Always busy! Which is a good thing but just make sure you have plenty of time to wait. Have kid pedicure chairs which is nice for the little ones who want to tag along!

I’m not sure what happened between the visit today and August 7th because I was very pleased before. Each time I asked for the same thing which was French tip with gel polish. I’m guessing the nail tech on August 7th put a darker base color on my nail to make it look presentable since I’m getting a balance with French tip and not a full set. This time I wasn’t offered that courtesy and honestly didn’t know that it was something I needed to ask for. I went to wash my hands to conclude my service and in that area is better light. I can see there that you can see every imperfection in my nail so I politely advised the front desk. The man attending the front proceeded to ask me “If I knew I didn’t like it why didn’t I say anything?” and continued repeating that it looks good to him. The nail tech(Manager Ivy) that did my nails then comes over and says I needed to ask for a darker base which again I did not know or ask for August 7th or any other time in the 15 or so years I have been getting my nails done. She also stated that she saw the darker base coat when removing my old polish but there was no mention of it when she did my service. In this profession why would you proceed to do a service that you know as a professional would look bad without advising your client? I was waiting to speak with the tech from my previous service however she was with another client. The male worker approached me yet again and told me to interrupt the client’s service to speak with the tech which I refused. The manner in which I was approached by the male worker is the reason for this review. If there was some disconnect in communication that’s one thing but to be condescending about it is ridiculous. I did end up having my nails redone by Nina(second to last photo), the service provided by her and the tech that did my pedicure today… 5 stars.

Very disappointed. Me and my mom have been going to this salon for years, slowly watching this salon downgrade. Everytime I go to the salon there is always a long wait, but they do my nails nicely so I don’t mind. Every time I go to the salon I get charged a different price and most technicians rush the work. I went yesterday and waited about an hour. I got with the technician by the name of Bb, I went in for a fill and to fix two broken nails. She did my nails like asked she then asked me if I would be paying with someone else or by myself. I said myself. Once we got up she charged me $50, I’m not one with confrontation so I just paid her and did not tip ( would’ve tipped if I didn’t feel scammed) The website claims that a fill is $28 and each broken nail is $4, I was not expecting 50 for a full set and felt taken advantage just because I was young.

I love this salon. Nina does a great job shes polite and the service is great here. They have a great selection of products and wait time is not very long 5 stars !!!!

So I have gotten the same thing for the last few years while coming here. They have a list price for EVERYTHING!!!!nicole was my technician, I got a fullSet coffin nails with gel polish with 2 designs. That’s $53 according to their list price. I was charged $60 dollars because I was told my nails were longer. No where does it say you pay more because of the length of your nails. I can understand if you want themLonger than the fake nail but mine were not. They were actually cut down. If there are extra fees, it needs to be on the list price. I need to pay more and go somewhere where everything is included. For $60 that should have Included a manicure, cuticles cut or something!They from now on will be my last resort when getting my nails done.

We arrived at 5:25 had a 5:30 appointment. There were 3 people who had a 5pm appointment so waiting. There were about 10 other customers waiting as well who seemed to be walk-ins. They were taking walk-ins before people with appointments. Very frustrating! Dont take appointments if you arent going to honor them. We ended up walking out.

Lady who appeared to be managing the salon did my nails. Gel manicure. Seemed put out the entire time, not a word to me, sour face, was rough and over cut my cuticles. Manicure already looks less than stellar after only 3 days. Not impressed, obviously wont be returning.

Definitely quantity over quality. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel. The lady was unfriendly and didn’t listen to a word I said. I asked for a certain shape she did it different and it was too late to fix as I had already waited over an hour. She then put a glossy top coat when I asked for matte. She didn’t clean up any of my cuticles and didn’t even have me wash my hands after filing and drilling. First and last time I will go to this salon.

Usually I have a pretty good experience here. today wasnt that great. not very happy with the length and thickness of my nails. theyre just not even. I I I was able to find someone that always did a great job

They were able to get us in for a pedicure on Valentines day today which I appreciate and is the only reason I will give two stars, but they did not do a great job. The gentleman that did my pedicure seemed to rush and ended up cutting the cuticle on my big toe and drawing blood, the rest of the toenails are jagged and nail polish is already peeling up after a few hours. The exfoliating/pumice portion of the pedicure was extremely rough as well. Definitely not worth the price and will not be returning.

Really not the type to write reviews, however this time I just feel like I had too! I initially went in on my daughters 10th birthday and asked how much here service would be being that she is only a child. When asks I was told by the tech she was unsure and that she would ask her manager, she came back and apologized and said the cut-off age for children pricing was at eight years old. No biggie went ahead and got the service. So to today I came in to get a balance and addressed the fact that their website as well as their brochures showed a different price. I had no intention of receiving a refund whatsoever simply just wanted to let them know however the manager cut me off and asked for a receipt. I told her I did not have a detailed receipt only my transaction and once again reiterated I did not want free service nor money back all I wanted was for her to address the issue. Apparently staff is unaware of the pricing. I was very irritated with the way she handled the situation after then. I understand maybe she became upset or what not but there was no reason to rush my service today! And when I told her she was very rude about it and started questioning what I wanted done with my nails. I have no problem paying for my service whatever the price may be BUT i do have an issue when I dont get the service i pay for specially coming from the manager herself. Very unhappy with the service I received today!

Very professional, good service, very polite, clean lines, very sanitary, reasonable prices, I could go on this nail salon knows what there doing that was my first time going but it definitely won’t be the last if you want adorable nails with good service definitely go here!!!!

The nail tech was rude and seemed insanely rushed. She was argumentative when I noticed my acrylic nail was very crooked and then ripped off without any tools… the nail polish was poor quality and was messed up after the first day.

1ST TIME CUSTOMER! Ivy helped me and she was amazing. She moved so quick but also paid attention to details. I was smiling the whole time and I still cant stop looking at them! I LITERALLY WENT BOWLING AT TEN PIN 2 HOURS AFTER GETTING THEM DONE and they stayed perfectly in tact. These photos are from the morning after. 100% reccomend

I have been to this salon several times and while it’s typically always packed I’m usually pretty happy with my service. However, last week my pedicure was awful. The first seat they had me sit at the bowl was extremely dirty so we moved seats. Then the tech, who is very nice I want to add, cut both of my feet on the bottom, making them bleed and burn. She also cut so deep into the sides of my big toes that now one side is infected. She was just too rough and maybe the instruments weren’t clean, I’m not sure. Either way I will not be returning.

We had an appointment but waited for a half hour. My friend and I had pedicures. Her lady forgot to scrub her left foot. They both were very rough. My lady did such a lousy job and didn’t even put on 2 costs of polish. I will never go there again

I loved my manicure, and my youngest loved her dip nails, but my eldest is not happy with the shape of her nails. If the older gentleman is assigned to you, you might want to request someone else. Shes had him before and was unhappy with his shaping skills.Great prices!Heres a picture of my manicure with regular polish. First time customer and they were nice. I got acrylic nails and they were Exactly what I wanted.

First time here, place was busy but organized and clean. Prices were fair but I didnt expect my gel polish to crack and now peel within two days. Now their at the point were I can pick the polish off ( not that im going to) anyhow Ive never had this happen . so do I go spend another $40 to get them fixed when they should be good for another week or just leave them. Wasnt expecting to have to spend more money on my nails when they should be fine for another week!

I have been to Lovely Nail Spa twice now. And both times I’ve had wonderful experiences with my nails! The place is clean, friendly, and I like that they show you the different nail shapes when you sit down! The almond shape I highly recommend :))

Went to have acrylic nails removed. Lady went digging into my nails with cuticle trimer snipping piece by piece. Told her she was hurting me and she giggle and just kept going. Very rude, said nothing in English. Everytime I would flinch from the pain, she would say something to the lady next to her. My fingers are very sore and I am very unhappy. I have went here before with no issues but after yesterday, I WILL NOT RETURN.

Poor decision! The lady I had was removing my acrylics and was tearing them apart. Caused so much pain! She kept pulling on my arm multiple times and telling me to come closer. Finally came closer and she laughed. Would not recommend this place!

My friend and I went to get dip powder manicures for her birthday. The service was quick but very low quality. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and he made my thumbnails ridiculously short compared to the other nails. It was also very overpriced. I paid almost $60 with a tip for nails that look awful and will probably not last long. I do NOT recommend this place, they focus on getting people in and out and do not take their time ensuring each customer is satisfied. I even told my nail tech I was not happy with my nails, mainly the thumbnails, before I left, but he basically said, theres nothing I can do about it now. Super disappointed.

Super clean, but every time I go for a pedicure I end up my nails becoming ingrown/infected. After many attempts I will go somewhere else. Pedicures are sub par, drinks are great...when somebody can actually run the bar.

Lovely nails is a great place to get your nails done at! they give you good quality nails with a huge color selection. they are really flexible on what designs you want on your nails as long as you show them a picture of what you want.

Every time I come to this place there are new people working. The lady who did my pedicure today was new and it showed, especially with her hands constantly shaking like she was nervous. She did not know what to do and kept looking at the technician beside her for direction and next steps. I barely felt her touching me unless I was looking directly at her. She did not push my cuticles back and did not really cut them. Just paid for a job that I now have to go home to correct. I should have just did my own pedicure because I am constantly “fixing” what they already should be doing. This place is all about quantity and not quality. Never going back.

My daughter went in a week ago. They cut her cuticle. It is now infected and she is on antibiotics. The doctor said it was from a metal object that was not cleaned properly. I called and spoke with the owner. She just kept saying that they sanitize everything. She said she will not do anything - discount/money back. NOTHING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Usually I enjoy getting my nails done here. However, the waxing service is a disaster. The techs rush, fail to properly sanitize your face after applying waxing product and results are not satisfying.

Bought a gift card here as a Christmas gift, it got thrown out by accident Christmas Day. They would not bother to re-write the gift card, even with proof of purchase in hand. So now I’m out $55 and a Christmas gift to my mother. Very unprofessional and rude. Won’t be coming here to get my nails done again.

Not so ‘Lovely’! Waited an hour, (they told me it would be 20 minutes), for my nail service (dipped) to begin. 3 of the nails fell off in two days. I returned and requested a refund. The employee I spoke to said I needed to come back tomorrow for a refund from the owner. I returned the next day with my receipt in hand and she refused to give me a refund. I did not want any more of their shoddy work on my hands! Simply a refund. The owner, Ivy, refused.Terrible customer service. Be very careful when doing business here. I have filed a report with the BBB as well. I would give zero stars if I could to this yucky place.

Took my daughter and I for a pedicure.Havent had one for awhile. Was there an hour and it was best money I have spent in a while. My husband really like the color of the Polish. Great job ladies! I will be back!

I came here today for a pedicure and was not satisfied at all. I specifically said to file my nails and shape them but my technician proceeded to cut them down even though I said not to. Some of my toenails are naturally darker and it can be seen through nail polish so my polish is layered usually. She only put two layers on my darker toes and you can CLEARLY see it through the polish. You would think that they would do your nails how they do their own but this is FAR from the case. My technician got done polishing and when I started looking at my toes she was no where to be seen once I noticed I could see my nail color through the polish. This experience was NOT worth the money I paid!!! This place is not concerned about their services only the money, the amount of customers they have and how fast they can get the job done!

Because I didnt return on time... They could not redo my bad nail job. I had pictures, with date. They could have looked me in their system. But they just turned me away: she said: everyone could come and say that. I just left. Never coming back. Do not recommend.

I do not recommend. The lady convinced me to get dip nails and pay extra, and they would last a month. After a week, 3 of them chipped off and she filed my nails down and in so much 3 of my fingers were bleeding when i left and one was cut open. No discount or anything for 4 of my fingers bleeding and looking bad!

Lovely nail spa is the only place I will go. I was able to get right in with no wait. I got a pedicure and full set of color acrylics from Synthia. She was friendly, professional and did a great job. I will definitely be requesting her next time.

Last time I came in here they had to repaint my nails because my GEL nails weren’t dry all the way... and this time they charged me 10 dollars without telling me until the very end, just for taking off my nails because I had got a new set... Not coming here again.

This is a huge nail salon. Reminded me of an assembly-line process. They do pedicures and manicures. My manicurist was outstanding; My gel manicure still looked beautiful after 20 days. But, as it was $55, I will not be going again any time soon. Also their credit card machine was down, so cash was required.. Im not sure if thats a regular thing or not.

Love this place. Techs are always friendly and dont rush you through. I took my daughter (shes 3) and they were so good to her explaining everything as he did it and she loves the bear chair! She had to go to the bathroom halfway through my pedi, the woman was getting done with my first coat of polish and said she would take her so I didnt have to get up! They have a chalk board at the hand washing station “if you’re not satisfied let us know before you go” I told the girl my nails were crooked and she said It was my nail. I also told her that i felt that the square shape was too wide she got mad and walked away. Worst service ever. This is not the first time I get nails and I wasn’t going to leave with nails I didn’t like but I wasn’t offered to fix the nails or nothing. The coworkers started talking among themselves and got mad because I wasn’t satisfied with my nails . Why have a sign that means nothing? I didn’t cause a scene or anything all I said is my nail is a little crooked, there was no need for the attitude and rudeness. I just wanted my nail fixed for 50$ I paid .

Nice environment. This isnt my normal nail salon. I just went here because I got a gift card for Xmas. I got gel polish which is supposed to make your nails stronger, my nails were so brittle. I couldnt wait to go back to my regular shop in London. Nail Spa!!

Great service! A smart mani-pedi with sugar scrub and hot towels is approximately $65 and worth it. Massage chairs and hot wax dipping, too. I got one bad nail tech in the last five years of coming here. Great service and great value. Its also a little cheaper if you pay cash!!! 😋

Ive been getting my nails done for years, and this was the best experience Ive EVER had. Nicole was so gentle, shaped the nails perfectly, would constantly go back with a file to make sure everything was even... Im blown away. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, everyone was smiling and joking. I will definitely return!

Its a nice relaxing environment but the nail tech I had somehow was on demand! Quite frankly, she wasnt all that good, did sloppy work, unfriendly and not warm or caring. Didnt seem passionate about her work and kept taking all the calls while doing my dip manicure. Overpriced for subpar work

Tell me why I sit down with a tall man spike hair, refuses to tell me his name, I asked him to push my nail back a little before applying new acrylic and he tells me to do it my self, and hands me a tool. Then when I ask him why Im doing it and not him he says its not my job. He is only doing a balance. Oh boy very poor customer service. I have been going there for about 3 months and never had an issue, I always tip very well, even though i feel as if they are always rushing. I work for tips too so I know how it is. I must say Ill never be back. Too bad I cant give them a 0 star!

I went in for my eyebrows. I couldn’t understand the gentleman at the front desk and the lady that did my eyebrows seemed rushed and she ended up taking off more of my left brow then my right this was my first and last time there wouldn’t recommend for eyebrow .

I’ve been here a lot and my times there have been great until I just recently went. The guy I had was telling me that my finger was crooked and that the nail had to be crooked. Every other time I went the nails looked amazing. He redid my nail twice and it was still crooked. There were also hairs underneath my the gel on my pinky. I wasn’t really happy this time that I went.

Worst salon ever. I went and got acrylics and a pedi and my finger and toe got infected. I went in to talk to them and they tried blaming me saying I probably got it infected. They wouldn’t even give a refund. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They claim to sanitize their tools but they don’t especially the male workers. I have to go on antibiotics because of this and wasted $70. Don’t ever go here.

Very inconsistant service. Ive had some good pedicures here but always feel rushed. Recently I was given the worst pedicure Ive ever received from anywhere. Dead skin around several toes remain and polish job is mediocre. Owners seem to only care about pushing people thru and getting their money. Dont seem to care about their staff either. Seriously need to take a course in customer service. Too many salon options out there to risk bad service again. Will not be returning.

I have received outstanding service for my gel pedicure everytime! Justin and Bryan do a fabulous job of pampering me. They also take pride in their work and make sure the polish looks wonderful.

This is always my last option and service doesn’t match the high cost. By service, I mean the work that is done is not up to par & Not worth the high cost. Also the place is dirty and overly cluttered.

Very professional, polite and good at what they do! Have plenty of seats for nails and pedicures. It is beautiful inside and they offer so many different services for a good price! My nails are beautiful with a beautiful hand drawn design. Love love looove and will be back!
