Kim was amazing! I don’t get my nails done often, but she made it such a great experience. I got a gel manicure with the most beautiful shimmery navy blue for a post covid wedding bridal shower party and I couldn’t be happier. I also got my nails done at The Pearl Nail Studio last year for my wedding and I loved how they turned out then as well. Great nails that last and excellent customer service with knowledgeable nail experts. My friend always gets dip there and loves that as well. I definitely recommend going to The Pearl Nail Studio for your next manicure or pedicure!

This nail salon is amazing I wanted something different but she wasn’t that experienced and they don’t do airbrushing:/but overall everything was great she was so kind and welcoming!

First time here. Was very pleased with how my nails turned out. The salon I had gone to before this didnt give me what I wanted and my nails were different lengths and shapes. Kim fixed them up for me, gave me the correct shape and didnt charge me anything extra for the reshaping! Will definitely be going back to this salon from now on. 🙂

Another nail salon cancelled my appointment I had 2 hours prior and this was 2 days before my wedding!! My friend gave up her appointment, like an angel, so I was able to get them done. She had booked a gel removal mani but I needed a gel mani with nail art. They totally understood my predicament and were able to take care of me! Dan was awesome and upfront about what he realistically could and couldn’t do and what we decided on turned out awesome! He was very meticulous and did very well! It’s a lovely little nail studio and the prices were great!! In a stressful situation, I actually think I found my new nail studio.

Great experience here, havent had nails in forever and got them for valentines day. Clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Was going to get acrylics but Lynn suggested dip for me instead and I love them! She was super knowledgeable and I love the work she did! Not going to get nails anywhere else from now on.

I love The Pearl and will most DEFINITELY be back. Kim D did my nails and she was so fun to talk to and really explained the process of acrylic nails to me, as I had never had them done before. I showed her a picture of the nails I was looking to have done and she did a perfect job of recreating. Love this place!!

I really love this place. I’ve had my share of visiting nail salons and pearls is definitely my favorite. They’re always so nice and one time a technician even helped me pick out a color. The workers are so kind and make conversation with you. Great price for great quality.

The BEST place hands down. Been getting my nails done for 25 years, and man I wish I had this quality all those years! Everyone at Pearl is amazing. Friendly, professional, highly skilled. My nails never get loose or come off (acrylic) and I can easily go 4 or 5 weeks without a balance, and I work at a gas station, so my nails get plenty of action. This pic is after 2 weeks!

Nice place. Clean, neat, good Covid-19 response. My nail tech did a good job shaping my nails. Only complaint is that I wish they had used a base coat and wrapped the tip of my nail to help prevent chipping. Pretty solid place with good pricing, though.

Just having moved to Columbus six months ago, I was struggling to find a nail salon that I loved. After visiting a handful, I stumbled across The Pearl Nail studio after reading their reviews. I stopped by on a Saturday morning, right at 10am. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and said they’d be able to fit me in. Alexis did my dip powder — she was SO kind, energetic and did an AMAZING job! I am super particular about my nails, and she did not disappoint! Lily did my gel pedicure, and I was thrilled with how it turned out! I will definitely be booking my next appointment there!! I highly recommend either one of these fabulous nail techs!!!!

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. I generally have a hard time getting polish, gel and dip to stick to my nails for more than a few days, but dip manicures here last up to 3 weeks for me. I attribute this to the salon’s high quality products and thorough technicians.

Alexia did a great pedicure. She was very pleasant and friendly. My toes look great. She gave me special attention when I told her I was diabetic. I was definitely requested her again.

One of the best nail studios I have been too. Serena is amazing and i love our girl talk. Everyone is very friendly and talented. I recently moved 30 miles away and will still make the trip to this salon.

My son and I went for pedicures and had a nice experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We made appointments and they were ready for us when we arrived. I have made appointments at other places where I have had to wait an excessive amount of time but not here. The service was outstanding and they give you a very relaxing leg and foot massage. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a pedicure done here and a manicure and they were both perfect and relaxing. Alexis did my pedicure last spring and made my feet feel brand new. I just had a gel mani done by Stevie last night and my nails are exactly what I hoped for! He was very efficient and attentive and my nails look like Christmas ornaments! Thank you and I can’t wait to be back.

Overall my nails look good, the salon doesn’t have a lot of gel polish selections but it’s nice and clean. The tech made my cuticles bleed when balancing my acrylics, so I am hoping I don’t get an infection like staph or mrsa from this. I would not go back.

This nail salon is still fairly new and today was my first visit and I have to say Im impressed! After searching for a stable nail salon for the past 6 months or so, I think I have found the right place! I made an appointment and was actually seen ON TIME!!!! My nail tech did a fabulous job in a timely manner AND the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely amazing! I had an awful first experience at another nail salon and was petrified of getting acrylics again. Not only was the salon so relaxing and every employee was so welcoming! Melly did my acrylics, and was totally understanding and explained everything and what would be better for my nails. Thank you so much Melly!

I really enjoyed my pedicure but they were running behind and nobody kept me updated. The person that did my pedicure also seemed tired and like he didnt want to be there. Nobody was friendly. At least the massage chair was comfortable.

I went here for the first and only time a few weeks ago. The shop is super cute and clean. However, the staff seems to treat customers, possibly because I was not a regular, as just money in their chair to be rushed out. I sent a picture in ahead of time and was told it was possible. However, I get to my appointment and they didnt even have a similar color (which was a teal blue) or the ability to do the design at all. Not to mention they are incredibly overpriced for what you receive.

Have been going here for about two months now, and every time my nails have been perfect! I have never had one lift, crack, or chip, and I am extremely hard on my hands with my nails being in water and chemicals all day. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service from the front the young lady was not polite. I walked in, the girl asked how she could help me. I asked if they did sns and she said.....I thinks so.Me: Great can I do that?Her: do you have an appointment? (Probably not since I dont know what services you offer 😂)Me: no, do I need one?Her: yeah, we only take walk ins if we have timeLitterally 20 seconds..no words....Me: soooo do you have time??Her: no were booked all day😂Totally fine that youre booked! What you should have done is offered me an appointment for a later date, or actually explained to me the way it works at your salon, instead of standing awkwardly making me guess. Youre the expert and the first representation of this establishment. Better luck next time.

I have to say that Im very disappointed with the service here. There was no attempt to connect with the client, and instead of correcting her mistakes the salon artist made excuses for them and blamed her client for picking a nail art that, apparently, I should have expected to come out poorly. Im not upset that my nails didnt come out the way I wanted. I am angered by the fact that instead of fixing it she made excuses and did not even attempt to correct the job. Theres a hundred different ways to do ombre nails, and the mistakes were very obvious. The fact that she did not observe them and was more interested in getting me out of the chair and out the door making sure that her work was done correctly was highly offencive. If you would like to go to a place that would rather send the client out the door with a poor excuse for a nail job then make sure their work executed correctly then by all means schedule an appointment with pearl nail. I however will never be coming back here and will seek a place that has better customer service and actually corrects their mistakes instead of making excuses for them.
