I have been coming to Lindsey for years now and she also cuts both of my daughters’ hair. She is efficient, professional, down to earth, and always does an amazing job! I love how easy it is to make an appointment online too.

I would stay away from Jasmine. She talks too much, doesnt care what customer wants. She is so busy selling the products that she cut my hair uneven (longer on right side and shorter on left). She messed up my hair. She should get fired!!

I have been seeing Paige for my hair for 20+ years. She is always happy and helpful to do what I ask for my hair. I see her for highlights, coloring, styling, and cuts. She is always on time, super easy to talk to, and very honest when it comes to changes I want to make to my hair. As long as Paige is at Kenneths, I will never see anyone else.I also see Victoria for eyebrow waxing. Victoria is always on time, so pleasant, and makes you feel so relaxed. My daughters also see Victoria. We all love our visits to see Victoria.

The Mill Run location in Hilliard is exactly what you would think a spa and salon would be. I have been going to see Jamie for my hair for over a decade. She knows me, my hair, and what will work best. We’ve tried it all - color, highlights, extensions. I know the quality will be there with the products. And I know and trust Jamie when I go in for an appointment. My daughter also sees Jamie - even at 10 - because the cost for value and service on kids cuts is worth it. Plus I know Jamie will back me up with any crazy hair requests!

Jamie stepped in as a last minute substitute for another hairdresser. She did a great job shaping and coloring my hair following my regular hairdressers instructions . I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a new hairdresser!

Cannot recommend this place enough! I had Ruba do my hair extensions last October for my wedding and she did an amazing job! Great quality and they never came out (even after being rough with them on my beach adventure honeymoon). I also went to Ruba for a haircut and treatment recently and highly recommend the hair treatment! My hair still looks amazing 5 days later and the chronic breakage I deal with my hair looks much better.

I have been to this location 2 times. The first time I was getting the works done- color, cut, etc. I specifically asked for the ends to be trimmed and I wanted darker hair, with highlights but specified I did not want blonde highlights. I ended up with 4 inches off and blonde highlights. I was super unhappy, but admittedly my hair looked healthier, so I let it go. Today I went in for a simple blow out. I saw a different stylist than I had the first time. The woman I saw today was running behind by nearly 25 minutes. Which I understand happens sometimes. However when she Finally got me back, she was so rough with my hair. I asked for loose, beachy curls. She blew dry my hair and asked how I liked it I again asked for curls and she sighed and huffed as if this was extra work on her end. When she finished half of my hair was curled and half was a fizzy mess. She rushed me out of the chair, and let me know she had to go rinse the color out of her other clients hair. I can absolutely admit that I am picky about my hair. With two bad experiences...I just cant justify going back.

Jae is fabulous! She seems to really care about me feeling good in my hair. I had the same stylist for many years and then she moved to Florida. So I’ve been searching for the past few years to find my new girl and I found her here at Kenneth’s. I highly recommend Jae.

Brittney is amazing!! I have been seeing her for a couple of years now for cuts and highlights and have always loved my hair. She takes the time to listen to my wants/needs/concerns and works to really address those. She also makes sure I have a realistic expectation when I come in with a Pinterest photo, which is so important! No matter how many times I do it, my hair is not naturally as dark as the photos I bring haha. I couldn’t imagine having my hair done by anyone else!

I had Stephanie for the first time and she was terrific! I just had a Bikini Wax done. I actually was expecting discomfort afterwards, and literally had none! No problem with irritation or anything! She is super friendly and professional and before I knew it, the waxing was complete!I am a 20 plus year customer of Kenneths using all their services over the years. I will be booking with Stephanie, no question, in the future!

First time getting my hair done here as my sister in law has been taking care of me in her home for the past 12 years. I thought this salon was very outdated and dirty. My stylist was 45 minutes late taking me. I believe she fell behind and no employees or management helped her to get caught up, despite her frequently requesting assistance. Will not be returning. I was hoping to have a relaxing experience but it was quite the opposite.

April is a talented hair stylist and does a beautiful job with color. Ive been a very satisfied client for several years and love that she takes time to listen and offer suggestions that will work for my hair.

Terry has been my go-to aesthetician for pedicures for several years. In addition to being a master of her craft, she is very, very friendly and fun to talk to! I highly recommend Terry for any nail treatment you may want (I have occasionally had manicures done by Terry, and she is great on the hands as well).

I’m very unsatisfied with the job that Taylor at Kenneth’s in Hilliard did on my daughters hair. She spent $200 of her own money that she worked hard for on a highlight and trim. First she was so unorganized that she had someone else shampoo my daughters hair. Then had her sit for 45 minutes while she did someone else’s hair before she finished hers. I was mad when I heard that but once I saw her hair I was 10x more upset about it. A child could have done a better job. Not to mention the color that was done doesn’t look any different than it did prior to this visit. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Sandy at Kenneth’s Mill Run is the best!I’ve been seeing her for years. We recently moved 45 minutes away but I still make the drive.I went to her after a series of bad haircuts that looked like men’s cuts.I just told her to do what she can.TOTALLY AMAZING!My hair was still short but so feminine.She’s done all sorts of conditioners, streaks and color on me. I finally decided to quit coloring it and let it go white. Sandy streaked my hair for a smooth transition. It was gorgeous! I got soooo many compliments. A couple of other people at work decided to go natural too.It’s all white now but she said if I liked it when it was growing out, she’d put some lowlights in that’ll have the same effect.That’s what I’m doing next!♥️♥️

The stylist that did an excellent job. However, the care given to the building is not the same as it once was. It is a shame that the Kenneths legacy is just not the same as when he led the company.

It is always scary meeting a new hair stylist when you have curly hair because they often like to cut it too short or style it too big. Jae understood curly hair and did an exceptional job with the cut and style.

The original stylist I would go to moved away, then I bounced around to a few different stylists, all very nice but not a fit for me. Then I met Ruba, we clicked and she is fantastic! Im a nervous client when it comes to my hair and shes very helpful and so knowledgeable. Since going to her my hair feels and looks amazing! I get complimented on it all the time which is a nice little stroke to my ego haha! But seriously, Ruba is amazing and I cannot recommend her services more!

I always look forward to my mani/pedi appointments with Andrea. She does a great job and they last like crazy! I get the health and wellness pedi and it easily lasts 5 weeks. I refresh my extended wear mani every 2 weeks, but the polish is perfect for 3 weeks in most cases, if I’m not able to get back in 2 weeks. Andrea is also very professional and fun to chat with, so it’s a fun visit!
