I took my 5 month old standard poodle puppy for grooming today. We’re on vacation, so this isn’t our usual groomer. Ally did a fantastic job with him and took her time with him (he’s a puppy). I’m extremely picky about how he’s groomed, and I can honestly say she did a phenomenal job.

Groomers put away all of their tools and turn away new customers 30 minutes before they close. We weren’t looking for much, only paw nails cut. Guess we were keeping you from something. Maybe you should change your hours.

We had a great experience! I just got a 8month old Goldendoodle who we named Yeti. She had a lot of long hair that was beautiful but to many mats to get out so I opted to shave her and start anew. The staff was so friendly & showed Yeti so much love. Ally did her grooming & did a great job & even gave Yeti her own stuffed Yeti to take home which she loves & is very protective of from our other pups.The staff also helped me make her tag & find a few other big puppy essentials. I definitely would recommend the store, staff, & groomers! Thank you guys!

The store is clean. Employees friendly. Covid procedures in place. My granddaughter wanted to look at the pets, so we walked around. Went to fish tanks and the area where the Humane Society had a set-up. Two cats were waiting for adoption, one was 8 years old the other was 15 years old. It was sad to see them there. My grandaughter wanted to take them home. She loves animals.

They have a nice selection but quite pricey.

I enjoyed my visit with PET Smart staff & fellow owners,all with MASKS in place. Shelves stocked & easy to access. My only concern this visit was the high retail cost for dog harnesses. I was blown away by the average cost of $29.95 for XXS item.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level and care and knowledge of the salesperson who helped me buy my parakeets. She was an animal lover and had lots of experience with birds of her own. Once I verified that the shelter had no birds to adopt I felt good bringing home bing and bong.

I have to commend Ally for the wonderful pet grooming service she consistently gives my dog. I had a groomer tell me my dog was so bad that she didn’t want him back. So I called Petsmart and was fortunate to have an appt scheduled with Ally so glad she had the availability. She reported my dog was no problem at all. Ally is very caring and prides herself on making your pet and owner happy. Thank you Ally for the commendable service.

I have a 5 pound Yorkie and was visiting from up north, so this PetSmart location and staff were an unknown for me. I took Hope ( my Yorkie) there to be groomed two weeks ago, and Vanessa did an outstanding job. The grooming studio was immaculate and the store is following all pandemic protocols. I was pleased with Allie and Vanessa for taking such wonderful care of my baby girl. I would highly recommend that PetSmart location for your fur babies A big Thank you to all of the staff there!

I get my dog, Lizzie groomed here. They did a great job even though she screamed bloody murder when she got her nails clipped. She hates that part of the grooming. (so the the groomer)Conveniently located a block from me, I come here often to just look around.

Large selection of products for your pets. I especially appreciate the first Saturday opportunity to get samples of dog and cat foods and treats to try as well as coupons. After my dogs and cats evaluate them Ill be back to purchase what they liked best. Prices tend to be high but you can look for sales, and there is a rewards program.

They were prompt as they had estimated and helpful with pick up at the curb which I really wanted. Very friendly staff.

OMG its the best place to go theres cats in the back of your leg go inside and visit the cats and blood with the cats and you can adopt one theyre only $100 and some of them are free their customer service is amazing they have workers there that will help you find anything you need to have all kinds of different flea and tick removers all kinds of dog treats they have all kinds of dogs cats Mouses snakes rats daddy guinea pigs have birds have ferrets they have rabbits its the best place...

Great help and customer service but make sure you pull up every item from the petsmart website for the store to match the price. Out if 9 items that I purchased, everything was over priced in the store. The biggest difference I had was a gineua pig hay wheel that was 5.79 on the site but 15.99 in the store. Also a grooming kit online was 9.99 but in the store 14.99. Just saying beware. Hilton Head likes to take advantage of the wealthy

I usually love PetSmart; but not this visit while on vacation. I had 5 items that was bulky to carry and the clerk refused to put them in a bag for me. Hilton Head has apparently banned plastic bags, so only had a very large paper bag. They need to address this because it was embarrassing to carry all this up stairs and through lobbies!

Best customer service representative ever! They are all always friendly and helpful at this location. You can tell they love animals!

My puppy is 7 months a mini toy Pomeranian, I took him to the groomer and they didnt want to do it because he growls, and also they told me they didnt want him anymore, on the top of that they charged me full price for brushing his teeth and they didnt do it. In a few words they are not professional at all. Can you imagine they cant control a puppy 5 lb. Wow. Anyway never more. Be careful there.

They didn’t trim my dogs front nails or give her a bandanna. They beaufort Petsmart never had any issues with the nails.That’s the only reason why I go to get her groomed there is so I can get her nails done at Petsmart.

Brand new and nice PetSmart. We went here to get a life vest for our dog. They had a good selection and the store seemed clean and orderly.

I love my furbabies and I love anyone who also loves my furbabies and PetSmart loves my furbabies!! I can take the Gang-of-Mutts into the store with me and, they know, good behavior = a treat of choice when we get back in the car. PetSmarts prices are moderately high on a lot of things but they have a good variety and they have a grooming spa onsite (appointments suggested ). Too its is like a mini-trip to the zoo because they have aquariums filled with all sorts of beautiful fish, terraiums with lizards, turtles and, sometimes, snakes, cages with gerbils, hamsters, mice and, occasionally, rats and, my favorite area, exotic birds. They even have the adoption center where you can get you next feline roommate. If you already have a Queen-of-the-house, as we do, there is a whole aisle devoted to her wants and needs.

Extremely disappointed with return policy. I wanted to return a tank that was bought as a Christmas present. I had my receipt The tank was too big for my space, but I was trying to figure out if I could rearrange my furniture to fit the tank. That is the reason I didnt return it earlier. I wanted to get another smaller tank at a later date. Im angry that I was given a store credit. I dont like being forced to buy my tank from Petco. I will no longer shop at Petco once this credit is used up. I will taking my business to Petsmart. The policy needs to changed to 90 days like most other stores, most people dont read the small print on the back.Disgruntled Petco customer
