This place is not only way over priced they charge an additional $3 to clean their equipment. They call it a COVID-19 charge. I asked why and they said because they have to clean the equipment between clients. My thoughts are that, shouldnt you have been doing that anyway. I normally pay 35 - 40 for a balance. Here they charged $60 for a balance. What the heck, were not in New York or Hollywood. To rich for my blood. Never going back.

They were slammed packed but were kind enough to get me in later at 5:45 despite them closing at 6! Everyone is so friendly, they cleaned after every service, and the talent is amazing! Sean and I believe her name was Lynn helped me, I love my cat eye nails and highly recommend!

I can’t get over how much I love my nails ! I was having really bad luck all day with my nails and other nail salons, these guys took me right away and made all my visions come true ! As well as just being kind happy people who make the experience even better . They took their time and made sure I was happy with every step . I’ve never found a nail salon that I liked and felt comfortable coming back . This place hands down is the best and I’ll definitely come back and recommend this location!!!!

Nicole is absolutely amazing!! She worked me into her schedule to get my eyebrows microbladed and to get lashes at the last minute for my brothers wedding. She stayed 4 hours after closing to get this done for me. Sandy also stayed to to my nails and my toes. These women definitely went out of their way for me. Nicole called her husband and told him to eat without her tonight and to feed their infant son. Absolutely a 5+ star salon. My sister is here this morning and hour before they open to also get microbladed. Another schedule fit in by Nicole!’ We love you guys, forever customers!!’

This is a smaller salon however the attention given to each customer was impressive. There was no rushing and the atmosphere was very positive. Not what you normally find in most nail salons. Since they take their time everyone seems quite happy with their nails and if their not Im sure they would correct it until their customer is satisfied.

It’s a really nice salon and all of the nail techs are really nice it was a great experience the only thing was is they’re kinda pricey in my opinion because I paid $68 (not including tip) for this but overall I would recommend if you’re willing to pay more !

My legs and feet were rough. They were very kind so I chose the deluxe treatment. They have several massage chairs while you wait. And those chairs were very relaxing. I was served wine with the deluxe treatment.

This is my favorite nail place in the Columbus area. They are slightly more pricey than some other places but worth the extra couple of dollars. The nail techs are super nice and welcoming. The nail techs provide great customer service and are very engaging with their patrons. They dont just talk to each other or not at all. They are fairly simple with their designs so, if youre looking for an extravagant/flashy look this may not be the place for you, as I dont see a whole lot of fancy artwork. But if you like a place that you can go to regularly for an everyday look thats quality, then look no further. They stand behind their work and their products and aim to please. I have regretfully tried other places and always wish I hadnt. This place feels safe and is ALWAYS clean. Ask for Sandy shes my fave but everyone is great.

Took my daughter to get her nails balanced today. She specifically asked for acrylics that last time she had her full set done about 2 and a half weeks ago and I sat with her when she got them done so I know they were acrylic. When I went to pay for her balance they charged me for a full set. Her nails were never taken off just the little gap filled and I was charged 76.00 for a balance. Was told that her nails werent acrylic when I know they were. I said something and asked why I was charged so much when it said on their website it was 28.00 for a balance for acrylic. Now she had longer nails so I figured maybe it would be 35.00 but not the same as I paid for her full set to be put on. I have a pic of where the website says 28.00. I will never go here again to be ripped off

Ive been going here regularly for over 4.5 years now and I always see Theresa. Im almost always greeted by name and feel right at home. They have always been super clean and are even more so now with Corona.I am extremely tough on my nails (not even gel polish can stand the abuse of my nails more than a few days), and a few years ago Theresa recommended I switch from gel to Nexgen dip powder, Ive never had anything else since the switch. I can go nearly a month or so without having to replace them and the price is more than fair for the quality I receive. My nails always come out immaculate and in the rare case that there is a problem (aka my clumsy self brakes one within a week) they always make it right! They even offer a rewards program that you can earn a free pedicure from!I recommend them to all my patients at work who ask me about my nails, a few have even come back to show me the work that was done and thank me for recommending the salon. I literally can not praise this salon enough.

Had an amazing experience! It was super clean, the staff is fantastic and the prices are great. I tried the dip polish for the first time and loved it. Horrible. Maybe it was just a one time thing not sure what happened there. But I will not be going back. The lady left the remover on my nails for what felt like forever, then when she finally came back after someone went and got her I felt like she was going to take off my nail. Definitely not going back.

I did go to your nail salon last week. I called and the lady on the phone told me to come on in now and when I came in I had to wait 30 minutes. $65 and my nails arent even smooth. I wanted a different color but they were out of that color so he gave me a new color and the color was too light. Told him I wanted coffin shape and I ended up with square. The color is so weird it makes my nails look dirty.

Service was great I loved my nails, she did a great job at giving me the shape I wanted. I did pay more than what I usually pay it was my first time at this shop. I was just disappointed on the polish job, the next day my tips looked worn out like I had it done weeks ago.

Lynn is absolutely the beeeesssttt !! I go in everytime and come out with exactly what I wanted and then some!!!! I’ve always had a problem with biting my nails so in that case their really short she put my nails on the first time and they lasted a month not one popped off or even chipped I’ve honestly never ever been able to say that anywhere else I go, idk if it’s because they don’t take as much time on my small fingers or if they may use better product then other nail places or maybe both but everytime I go here my nails are perfect and last as long as I need them to if not longer!!! And she more then satisfies me every single time I go!!! Also everyone who works there seems really sweet everytime I call and book an appt or come in for my appt the staff always treats me like I’m at home !!!! Give this place a 10/10. The staff was very professional and kind. They kept the salon clean and they maintained covid precautions. Attached is a picture of my nails. I went with black matte dip powder. I have been going to the same nail tech for the last 8 years, I struggled finding someone who was a perfectionist like my old tech; Nicole has met my expectations and more. The ONLY thing I found weird was that she does the manicure part (cuticles, massaging of hand, hot towels) after the nails are done. Next time I go Ill ask for all of this to be done before my nails are painted, but otherwise I thought my nails turned out great! Only reason I say this is because when it is done before, more of my cuticles get cut. I do recommend going to Finger Nails and highly recommend seeing Nicole.

This was my second time going here and they did amazing! I got the color powder tips and the quality was amazing I have fat finger nails so I had problems with nails lifting in the past and my nails have not lifted once definitely found my nail salon

Don’t even know where to begin with how happy I am. I made an appointment based solely on reviews. Nicole was my nail tech and was amazing. The salon was very busy when I went in at 1045 with a person in every pedicure spa and nail station. I was greeted by every worker who passed. I was offered a beverage while having my service. I originally wanted acrylic but was informatively talked to about dip powder and changed my mind. Nicole really listened to how I wanted my nails to look and they were perfect. Nicole and all of the staff were sweet and fun and personable and it was such a pleasant experience.

It was an incredible experience. I love the place, the decoration and the awesome tea kindly offered to me. Lavay was very kind and nice. And Nicole was spectacular with my manicure. Thanks so much for everything.

My favorite technicians are Tommy, the owner, and Sandy! Ive always gotten the solar nails and balance, and my finger nails are perfection every time I walk out of their door! But, in addition to the top notch craftsmanship, what enticed me to go there, the very first time, was a Yelp review, which informed me that the entire staff usually speaks ONLY English...not only to their clients, but also to each other! My go to place to get may nails done! Customer Service is top notch and my nails always last! I have had my nails done by every single technician at least once, and I trust them all! I often have to give special requests for length and thickness due to my occupation, and they always deliver beautiful nails. I have also had waxing and pedicures done here as well and they do not disappoint!

I discovered Finger Nails salon about 2 years ago and I love going to get pedicures and nails done here! The staff is very warm and welcoming to everyone and make you feel special. It is treat every visit and the selections are wonderful. I would not go anywhere else. I take my teenage daughter and she loves it too! I feel like the prices are reasonable and the service is unmatched and personal.
