reservation, payment, parking passes and answered any question about amenities. I would stay in Unit C250 again.

We have been there 3 times and I love it. It is a great condo easy to get to great pool and love the restaurant by the pool. my wife and I Love to go there and have a bite to eat and a few drinks. Relax out on the beach.Also some really nice restaurants in the area. We will stay at this condo whenever we go to Hilton Head.

I rented this condo for the first time late this summer but I will definitely be a repeat customer. I loved the location of the complex on the island, the condo was close to the beach with a view of the ocean, and on the end next to the stairs and elevator. The resort had everything you could possibly want. The huge pool was great, the beach and sand was so soft and flat. There is a bar and restaurant right at the beach with a very good menu. The condo was very clean and had everything needed and then some. It was very relaxing. I will go back.

I have stayed at Kevins Condo 4 times. The condo is always clean, very up to date and accommodating.There are several restaurants, nightlife and shopping within 1-3 miles. The beach is perfect and the Hilton Head beach and Tennis Pool is the best on the island. Jamaica Joes Beach Bar and Coconutz Restaurant/bar on property has great food and drinks at an affordable price.When vacationing Hilton Head Kevins Condo is the only place I will stay because it has everything I need!

I’ve been to Kevin’s place a number of times. The condo is cozy and very well appointed. Has everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The resort is top notch! Many choices of activities on property. Huge pool near the beach and beach front Jamaica Joes patio bar and grill. Great frozen drinks and ice cold beer at JJ’s. For evening fun, the on property Sports Bar always has lively activity and makes some of the best pizza on the island! The resort is also conveniently located to so many great restaurant and entertainment spots.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants! Pool was awesome !!!
