I was a loyalist to Kendra at Westgate Salon for a long time, and when she left, she pointed me at Mod Salon. If your nail technician recommends another nail technician, you trust her! Bora at Mod Salon is awesome. She is super kind, I enjoy our conversation, and shes great at what she does. My nails always last 4+ weeks, and they look great. I miss Kendra a lot, but Im really glad that I have a new gal that I love!

Wonderful atmosphere, clean surfaces, and friendly staff. It may have been my first visit to Mod salon but I will not be my last.

Took my kids the first thing they did was check temperatures and ask them to wash hands with sanitizers.. impressed with the cleanliness and the service.

The owners are unprofessional, unwelcoming and only acknowledge their own clients. I went to Mod for years and could count on two fingers the number of times the female owner acknowledged my presence... forget going as far as thanking me for my business. The female owner is also extremely loud and always running her mouth about herself. You could be all the way in the back pedicure area and hear her from the very front of the salon... doesn’t really create the serene, peaceful environment their website claims. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where I am acknowledged and valued. Definitely skip this place.

I am the owner you are referring to in your review and would like to state that I work very hard to run a business that shows MUCH appreciation for all of our clients. That being said, I also work in my business taking clients and do have to give them my attention when providing services. We all cater to our clients on an individual basis. I have NEVER shown any neglect of appreciation for our clients and am taken back by your harsh words. I understand if you do not like me on a personal level, but how do you even know me if you say Ive never spoken to you? Im truly sorry if you did not enjoy your service with us, but could find you in our system either. I even checked inactive files, unless you booked under a different name than this review you posted attacking my personal character. Clients who have come for years know my personality and my intentions, Im sorry you feel differently.

Amazing experience! I had Jessica and she is so incredibly professional and did such a beautiful job. I had an opportunity to meet one of the owners and 2 other staff members and everyone was so welcoming and nice. I will be making this my permanent nail salon. You HAVE TO TRY the sugar scrub. My hands are so soft.I have to mention I broke my wrist and Jessica took extra special care to ensure as little pain as possible. The reviews are what brought me here and I can say they live up to the 5 stars!!

I was scheduled at another salon, and the appointment was cancelled at the last minute. I was able to get in with Jessica at Mod Salon for an impromptu appointment. She shared with me she has been doing nails for 17 years and what a fantastic job she does. I highly recommend her! I am leaving for vacation and was able to get exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price.

This was the first time I went to this salon and I cant brag enough! I am VERY picky with my eyebrows, and today I went in for a wax, I think her name was Bora who did them, and they have never looked better ! She was super polite and sweet as can be, plus she did a AMAZING JOB. I definitely will be coming back here :)

Absolutely love this nail salon! They have been my go to place since moving to Hilliard. Each time I need my nails or eyebrows done I immediately hop onto the MINDBODY app and make an appointment which is super easy. All of the technicians I’ve gotten have been wonderful and taken their time. I’ve not had a single rushed service. I’ve never had an issue with my nails or eyebrows. The prices are great. They will definitely be continuing to get my business in the future.

The place is very clean and nice. The service is amazing and very nice staff. I got Mine and padi for 49. I really recommend this place. The take appointments, I walked in and the waiting was only 10 min and they were busy all the time but they were taking very good care of the appointments guests, phone calls and walk in guest.

I love Mod Salon!! They are professional and prompt, and the spa is always spotless! The owners are usually there and they are very nice and welcoming. I always go to Mod Salon over any nail spa. The cherry on top is how cute this place is!

I love it here! Last time I came in for my pedicure, I had one of the owners and she was fantastic! I havent had a tech that I didnt like or had any poor results. Great location in the growing Hilliard area and the nicest people and beautiful salon!

I would have loved to experience this salon, but the parking lot was full and other patrons were parking on the sides and rear of the building. One vehicle was double-parked and several vehicles belonged to the neighboring Jet’s Pizza.

Never return. Told them three times what I wantedgel on fingers, regular on toes. When told them it wasnt right they didnt have time to do what I wanted AND charged me for the basic mani I didnt want. Never again. BBB is my next contact.

SUPER upset. I have been there a couple times and have had great service in the past. Last week I used the MINDBODY app and scheduled an appointment for this week but had to reschedule it due to a work conflict. The app sent me a notification of my cancellation and notification of my rescheduled appointment. I even got a text /email from Mod Salon themselves. Then TODAY I get a call and theyre trying to confirm my appointment for TONIGHT that I cancelled last week! They also dont have my rescheduled appointment on their end?!?!? How frustrating!!!!! I also scheduled 3 expensive mani/pedis in September before my wedding but forget that- I am cancelling those now! I can not have this stress leading up to my wedding. I simply wanted a mani/pedi before I leave for vacation this week. I will take my business elsewhere.

I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday, and was refused service. Im a black woman and every other woman in there was white. I was told that all the techs were booked because of prom this week and I was the only one left waiting without a high school girl in sight. I will never return to this location ever again.
