Great location, very clean and updated apartment! Staff was excellent - Tyler especially. I was setting up an apartment for my military brother to have it ready when he returned home. The logistics from out of state were challenging but the entire team including Tyler and Erika were professional and detail oriented. They returned calls in a timely fashion and helped with working out the paperwork needed from remote locations. Thanks again for all of your help! My brother is in and loves the place!

Tyler is someone who really likes to help and explain for new renters as much as he can. He’s so nice and professional in communications.

Our new apartment has a flowing, spacious layout that has made it very easy to get comfortable quickly. Both the leasing staff and maintenance team have been very helpful during our entire experience. Erica in the Leasing Office was exceptionally helpful to us when transferring our previous lease and has been very welcoming ever since.

I went on a tour with my boyfriend to look at finding an apartment near where we both worked. Tyler showed us around the complex and not only was very engaging but also made us feel like we were already part of the community there.

I have lived here for a year now and I really enjoy the place. It is quiet, close to nice parks if you enjoy walks and being outside, clean and tidy kept property. Very responsive and proactive with maintenance around the property and in the units. Nice staff members kudos Peter always has the answer or know who to point to. The property just lacks a gym for tenant which will make this place a 6-start

Great place, well furnished reasonable priced apartments with peaceful & quiet environment.Commute is easier with bus stop right outside the apartment and MAX station is 5 min walk. Costco and restaurants is right around the corner.The management team is amazing. Peter has been really helpful from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. Thank you

Beautiful and peaceful apartment and complex! Andrew and Peter, the leasing agents were extremely helpful in helping my son find an apartment during his 7 month internship. They were very patient with all our questions and sent us pictures which helped my son make his decision to lease here from the East Coast...sight unseen at a rate he could afford! Lived here for 1 1/2 years, and its a great place! The grounds are well-kept and always beautifully groomed. The staff in the office are super friendly and helpful with speedy response time! I really enjoyed having a pool for the ridiculously hot last summer; and for cool nights theres a hot tub which is open late and very rarely occupied. I deeply appreciate that they refund deposits accordingly for units left in good shape!! I would definitely live here again or recommend it to family and friends!

Absolutely hands down my favorite management team. I visited 10 or more apartments in the Hillsboro area. This is the first time in 15 years that I’ve had to rent an apartment so I was very nervous. Andrew was extremely professional, patient and listened to me blab about all my concerns and anxiety’s about renting. He reassured me that they were there to help walk me through everything. This community is very quiet and low key which is exactly what I was looking for. The apartment space inside even though a little smaller, are also beautifully renovated. The manager Amber is also extremely nice. Thank you guys, I appreciate you.

If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, this is the best place to stay.There are also costco and shopping malls nearby, which is convenient.In addition, the office staff, Andrew and Peter, are very kind.They will be willing to do everything they can to help you with parcel management,mail management, and so on.I strongly recommend you move to this place.

Comfortable, quiet living in a beautiful neighborhood!For being as busy and full as the parking lot suggests, this complex is one of the quietest places I’ve ever lived. It’s a little bit of a walk to get to the trash & recycling areas, but that’s more than made up for by the included washer and dryer in my linen closet. Vaulted ceilings and a private balcony add a real sense of spaciousness and luxury to second floor apartments. The view is lush and suburban, the amenities are top quality, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I am very pleased to make this my residence.

Lived in this community for 2 years. Safe, clean, nice staff, quick and good maintainess and reasonable charge after moving out. I have no complaint. Thumb up for me.

Great place to live, great location. I have struggled recently and management has been understanding and very helpful when it came to getting back on track. The apartments are nice and maintenance is always busy cleaning, doing landscaping, fixing something, or renovating. I have nothing bad to say.

I lived there for 10 months while I waited for my partner to move up from Eugene. It worked out great for us in the end and my stay was comfortable in all ways. The location is perfect as there is a beautiful business park and Hillsboro library close by as well as Costco and grocery shopping. The staff was always polite and accommodating making life easy. Thank you Hawthorne Commons for making my temporary home feel a little more like a long term home.

Hands down the worst apartments I have lived in. The units are good but the management is just so rude and greedy. They would try every possible way to get money from you during your moveout. Got really bad attitude from the lady showing us the unit for the first time. But we gave the management the benefit of doubt and signed the lease. Shouldnt have.

Location is great for Hillsboro airport and Intel campuses. Amber and team in the front office were always nice and accommodating. Apartment maintenance was always prompt. One bad thing is the price but it is at market value for the location and quality. It may not be worth the price if you end up living in an apartment right next to Cornell (very busy road). Apartments away from the road are actually very quiet. My wife and I broke our lease premature to buy a house otherwise we would have been there longer. We received (almost) our entire security deposit back after we left. If you can afford it I highly recommend this place!

It was my worst experience! They ask you to pay for every maintenance request. Hopeless service! And the apartments have poor design! Very disappointed! The staff are the absolutely unhelpful!

I had the worst experience staying at this place. The houses here do not have proper ventilation and was dingy. The rent is overpriced and totally not worth it.The rental office folks are the most unhelpful and rude people. Overall, I had an extremely unpleasant experience staying here. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Worst place to live no security no Jim no children play area strangers knocks door for some time this really scares you can’t keep children bicycles out side if you keep with out locking it for short time you forget about your things and when you move out they will charge you like anything with out any reason.
