This is the second time in 6 months I’ve had to call them back because something was left undone. This time 5 hours later the inside house temperature was 82. When I investigated, I saw they left the fuse out of the box for the heat pump. Called the office about my concern about this and something else that might not have been done. They said a service manager would call me. Two days later still no calls. I guess my business is not important to them

Anthony was awesome. Showed up on a hot humid Sunday evening and was finished in 10 minutes. Very professional and efficient in his work. We were elated EAC was able to get somebody out to us to fix our AC.

My technician did a very good job - he was able to identify alot of cleaning that was needed on the coils. Also, he was able to identify a particular part operating at a lower number than it should and resolution was achieved. I recommend E.A.C. Heating & Air.

Needed service after hours when our system stopped providing cool air. I checked all the normal things that I usually think of and could not remedy the situation so I called the after hours number. I found EAC online. They had good reviews so I contacted them. It was a late Friday afternoon in the hot summer. We had renters at our place and they had let us know the AC was not working. EAC was very responsive (across the whole experience). Joe came w/in the estimated timeframe and got the unit temporarily up & running for the guests however, a new HVAC was needed. Dan Jackson was our contact and was really great to work with. He understood the need of quick turn around as we rent our place. He was so responsive, providing estimates and answers to all my questions. It really made all the difference, especially as we reside in a different state. He made us feel confident they would do a great job and they did! I highly recommend EAC.

Jeremy immediately diagnosed the issue, made repair, tested properly to insure pump was working properly. He even helped relocate a dehumidifier from inside my home to the area where water damage occurred due to broken line. Great attitude.

Tim came to my house to fix the outside fire place & said we needed to batteries because they were all corroded & needed a new part. The first person who came out could not get it to light, he ever looked at the battery, said I had to call for service. It took 2 weeks to get any one out .He was not very nice or helpful.Tim was very helpful.

Our heat went out Saturday night, We called the following Monday morning to have a tech come out. Anthony, the tech, arrived within 3 hours of our call and advised that our system was 20 years old and recommended we replace it with a new, more efficient system.Product specialist Dan came out Monday afternoon, thoroughly explained our options and made financing our choice a breeze. Installers came Tuesday morning and we had heat again that afternoon.Everyone at EAC, from start to finish, was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. EAC is the best choice for HVAC work in the area, by far.

The service from EAC were great. They got here the day I called, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, told me it would be 2-3 days for delivery. They called 3 days later and said the part was in and they could come that day to install. They fixed the problem promptly. And the guys were extremely professional. If you need service, call them.

I contacted the answering service on a Sunday afternoon when my AC wasn’t working and my house temperature was rising the service repair guy called me back in 30 minutes and advised that he would be too me shortly that there where 2 calls prior to me, he asked me what was going on with the system and gave me a few instructions to do prior to his arrival. Jereme showed up in about 1 1/2. hours and within 15 minutes my AC was up and running, after he got the system running he performed a complete inspection of our system to make sure there where no other issues explained what the problem was and made sure that we where satisfied and had no issues before he left.

Kyle did a great job as always. Efficient and thorough. Very courteous . Found the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. Got unit up and running and made sure everything was functioning properly.

This company is excellent in all respects. They recently installed a new heat pump system for our house - high quality workmanship, and knowledgeable and professional staff. There was no “hard sell” either. They walked me through the options when it became obvious the old unit was on its last legs (and one of the options was keeping the old one with a tweak or two).Performed a whole house energy audit, which helped determine the correct unit size. Afterwards, they provided a binder with all the relevant paperwork and warranties. I’ve used them for regular HVAC service visits/tune-ups for a couple of years, and they’ve always been on time, responsive, and performed to standard. I highly recommend E.A.C.!

This experience was nothing less than sensational. E.A.C. came out to a vacation house I own and gave me a quote for a new heating and air conditioning unit as mine was shot. As I wasnt able to return until 4 months after the quote was written, I was thankful they still honored the price they gave me and gave me a date within a week of my return for installation. They were there on time, arranged for a crane to lift my unit up on the fourth floor roof and had the thing installed by lunch time. We had to have our main floor living area heat pump replaced which EAC did with great proficiency and in a timely manner. The two technicians were polite, very professional and got the job done in much less time than estimated. They were very careful to lay down drop cloths and was careful with walls, furniture, etc. and cleaned up afterwards so that you never even knew they were here. My AC quit working on a Sunday afternoon and I called EAC. A technician called me back within 10 minutes and explained he was on a call and had one more before he could get to me. He arrived around 8 PM and was wearing a mask and gloves, which my wife and I greatly appreciated. Based on the symptoms, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain pan line and had it repaired in less than 1/2 hour. Our technician was very courteous and professional. I would recommend EAC to anyone needing HVAC services.

EAC was incredibly prompt in providing an estimate for the installation of a new heat pump unit. The technician who installed the unit, Gustavo, was extremely polite and went to great lengths to avoid tracking dirt into the house. He stayed past normal quitting time to finish a complicated job (some ducting had to be removed and replaced) so that we would not spend a night without heat. Great job, Dan and Gustavo!

Had a faulty capacitor that was covered under warranty but still was $89 dollars for a $20 part there reasoning was it would have cost me $160 without warranty. What kind of warranty is that? Pretty sketchy business practice. Especially because I bought the unit from them. On the bright side they fixed the problem in a short time from initial phone call and mechanic was professional.

Our 4 yr old unit stoped cooling so we called the installer. After an hour he jimmy rigged it and promised to come back. Before it did the unit died. We read the EAC reviews and decided to call. They came out the same day and in 20 minutes had the system running. We are now a new EAC customer.

We live in Colorado and have a condo with tenants in HIlto Head. EAC responded quickly and repaired the air conditioner for a great price. While vacationing in our home for a week, we discovered that one of our heat pumps was no longer functioning. A quick service call by Anthony and Anthony, their excellent service technicians, identified the issue with that 14 year old heat pump and also determined a major issue for another heat pump we have of the same vintage. As we are only part-time residents, I did not want the concern of having a repaired heat pump failing while we were out of town.We met with Dan of E.A.C. the next day and we went through our options for repair or replacement of the units. We determined that replacement for both was the right choice with the information Dan provided. As we were only in town for the week, Dan worked with his office and found a way to juggle their schedule so we could have the units installed the following day.Installation was performed by Gustavo and Hector who did excellent work installing the units. We provided them with a Nest Thermostat which was installed for the system serving our main floor so that we can now monitor and control temperatures remotely.We have now been involved in the purchase of five units from E.A.C. and every time they have done excellent work at a fair price. I recommend them without reservation.And by the way, we did opt for our main floor to purchase the unit featuring a two speed blower. At low speed which helps to save money for all but the hottest months on the island, you cannot hear the unit run. It keeps our bedroom very quiet and our sleep uninterrupted due to fan noise.
