Thomas and Alex were great. We just closed on our unit and knew there were AC issues from the inspection report. They were very knowledgeable, addressed the problems, sanitized our system and repaired unexpected issues that were potential health and electrical hazards unbeknownst to us. It was a very easy experience dealing with this company for my new HVAC system. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when they were suppose too! They were very competitive in pricing and had great follow up. I will be using them for the maintenance program as well.

I have had issues with other companies not quite living up to their end of the deal. Old Coast has been a major improvement over the post company I was using. Dan is excellent and goes above and beyond what is requested of him.
