I’m seriously SOOOO SAD to be leaving Commons at Creekside!!! I recently had to relocate to WA for a job that I simply couldn’t pass up. Nicole, the new leasing agent, is SOOO NICE, professional, and helpful!!! She extended her professionalism by going above and beyond and helped me print my documents after closing time at 6pm!!! I am unbelievably grateful and appreciative of her GREAT customer service skills and professionalism. Again, I’m truly SAD to be leaving Commons at Creekside!!! I will sincerely MISS my apartment and all of the leasing staff!!! I give this property a 10 out of 10!!!! U will be truly satisfied in living here with all aspects of apartment living!!!
First, I want to preface that the office staff here were some of the best, most responsive folks Ive /EVER/ encountered in an apartment office. Especially Kate and Michael. They were superstar workers and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Nothing that is to follow in this review was directly in their power, or Im sure it would have been dealt with post-haste.I tried to leave a full, extensive review of this place, but the character limits didnt allow it, so here are some highlights:- We had MICE when we moved in and they made us wait multiple weeks for pest control to come in AND we were made to dispose of them in the meantime.- We had moisture ants, like hundreds of them, in our bedroom. They came through cracks in the foundation which we sealed some of ourselves. They also made us wait for pest control on this one.- Horrific insulation for sound, heat/cold, and moisture. We had the highest electric bills weve ever had at this place. You could hear normal volume conversations out in the field/tennis court by our apartment, even when all windows were closed. So, we also heard a lot of our upstairs neighbors fighting too.- Property management/maintenance were telling us they had to come into our unit for various upgrades or evaluations around once a month. This was 2020, so obviously there was COVID and I am immunocompromised, have a nervous ESA, and I work from home, so that was /extremely/ stressful for us. They would never tell you exactly when either, it was always, sometime between 9 AM and 6 PM on *this* date. Sometimes they never came at all.- When they werent asking to come into the house, they were doing work on the exterior, right by our windows. They hired contractors to paint the exterior-- painting the back of our building on a day that it was raining, so it all washed down our windows and they had to come back and scrape it off/repaint anyway. Also, kids were constantly playing by our patio so it felt like we had little-to-no privacy even with blinds closed.- They are apparently /really/ serious about leaves there because they have leaf blowers around all day at least once a week, but often more. Which, you know, given the insulation issue, is really annoying and hard to work around as a person who works from home.Overall, Id say this place isnt worth the money. Especially at their new prices. Its a horrible place to live and I do not recommend it at all.
My experience would be a lot better if I didn’t have a family of 8 or so people move in above me. The floors are so thin and/or the family above just doesn’t care about whether or not I am sleeping and chooses to stomp and run across the floor all day and night. I’ve asked them multiple times to walk soft like a normal people but they just disregard my existence and probably just look at me as a minor inconvenience to them. Then they will play their music as loud as they can and it’s enough to drive you nuts. Unless you really enjoy hours and hours of horns and simply bass lines. I’ve talked to the office employees about it, but they know how thin the floors are and are well aware that if you are unfortunate enough to live below anyone else then you better be ready to know every step the people above you take. Just don’t do it and spare your self the headache of having to move again.
I would not recommend moving in unless you love noise. The quartz countertops and hardwood floors lure you in but unfortunately due to COVID 19, their policy is that you cannot view your apartment prior to your lease start date. The doors and windows are so poorly sealed that too much air and moisture seep through them. The noise is unreal. The windows are single pain and you can literally hear EVERYTHING OUTSIDE. There is so much moisture that seeps through the windows that there are little puddles on the window seal. I have not gotten a good nights sleep since we moved in. I can hear everything in the parking lot as if our windows were open. Trucks and cars with loud mufflers driving by through the apartment parking lot. Not to mention the road noise from main st. Maybe if you lived in a building pushed away from the road and not right off the Parking lot. Do your research. I will never move into another place sight unseen again.
Among other things, after 3 years of living here I am inspired to give a review due to our weatherstripping on our front door being removedt today on a day with hazardous air quality levels, with no expected date of a new one being installed. As well as our windows being taped off preventing any air conditioner from being used. Hazardous smoke is continually entering our home now with my wife and our 17 month son inside.
I had basically nothing but good experience here. I rented after the remodel and it was quite an enjoyable apartment. All fees and issues were taken care of very quickly and transparently. Even through the ongoing pandemic they were responsive to my issues. On move out they give a very extensive list of costs for various issues and cleanings. Again, very transparent with letting the renter know everything and plan accordingly which had me getting my entire deposit back for the first time in my renting experience. And, this was during an pandemic. The apartments arent perfect. There are always issues with living close to a busy road, close to a forest, etc. But all those were minute inconveniences that the apartments themselves cant fix. My best renter experience so far.
I toured the McKenzie unit (2 bed/2 bath) and I liked what I saw. The apartment seems like it is in good condition and the floor plan is well thought out. It is also a reasonable price for the square footage offered. Only 1 trash station on the complex so they lose a point for that.
This is my second time living in this community. I will not make the mistake ever again. The greenery is lovely but the debri from renovations are everywhere, including nails in the street and on the sidewalks. The leasing manager is not at all accommodating and shes pushy. They charge my wife and I $1050 for a 1 bed/bath that was in crappy condition when we moved in. Several light sockets dont work, all the lights flicker in the apartment, not to mention a massive ant problem (which we have traps out for), and a huge mold issue, the doors hang off their hinges because the screws dont stay in, causing the handles to come off every single day and the washer has to run at least two cycles to clean one medium load of laundry. All of this since day 1. Maintenance either takes forever to respond with a half-done job or not at all. Quiet hours dont exist here because the renovations go on 24/7, the laborers themselves seem to be staying in the empty units around us and start working at 4:30 in the morning until 10 at night. It should be noted the walls are thin, I mean we can hear them talking very clearly above us in Spanish. Upon talking to the leasing manager about moving into a remodeled home, I wasnt impressed with how their layout was set up, and thats because the computer monitor blocks up half of the desk, so while one person can comfortably talk to the agent the other sits behind a screen staring at themselves and getting ignored unless they lean over uncomfortably. She denied us the privilege of viewing the remodeled unit even though she said it was open to view, and proceeded to explain all the new features instead, and then persistently tried to push us into a 2 bedroom unit, which wed already said we werent looking for. We would have been able to at least like to see what we were going to be living in for the next 12 months since it costs an arm and a leg to live here.I wish I could rate this place negative 5.
I had the pleasure of staying at Commons at Creekside for nine months. The office staff was very friendly and personable, always willing to help you out when they can. They try to know each of their residents and it shows they want the Commons to be a community. There are monthly giveaways and frequent community parties that are always enjoyable to go to.The maintenance crew was very fast at performing any work orders that I put in. They were very accommodating about my schedule and they always did a stellar job. I was very pleased with the work they put in, although it was not needed very often. The apartments themselves are quite nice (we stayed in a renovated apartment) and all of the fixtures ran just fine. We did not have any problems with bugs, as other reviews have said. They are doing a lot of renovation around the units and sometimes they started pretty early in the morning, but usually they kept the loud noises during office hours so people at work would not be disturbed.Overall, I was very happy with our time that we stayed at Commons at Creekside and if we ever return to the area and are looking to rent, we will definitely give them a call again
OUTSTANDING!! The property itself is filled with trees, giving the complex an alpine resort feel; yet, its just off a convenient road. But what really makes Commons at Creekside special is the management team. They are by far the friendliest and most efficient we have ever encountered. Our entire experience . . . from initial phone call through the application process was smooth and pleasant. I wish all apartment complexes were run like this one!!
I have lived in this complex for almost two years and I have hated every second. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Its way too expensive. I understand that it is close to Intel, but I live in a one bedroom apartment and pay more for my rent than most people do for their mortgage. Making maintenance requests are a hassle because the maintenance people dont fix the problems the first time. When our water heater broke, we had to call them THREE times before the third guy FINALLY fixed it. Our refrigerator has been broken for the past six months. Weve had so much food go to waste. When maintenance came to fix it, he blamed it on my boyfriend and said it was his fault that it was broken. Maintenance did absolutely nothing.Anyway, please find somewhere else to go. There are better places to rent.
I lived here several years ago and wanted to write a review. I never had any issues with this apartment complex at all. The grounds are VERY WELL maintained. I was always so impressed with how clean everything was. I never had any problems with neighbors, it was really a peaceful place. The managers were really helpful and nice as well. I recommend this apartment if youre looking for a great place to live. The restaurant across the street from Baseline wasnt open yet when I was there, but I would imagine it would be a great place to grab a bite to eat, so close and all.
I have lived here 3 years.
I have lived at Commons at Creekside for the last four years. The family and I are leaving for California soon and I can say that this has been the best place I have ever lived. The community feels like a home. The people treat each other with equal respect. All the managers have always treated me as a person and not a number. Daniel, Schuyler, Carley, and Anna will welcome you with a smile when you move in and treat you the same on the day you move out. Repairs are made to the apartment within 24 hours. Many times, they had the problems fixed the same day. I wish there was a property in the Bay Area. Thank you guys for giving us a home and we will miss this place!
The new remodeled parts was very poorly done. There is standing water in windows seals and mold. They blow the leaves pretty often and if you bottom level it go in to your widows. The blowers are very loud if your trying to put a baby to sleep or small children. Last the warm/hot water last about 10mins maybe so makes it hard to take a bath.
There are no words to describe how kind and helpful Kodi is!! She has done everything she can to make our move here a reality. She made what was a very hard time in my family’s lives so very comfortable. Thank you Kodi!!!!!!
Kodi and Brandon are such a great office team. They are always friendly and do whatever they can to help. Kodi actually got down to my puppys level yesterday to say hi when we stopped in the office. The maintenance staff are great as well, always saying hi when you stop to chat with them. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. It has what I think is the greatest view of the courtyard, pool and tennis court area. I can stay inside and watch everyones kids play in the tennis courts on a nice day. The other residents are friendly as well, especially the other dog parents. I couldnt ask for a better place to live.
So, I have lived in a lot of apartments. And The Commons is BY FAR the best I have ever lived at. The atmosphere of the grounds is amazing. My husband and I often compared it to the resort we honeymooned in. Walking to the hot tub in our swim suits while hearing the wildlife and the peaceful tranquility was hands down the best part of living there. My kids made so many great friends in the complex, and LOVED that the office was always more then happy to give them treats every time they stopped in. I loved taking my pets out for walks here, and they loved the forest that surrounded our building. There was always ample parking, and the staff was quick to show up for any calls and concerns. My husband loved that after two run ins with our washer, they simply replaced it with a brand new one!Now we just moved out a few weeks ago, and have not seen our move out bill. But, Ive lived in apartments before, and I know the whole carpet replacement speal. So I am realistic as to my expectations of the costs. Im hoping they take the better path and dont charge me for a full replacement. But I did spill bleach in the hallway. So I budgeted for it. All in all I say LIVE HERE!! All apartments these days charge what they can for move outs, if you have to pay it, the living here is by far superior to most. And the manager lady is like the sweetest thing ever. Seriously.
I have lived here for about 1.5 years now, so I have several positive and negative comments:1. Older but well kept apartments.2. Staff is nice but lots of turnover in office staff.3. After your first year lease is up the rent will increase drastically (mine increased 11%)4. Recently stopped providing wipe down sheets for the workout room. (this is gross because NOBODY is wiping down the equipment)5. Workout room is FAR too hot.Look around Hillsboro maybe better options due to all the new apartments. Good luck.
Awful place with terrible service.Very dirty apartment, the windows were covered with black mold. There are constant noise and banging from contractors. They come unannounced. For weeks they were repairing the roof, then demolishing the units around us, The started with the unit below us, then the units across the corridor with no apology or at least to keep us informed about what is taking place. The stairs and the corridors are full spider webs, dust and garbage. The dogs poo are all over the places. What is unbearable is the aggressive attitude of the staff at the office. This happen the first day we moved in. They refused allowing us to reserve a spot for the truck bringing out personal belonging. Luckily we were helped by a gentleman at the office who intervened to bring the aggressive staff to reason. We left the unit in perfect order and perfectly clean this was confirmed by the signed statement received from the office staff who inspected the unit. YET, $55 were unfairly deducted from our deposit.Furthermore, they sent the reimbursement check of our deposit by regular mail and it got lost. We were given no other choice but to ask for another check and we were charged $150 that were deducted from our deposit.Avoid this place at all costs. It is dirty, mismanaged and you will get sick and frustrated dealing with their office. We are glad we are out and we found a marvelous home very well managed.
Living here was a terrible experience. About a month after moving in, I received a notice to vacate for remodeling. I wouldnt have moved in if I had known I would have to switch apartments a month later! After a year I moved from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment I moved into had an electrical panel installed on the outside of the bedroom wall. About a month in, it started buzzing incredibly loudly all night long. I told staff about it on 3 different occasions. Nothing was done. The noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep. I wore earplugs every night for months. It bothered every member of my family. I feel bad for the current occupants of that apartment. Oh, and the apartment had a mouse in it when I moved in as well.
Been living here about 3+ years now and theyve been not great but recently everything is down hill. They are in such a hurry to get all their low income families out that they dont care anymore. All that matters is money, not anyones sleep or sanity. The office is full of rude people and fake smiles. The manager is nice and maintenance people, but besides that they make it so I cant wait to move out!
The application process was mercifully fast, and the office staff is kind and understanding. The complex is clean and quiet, and the apartments are very nice.
ScammersBe careful when getting in. Take pictures of everything. After you leave check the carpet. They will replace it ans charge you a brand new one. They will not allow you chekc the new carpet.do not leave in this place. There are better options
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I lived there a year. The place is infested with spiders. They wont fix anything, just give you excuses. The chemicals they use in the grass will make your dog sick. I thought the smell in my apartment was bad until I stepped into my neighbors place. Not to mention the number of used needles there are along the road. Twice I had to call the police; once for a woman screaming for help, the other for a drive by shooting right outside my back door. Live anywhere but here. Trust me.
Ive been living here for 12 years. I have always found the staff to be very accommodating & thorough. Throughout the years there has been some turnover and almost always navigated gracefully.
This is my 3rd time living here and the worse one. People are so rude and racist, even when they are the wrong ones treat people really bad including maintenance guys. The only one who is not that bad is the manager.I’ve living here for 2 yrs and the last one it’s been awful!Back on April I wanted a non carpet apt. I paid deposit and everything was ready and oh surprise the new apt still had carpet. All the moving for nothing?? I told them and they got mad at me because I was complaining. They didn’t even let me see the apt before I move and on top of that they told me if I decide not to move I will loose my deposit.During the summer I was out of state and they call me to let me know that my apt it’s going to be remodeled and I need to move out. Without letting me have some time to decide they told me: IF YOU WANNA STAY HERE YOU NEED TO PAY DEPOSIT NOW TO SAVE YOU AN APT AND IT HAS TO BE MONEY ORDER OR CHECK!!I was like really? I’m not home I just told you.She was the rudes person in the work and just said: well if you want to stay that’s what you have to do.Again they told me the new apt won’t be ready to the day I move and they didn’t let me see it first. They obviously had a rush. I still ask to change my moving date cause and they didn’t want itI finally move to the new apt and guess what? IT WAS A MESS!! Dust everywhere, floor so dirty.Moving date was on them. I don’t understand why they have me to move during the week if it wasn’t even clean
Sarianne is wonderful!! She was very informative throughout the entire process and very courteous. Great customer service!
It frustrates me that apartment complexes that can get away with charging ridiculously high rent are unable to provide decent management!I have lived in low income apartments, even, where the management was good. The cost of rent for even a one bedroom at this complex is more than what the average persons house payment is, yet, the management is completely incompetent. When I first moved there they didnt have the apartment move in ready as they promised to have. There wasnt even a threshold on the door which enabled cold air to come pouring in, along with insects.Even after the threshold was put in I was sick the entire time I lived in this complex because they are not energy efficient. You can feel the cold air coming in the windows. I could never get my apartment there to stay warm, causing my chronic illness (I am disabled due to a rare gene & autoimmune disorder) to become worse & I had more flares of pain because cold affects my disease & if I cant stay warm I experience more pain. The cost of electricity to heat this unit was almost $200 a month in the winter. Then, I was forced to pay for the unit at this complex & where I moved to because management at Commons at Creekside wouldnt be reasonable & allow me to end my lease a month early, meaning I also had to pay utilities at both units. After I had already received a refund of my deposit & thought I was done with them they sent a bill to my roommate & I for charge back from PGE. I contacted PGE & this complex is trying to charge me for electricity used in that unit for a month AFTER I moved out! My roommate & I already paid 2 days extra utilities on that unit after we turned in the keys! Also, management blatantly lied about their policy regarding pets & dog feces. They told us they had a program called Poo Prints & that we would be getting an email regarding this, which we never received. They informed if any dog feces was found on the property that the DNA of the feces would be tested & linked back to whatever animal it came from & the tenant would be charged. This was obviously not true because we never received the email & there was feces all over the complex.I put my granddaughters high chair on my porch for 5 minutes one day & received a letter from management saying if it wasnt removed immediately Id receive a $50 fine, yet, there was a board with rusty nails laying on the ground right near my porch from the time I had moved in.Also, this complex has no security cameras & the storage unit we were paying the management rent for was burglarized & we lost some belongings that are irreplaceable. With all of this I am completely frustrated that I now am forced to seek legal advice, which is going to cost me more money, because the management is so incompetent that they cant keep their bookkeeping straight & are trying to make me pay for electric usage for that was used AFTER I had already vacated the apartment! Now I have no choice but to seek legal advice & possibly retain an attorney. I am not understanding why would this management company refund my deposit before everything was settled? If they hadnt received the electric bill for that unit, yet, why issue a refund of the deposit? Refund of the deposit should have been the end of any further financial obligation on our part.
I live here for a few months now and I like it here, its clean its well maintained and staff is nice here. If something brakes they fix it right away. There is a problem to this place, its located on approach pass to the Hillsboro airport.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT RENTING READ THIS.We lived here on a 9 month lease. We thought the price was fair but but like all good things there is a catch. Firstly they whole appartment is cheap and is on the bink of falling apart when you first move in so any wear and tear will be considered at the end of your lease. Before you sign concider all cost like the list of things they will charge you for when you move out which is ridiculous and you need to look at and keep in mind for when you move out. You can ask they front desk. Also your lease might end on a set date but you need to put forth a 30 day notice. Any time past your lease you will be charged 1950 on a month to month quote.Overall its a good place to start out but I would have much rather paid 100 more for a nicer spot. Its not worth what they charge and all the hidden fees make it more than you planned. BE AWARE.
Contacted the front office SAT. January 21, 2019, because of a oneapp listing that said they accept evictions. Called them to confirm that they do not consider evictions and was confirmed. Shelby went ahead and said we were completely good and our previous history should be able to be overlooked. Put in 3 applications that day with the promise that it can be worked with and or appealed. All of this information was completely false and they DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EVICTIONS within the past 7 years. They told us word for word, It doesnt matter how much time for the eviction, as long as its paid off. We were completely decieved, saddened, and angry to find out the REAL criteria AFTER paying their fees. Shelby and the senior agent needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for DECEPTION. Just down right disrespectful to whatever people may be dealing with day to day and cant afford your capitalistic greed. It is now Feb. 8th and they have given us the cold shoulder about refunding our application fees. Still waiting...
Everyone was so nice and friendly answered all my questions.the apartments are very nice and im very happy with the service
OK place to live, quiet and well situated. Has a decent gym, pool and sauna. Overall its a good place to live, but nothing special.
You’ll be making the biggest mistake of your life if you plan to move to this horrible place. The staff at leasing office needs training on how to converse with tenants. One particular lady with glasses acts like she owns the apartments and is super rude to everyone, having experienced this multiple times. Good luck trying to get hold of manager if you wanted to sort out any issues!!! She’s not available ANTYTIME, you’d have better chance of winning lottery.Apartments are old and keeping it clean is a Herculean task given that the community is marred with bugs, mosquitos throughout the year. Apt unit doors and windows offer no protection during winter against cold and heat during summer. Super depressing since lights are awfully placed, really amateur work in design of units.Only good thing is kitchen appliances are nice and repair staff are good.
We love our apartment and the staff is super friendly! The staff does such an amazing job whenever we need them! What is a big concern to me is that other dog owners do not pick up their dog’s poop. It is disgusting and dangerous. While walking my dog, I regularly step in dog poop. It is not the staffs job to pick up after dogs, it is the responsibility of the dog owner. The staff mass it very easy to pick up after your dog too by having bag stations. Our dog has gotten sick TWICE after moving here from contracting giardia on the poopy lawns. Not only is this a danger to dogs, but also to humans. I wish we had done a better check of the grassy lawn areas before we signed our lease. My only other complaint is that many people smoke close to the building and on their porches. In the summertime this is a nighmere with no ac and windows open. So if you are at all sensitive to smoking, don’t move here.
We were visiting a family member. The place is beautiful and well maintained.
Lazy people in the morning... cant even help to show you around, instead they direct you to a map as if just sitting down on a chair is so hard
Im not really agree with this. Im the one affected this this friday because tow truck towing my car 7pm with no previous notice and cost me $400. I find out with this with housing tomorrow because i dont think this is fair how you tow cars during the day.my car and 8 more people the tow truck take our cars last Friday before 10 oclock.we figure out all this tomorrow with housing because Im not I greet and nobodys agree with this.
This place is awful! Mold is growing everywhere and I clean it with bleach weekly! its not updated, and they cut corners and over charge for this crappy place! When my garbage disposal broke for the 2nd time instead of replacing it they cut corners. The vent heater smelled like it was burning from the inside so we turned the breaker off and called trying to save them from having an electrical fire they decided to tell me sorry no one is here until Monday! I said so my kids are supposed to be without heat all weekend? They said yeah sorry! Shows how much they care for this place! I worked in property management and am so disgusted with this place!
My son lives here and works at Intel and he loves the apartments.
Its one thing to take away parking but you guys hit a new low. You have blocked off access to huge areas and forced your residents to walk with whatever they have around your taped areas including areas where there is no sidewalks. What were you thinking? I had to walk from where I parked my car in Timbuktu and walk over a ditch and through bushes to get to my place. Post this message on how good your place is! I have a disabled wife who you just trapped in her apartment for an unknown time period. Very poor planning. Here are other things to validate my review.-Kitchen cupboards fall off the walls because they are stapled (yup stapled) to the walls-This apartment has had sewer gas fumes in it and the complex has never fixed it.-A utility room door that has been broken since we moved in and every fix is just a reattachment of the door until it falls off the slider again-Carpet in apartment was never installed properly and has had stretch marks in it since we moved in.-Promise by management to not raise rent because we are different than those other guys and yet rent has been raised $200.00 in 2 years-A bar across the street that is real noisy and keeps you awake until 1-2am at times. This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. If you really want Luxury which they advertise this complex as being. Dont move here.Is this enough validation for a single star review?
Super, super nice management team. They deserve a raise. Even helped us out (as we first got into town) by suggesting personal favorites as far as best auto mechanics, local groceries, etc. We changed apartments at the last second and had more than a few questions (coming from 8 years home ownership) and they handled that very well.Being month-to-month was an absolute Godsend for us as the hotels are very $.For 1500 / 2 bdrm, apartments themselves are just ok. Maybe B-. You can hear people above you and outside your windows. And smell them smoking, yuck. No a/c so, with windows open in Summer, this was annoying. Not bragging, at all, but coming from a home, with privacy and all that, we may be biased. So, take w/ grain of salt. Water heater isnt big / new enough to fill up tiny bathtub with hot water. With fan off, you can hear every detail of person above using bathroom. Not very relaxing when laying in tiny tub of lukewarm bath water...Landscaping is nice. Big trees, not too much trash, sauna is very nice, hot tub is pretty good, yay tennis court! Overall its relaxing outside our unit and I havent seen any unsavory characters or heard any loud rap etc. lolLocation is central Hillsboro and very safe, in my opinion. No problems so far.Would recommend!
A package of ours was delivered to their office. We confirmed with the USPS that it was delivered yet the office did not have the package nor did they keep record of packages that were delivered....now we are out of a delivery.
Parking could be better and the office staff was very short
Very quick maintenanceFriendly office people
We havent lived in these apartments but we have friends who have. We get lost in the parking lot almost every time. The apartments are not well lit with natural lighting.
These people are liars and thieves. Do not do business with them!!
Huge turnover rate. They really dont have anything together or organized. The staff isnt very welcoming or kind. Contacted the corporate office MULTIPLE times and never once received a response.
Great place
Good apartment
Moved in in May with my boyfriend and we have loved it immensely! The apartments are beautiful with updated appliances and balconies, and the grounds are lovely with walking ways, racquet court, and a pool. I love walking my dog here, it feels very rural and cozy despite still being in town with anything needed nearby. Management and maintenance have always been friendly and welcoming and take care of any issues in a timely manner.
