The alligator tour was a solid 10/10!!! Our tour guides Anthony and Tayloe were awesome!!! These guys are so knowledgeable. We had a blast and saw some really cool stuff.

We went on the Alligator tour. It’s an hour duration. You’ll see alligators, birds, turtles and we held a snake! Our tour guide, Anthony, was super cool and informative. And it was only 20$!!!! Would highly recommend.

10/10 experience! I definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Hilton Head. We did the Alligator Tour with Anthony and it was a fantastic time!! We saw so many gators in their natural environment. Anthony was fantastic at explaining so much information about all of the animals in the preserve. We had so much fun and got amazing pictures. BOOK THIS TOUR, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

We’ve used them twice now for parasailing 5⭐️’s and once for going to Daufuskie Island. Their parasailing is definitely a great experience to do as a couple (our first time) or a family (second time). Everyone had a great time and their boat staff has always been knowledgeable and fun.Daufuskie island was a nice experience, but the best things were the Daufuskie Museum and finding the beach access where it was like our own private beach! If you like riding golf carts it can be as fun as you make it, but a couple of cars got a little too close for comfort when we were in the busier areas.Also, take the captains advice and stock up before leaving the general store area. There’s a small coffee shop, a couple of restaurants scattered around, but no other general store with various items you may want.

We did the alligator/wildlife boat tour and it was very enjoyable! We saw multiple alligators (1 super cute baby), snakes, birds, and turtles! The tour guide (I believe his name was Anthony) was amazing and super knowledgeable about the surrounding ecosystem! He really seemed to love his job and had a really good eye when it came to spotting wildlife!

We went here for parasailing and jet skiing. The H2O sports staff were great and friendly, but I had no idea that their location was in this gated community called Harbortown. I thought Harbortown was just another city. We knew we had to pay for parking, but as a guest of Harbortown, you have to go through the gates, pay for parking, and then find a parking spot anywhere you can. There weren’t clear directions to ask to H2O sports because of ongoing construction so I had to call and was told to ‘follow the signs’ but the construction vehicles were blocking the signs. The experience with H2O sports was great but actually getting to their location was stressful.

We chartered a private sail boat one day from H20 Sports and went on a Kayak tour on another day. Both were right in Harbor Town marina and both were wonderful. Very well organized and friendly staff. The online booking process is very easy and email confirmations and reminders were excellent.

We had such a wonderful experience with our first time parasailing. The captain and deck hand were very enthusiastic and made us all feel comfortable. The deck hand moved quickly from passenger to passenger and took awesome pictures of our ride. Parasailing was exhilarating and a memory we will take away with us.

The alligator tour with Anthony was fantastic! He is extremely knowable! We learned so much and saw many unique wildlife on the tour. He was funny and made everyone feel comfortable. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Great company!

Terrible I pulled a muscle in the first 5 minutes and the guide Sam didn’t help she just kept going so my brother tied my kayak to his to tow me back to shore and when we got there the manager yelled as to put the kayaks away properly. We told him I got Injured and he didn’t care. We then asked for a refund for my brother and I since we were in the water for about 2 minutes and they refused.

Their wave runner rentals were the highlight of our trip. They make the whole experience easy, from instructional videos/training to lockers for all your gear. Highly recommend this as a way to clear your mind and just enjoy time with nature.

On a girls trip in Hilton head sc, my friends and I were able to tour the gators when Captain Anthony! He is born and raised in Hilton head and he is about preserving the wild! He was great!! Really nice guy! He is also a teacher. And the gators were Soo nice lol! Definitely go!!

Our family of 6 when parasailing yesterday…The whole experience was wonderful…Both the young lady(sorry I don’t remember her name) and the captain were very helpful…I have 2 bad knees and they both help me to have a wonderful experience, from getting onto the boat, helping me into a seating position for take off and the standing position when you land…Also we got the photo package and received over 100 photos…I would recommend H2O water sports to everyone…

10000/10! My family and I did a two-hour boat tour where we tried out waterboarding and kneeboarding. It was such a fun experience! I definitely recommend this to anyone who wishes to do something fun with their family. Our guide was Emmett, and he was really nice, helpful and explained how to kneeboard, etc. Definitely will do this again!

Such a poor excuse for a rental boat - we got a pontoon that had about 4 different colors of patched vinyl. Also duct tape over some holes. Broken gate. Broken radio. Mold. 50hp motor that barely sputtered. Massive upcharge for gas at the end. Rip off!

This was an ABSOLUTE blast. The perfect activity for our family, especially since the weather and water were warm. It was our first time on waverunners but no problems...everyone picked it up immediately.

This place had the worst customer service I ever experience in my life. I never felt so disrespected for spending my money for jet skiing. I recommend no one to ever spend there money at this establishment.

So much fun! The parasailing experience was Superfun from start to finish. The staff were encouraging, funny, yet organized. We felt safe the entire time and were able to fully enjoy the experience.Protip #1: If you dont upgrade to the photo package onsite, just have someone take pictures with your phone from the boat.Protip #2: Plan to TIP the boat staff! They are worth it. : )

We really enjoyed our Waverunner time with H2O! Plenty of space to ride, and we saw many dolphins while we were out on the water. The guides were kind and attentive.Our only complaint would be that they didn’t seem to be enforcing social distancing while we were being told all the rules and people from different families/parties were very close. Orientation is outdoors and they only have a tiny tent for shade, so if you want to socially distance, you have to stand in the heat for the length of the 10-minute video and verbal orientation.

Strict distance limit for rentals. Might as well not even have spent the money. Go elsewhere like Destin Florida or Amelia Island GA to go further than a football field.

We had a fun time on our 2 hour pontoon boat rental. However, its was blazing hot. They told us to go stand at a certain spot and wait. There was ABSOLUTELY NO SHADE. They ran 15 mins behind and we were dying. You pay 300 bucks for 2 hours, I think they can afford a 30 dollar shade umbrella!!

Great experience from the time of booking until the very end of the kayak trip. Our guide was Michael and he answered all our questions. Since he grew up on Hilton Head, he was able to tell us quite a few stories and was knowledgeable of the island. The kayak trip was during low tide, but it was an easy trip.

We just had the best time on the sunset dolphin cruise with Captain Dolphin Sean. He was knowledgeable about the area and fielded every question my kids had about dolphins. We saw plenty of dolphins along with several pups. The sunset was amazing. If youre thinking about a dolphin cruise, go with H2O Sports.

We have done a few things with H20 Sports and parasailing has been our all-time favorite! They are located right off the pier in Harbour Town and the staff are great. It is such a fun experience!

What. A. Joke. Lemme tell ya, talk about complacently. We were promised a Grady White, vessel. What we received was nothing more than a leaky canoe.

Really under rated trip! Captain Tucker impressed us all! Guy really knows everything about the area and water ways and sea life of the area! He took us to some of the coolest prettiest spots around the island. Captain tucker could be on animal planet lol! He had an answer for just about every single question we could think of...water ways, island history, interesting facts, sea life ect. Also made us feel very safe as he sanitize the whole boat before and after we got on. Felt like super safe environment. Great overall trip. Will be a returning customer!

Alligator tour is more like a wildlife tour without much wildlife. We saw some birds and turtles but the only alligator we saw was one 18 inch long. It was a very disappointing time. The only reason I wouldn’t give it one star is because the guide was informative.

I just ordered para sailing and 20 minutes after ordering it we decided to cancel it as we wanted to do something else.When we ordered no one informed us about the canceling process so I was not aware abut the 24 hours ocancelation.I asked Colton to cancel it and she was very rude about it. She told me that I was informed about the canceling process. which I was not informed. She then told me she heard that I was informed about it which was a lie and she keep insisting that she heard it...Anyway I dont think its good advice to teach your employees to argue and lie to costumers.

Went for both a dolphin tour, and rented a wave runner from them.During the dolphin tour, we saw dolphins the ENTIRE time. Everywhere we turned we saw some, it was incredible and the guide was great.Renting the wave runners was fun as well, we got up to about 45 MPH and did laps around the sound. Plenty of time, and as an added bonus the dolphins were in the area and we got to get pretty close to them.

We did the dolphin tour yesterday and it was wonderful!! Our tour guide was great-he knew exactly where the dolphins would be. We saw about thirty dolphins, including a baby! The entire experience was great and is definitely one of the highlights of our trip at Hilton Head.

Really enjoyed the sunset kayak trip out of harbor town. What a wonderful way to see what the island has to offer. Our tour guide, Pete, was super informative and fun for the whole family.We saw all sorts of birds, dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and various other marine life. Pete explained island history and the animals we came across. Would highly recommend this or any of the other trips they offer.Thanks again Pete!

We rented two double wave runners and did parasailing afterward. We had a blast. The employees were nice and very professional. The equipment was very well maintained. Not a single problem. The “play” area was huge. More than enough room to open her up and try to tame the waves. We will definitely be back. Only con was the parking. We had to drive around for about ten minutes to find an open spot.Thanks for a great time.

We went PADDLE BOARDING with REAGAN, it was the PERFECT experience! She was kind and knowledgeable. Everything was organized from calling to make the appt, getting there to sign the waiver, and getting prepared before we hopped on the board. It was an incredible experience and my four other group of girls and I recommend it to all family/friends looking for a 1.5 hour activity on the south end in Sea Pines :)

Had an amazing experience with H2O Sports!!! Went on the kayaking tour with my husband and small children. I was a little nervous at first...first time kayaking,but it turned out to be such an amazing experience! Cj and Will were our guides. They were patient with us, very informative, and all around the best! We just had such a great time! Got to see Dolphins close up among other marine life! I had such an amazing time....I would love to go kayaking again! I love the water....and the experience they gave me just makes me want to get back out there again. I was completely confident in myself by the time we were into the tour! Great work guys! Thanks!

We did the wave runner safari and had an excellent time. My wife said it may have ranked as one of the funnest things shes ever done! Enough said right? Our tour guide Ben was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Well worth the money. Spend a little extra and do the safari tour instead of just the open water free ride.

Our gator tour, held by Captain Anthony was knowledgeable, laid back and very pleasent. The boat was well made and had shade over it. With the restrictions from the island council the dock is not wheel chair accessible but Anthony will assist you. This is a very great ride for those who want wonderful and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend any one who comes to this island to take this tour.

My finance and I did a kayak tour with H2O Sports in the spring of 2016 (our guide was Pete) and it was fantastic. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and made it a great experience. We saw a couple dolphins and learned a lot about the local wild life. Absolutely worth the money. High recommend it if you like outdoorsy things.

This place ROCKS! Our expectations were exceeded with both experience and service. The staff briefed us very well on safety as this was our first time on jet skis. However, its important to know that this didnt take away from the hour on the water. We had a full hour on water where there was a large area to explore (the largest provided by any company on the island). The equipment was in great shape and our experience couldnt have been any better. HIGHLY recommended.

$40 for 1.5hr kayak tour in the Calibogue Sound. This outfitter has serval other options including a sunset dolphin boat tour and gator boat tours. I would recommend the kayak tour for those wanting to learn about the animals/history of the area. Try to go during high tide for the best chances of spotting residential Dolphins—a unique aspect of Hilton head.

Saw 1 full grown alligator for about 2 seconds and 1 baby alligator. The tour guide kept pointing out birds smh. He then repeatedly said that the alligators hide during the middle of the day when its hot, despite me asking the best time to go when I made the reservation. Waste of $$.

I purchased two activities with H20, a sailing lesson and an alligator tour. The sailing lesson was informative and our instructor (Pat) very interesting. The only bummer was the complete lack of wind with which to sail with, I also feel it could have stood to be a tad longer than an hour and a half. The alligator tour was pleasant and relaxed and our tour guide was a real hoot, we saw a lot of different kinds of wild life and our guide (I cant remember his name) was very familiar with the local flora and fauna. My only complaint about this endeavor was that the boat landing was extremely hard to find. Its buried deep within the beautiful Sea Pines Reserve, with basically no signs or instruction. However we simply called the customer service number and they were able to help us find the way.

Went on a sunset Cruise aboard the SUMO Trimeran. Was absolutely stunning! We had 6 in our group so it was just us and the capitan. He was very nice and informative (hes been doing it many years and happy answered any questions and let one of us helm the boat!).The best part is just how peaceful and relaxing it is out on the water with nothing but the wind. I can not recommend this enough! We will definitely be going back.

Was in Hilton Head enjoying my spring break and decided to go parasailing with H2O sports. Had such a great time and the staff was so awesome we decided to go back for a dolphin tour. The dolphins did not disappoint! If visiting Hilton Head I would highly recommend checking out H2O sports.

This company is hands down the best. From the very first meet and greet at check in on the dock to the boat ride, all employees were nice and courteous. Captain Frank did an amazing job informing us on history and knowledge of all the habitats around the islands. Will book this company again and again.

Anthony was the best guide and so very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful tour and saw many unique sights that I am sure we only viewed because of our guide.

We booked a group kayaking tour on August 16th. We rode our bikes to the wrong location and showed up late for the tour, however, H20 had made arrangements for us to have a private tour with Jordan since the rest of the group had shown up on time. Jordan was fantastic, lots of fun, & we really appreciated the extra effort they went through to accommodate us. We lucked out and had a huge amount of dolphins near by and Jordan had some great trivia for us! We highly recommend H20 and Jordan!

You should know that included with their release form is a paragraph which allows them to photograph you (and your family/guests). The language allows the company to copyright your own image for their promotional purposes without any compensation or usage restriction.When my husband struck this clause and said he didnt want any pictures to be taken, the staff said no modification of the form was allowed. They did refund the money in full, but who wants to be photographed for marketing while on vacation???

I went jet skiing and parasailing through H2O sports. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our captain, James, and Marlin were very down to earth and made sure we had the best time possible.

We visit HHI every summer and always make sure to stop at H2O. This summer we did the wave runners and had a blast! We also went on a sunset sail boat cruise which was amazing! We even saw dolphins! Cant wait til next visit.

I recently went kayaking at H2O while in HHI. We saw lots of wildlife and we were lucky enough to see dolphins! Our guide Pete was very knowledgeable and friendly! It was a great expensive and we plan to be back next year! I highly recommend this to others!

I rented a boat from H2O Sports in Hilton Head. Had a great experience. They have several different water sports you can choose from. I’d recommend them.

The parasailing was epic! Amazing view. It lasted longer than I thought which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing was I didnt get as wet as I had hoped. They only got my legs a little wet since we landed on the boat.

Rented wave runners from them. Pleasant crew, great jet ski, plenty of water to race around on, and amble time to have fun. While we were out there we saw several dolphins and a sea turtle, which was a fun surprise.Most rental places you are forced to follow the leader for 10-15 minutes out to your play zone, wasting part of your total hour. At H2O its a 2 minute ride on a boat to a floating barge, hop on a wave runner, and go.Dont forget your drivers license! You must have it or a photo of it to drive.

Me my daughter and fiance went parasailing on our vacation and it was amazing!!! Great staff of people and very safe we would defenitly go again and try more of their activities!!

The sunset dolphin tour with Capt Frank was fantastic! We saw a lot of dolphins. Frank was so knowledgeable about the area and the dolphins and also had a great sense of humor. Great trip!!

2nd time here at Hilton head and we came back for the jet ski safari here at H20. Its a lot of fun, friendly staff, well worth the extra money and you still get extra time to ride before and after the tour. Great Job!

The experience was ok, but wish the first mate had been more proactive in asking/reminding about pictures. I really wanted some pictures but in the excitement of the moment forgot to ask.

Do NOT take the Daufuskie Island Tour. A big waste of time & money. Three restaurants, 1 star at best, much different than the staff described. The only site of real interest was the old lighthouse, and that was 15 minutes. 4 hours of driving around on dirt roads in a golf cart in the woods......SUCKED!!!!A real waste, golf courses look like they were in bad shape.H2O should be embarrassed to sell this as a 4 hour tour.

We have walked by and looked at all the fun options they offer like kayaking, wave runners, etc. in the past but never had the time to try anything. This year I took my daughters (10 and 12) parasailing and we all absolutely loved it. We did not have our swim suits on or anything, but that was no problem and we were kept completely dry launching and landing from the boat. My youngest daughter, originally was a little scared and just wanted to watch, but after watching another group, she changed her mind and wanted to go. We all had a blast and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting harbor town in HHI.

Banana Boat was leaking air and boat captain said he has been using same Banana boat we will be fine, dont want to go out in water with boat leaking water.Manager claimed ignorance and captain whispered it is just fine!!Causal attitude wont ever go there again!!

Completely recommend. So many great services offered and an awesome staff. We enjoyed the parasailing and wave runners, but there really is something for everyone. Cant wait to go back next time we are in HH.

Its an awesome place to satisfy ur adventure craving. We were 4 people. All did parasailing at 2 pm slot on 09/30. The entire experience was SUPER AWESOME. Staff was very friendly, patient, nice and beautiful people. Their equipment looked well maintained and in great shape. We had great memorable fun time with them. Will definetly recommend and revisit.

Traveling all the way from Colorado, my friends and I were very excited to do some water sports in the ocean. We decided that the banana boat ride would be fun because it was cheap and didnt seem that scary. Boy were we wrong. The casual 15 minute banana boat ride was like a ride from hell. Our instructor whipped us back and fourth continuously and you had to grip the boat So tight that we thought our hands would bleed. There was also a mother on our boat in her sun dress who was getting soaking wet and almost fell off of the boat. I would NEVER let kids go on this ride, also our instructor dropped us off back in an area that was way too deep for us so we had to swim back to shore. NEVER, I tell you never again will I be back to this place. Worst experience.

Parasailing was nice - basically what you would expect but they were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. Also we really enjoyed the alligator & wildlife tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw a lot more than we were expecting.

Took out a boat for 4 hours and the top speed was 10 mph. Horrible service and blatently lied saying that he had it set to 4,500 rpm but it was set below 4,000 rpm. I will not be doing business with H2O Sports ever again and would never recommend doing business with H2O Sports ever.

It was pretty fun riding on the jet skis, though they made us head back early because it started raining.

I went on the waverunners tour and it was absolutely amazing. the guide briefed is very well and made sure we were all completely safe at all times. in that same day I did a paddlevoarding trip with an amazing guide jeb! he was very informational and very positive at all times. he also was very encouraging as I was very scared to stand up and actually paddle board LOL. the front desk people were amazing and were fully stocked with an emergency first aid kit as I needed it after my paddle board incident with the dock. overall very amazing experience and looking foward to coming back next year to do it again!!
