Well, lets begin with our AC problem that began in July, they were very prompt at responding and replaced the part without asking while I was at work ...kudos to them for that much, and when I recieved the bill for $169.00 on August 6, I called and paid it immediately over the phone with my credit card. I discovered on my bill in September that they actually charged me $218.65, not $169.00 as billed yet I did not call them as they were still working to figure out an ongoing AC issue at our home. Problem was somewhat solved earlier this month (September) and I recieved 2 additional bills, one that stated it was for the July repair but the amount was more than $200 additional (remember, I paid the bill they sent me for the July repair already) than the original bill plus another one for about $600 for additional ductwork. I called to inquire about an explanation for the July bill and to include my payment previously submitted, along with a detailed statement. I was told they would call me the next day. No call came. So, I paid the two new statements minus the $218.65 I have already paid, this was just 5 days ago. I also requested a statement showing all of our charges along with our payments. Today in the mail, I recieved another bill for $75.00 more ...and NO detail of what has been billed/paid as requested. At this point, it seems like they are taking us for a ride. Not impressed and definitely will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone else. Update, they submitted another bill to us for an additional $293.00....no reason or explanation. Do yourself a favor...find another heating and air company, this one is NOT worth your money or time!!!
