Very friendly and professional staff! I found this little gem tucked away off Cemetery Rd and am so glad that I did. My pedicure was wonderful, and my full set came out just how I asked, which included different designs.

Best pedicure EVER! This is now going to be the only place I go for mani/pedis.

I usually go to a different nail salon but decided to try this salon because a friend recommended it. I picked my colors (I did the dip nails) and once she got to my ring finger nail color the powder didn’t look right so I told her and she said, “What you mean? This 141, you picked this number!?” And proceeded to put it on both ring fingers. I didn’t like the color and asked to change it and she got pretty aggressive with my fingers as she drilled off the unwanted color from both nails and got even more visibility upset when I refused to color them the same color as the others because I wanted a silver color on those 2 nails. I picked out a new color and then compared the new *actual* silver color with the silver that I originally picked that was in no way the same color as the dip she put on me. Without speaking to me the rest of the time she quickly finished and then filed my nails very aggressively and wasn’t gentle at all! Usually when I get my nails done it takes anywhere from 1 hour to maybe an hour and 15 minutes, this visit took no longer 30 minutes and was the fastest anyone has ever done my nails so needless to say there are a lot of flaws and they are VERY poor quality. I will definitely not be coming to this unprofessional establishment ever again.

The deluxe pedicure was heaven! I closed my eyes and fully relaxed in their comfortable massage chair, almost falling asleep. Mama needed that!

Scheduled 3 appointment for 2:30 arrived 10 min early they got started on our nails at 3. They rushed threw our nails the shapes weren’t what we asked for at all. I showed the lady a picture of what my mother wanted she said she could do it and when she was done it looked nothing like what I asked for. I didn’t want to complain so just paid the 190 for 3 sets and left. Very disappointed in every way. Honestly spend your money else where.

Absolutely horrible. I never do things like this but so disappointed and they wouldnt do anything to fix.

Service was good. Pricing is fair. Got a new acrylic set with Lynn and all was well except for the fact that she does not put the acrylic or paint to the very back of the cuticle. So when you leave it looks like the nail has already slightly grown out. Other than that...its a cool place.

I just went here for my very first time and My experience was horrible. I showed the nail tech what design i wanted and she said okay do you want the same exact colors and i said yes. She had to do gel nail polish for them. She told me it would be $60 and then $20 for the design i wanted, i was like okay. so i let her take my phone in the back with her to pick out the colors. When she comes back she doesn’t have all the colors but she had most so i just rolled with it, it was no big deal to me. After she got them painted they looked good, then she started doing the design and half way in she started talking to the other nail tech that was behind her and he came up and started looking at my nails while they were talking back and forth, I didn’t know what they were saying to each other. I felt like something was wrong but she didn’t say anything to me. (I should’ve spoke up and asked so that was on me) She kept going and once she’s almost done she says “that was more detail than i thought” and all i asked for was flower design with faces in the flowers. She rushed them and didn’t do the colors right and the quality is bad compared to what i wanted. It was supposed to be $80 which i was fine with cause i felt like she could do the design but when she told me the price she told me it will be $91 cause the design was difficult.. i will definitely not be going back. When i got into my car i could see them better and they have little specs under the nail polish.. not worth $91

I had my eyebrows waxed and the wax was way too hot she burned my eyelids and my forehead where my eyebrows lie she also charge me for that even though I was burnt and had have cold rags on my face. However in my pedicure was very nice my feet looked very good in my toenails were very nice I would never allow them to wax my face again

I absolutely love these people. I got the super pedi.... I have never in my life had a ped such as this. Ning is a massage therapist, as well. GOT A NEW SET OF NAILS FROM SUSAN... so sweet and professional!I highly recommend this business.

This place is AHHHMAZING! The entire staff is friendly and engaging. I travel about 16 miles every 2 weeks to this location because I havent experienced service or craftsmanship like it since moving to the city. Ive been trying different shops, for years and Im so glad my search is over.

I took my girlfriend here for couple’s manicure. We showed up 15 minutes prior to our appointment which was at 6:30pm. We sat patiently waiting as the time passed. 7:00pm rolls around and they finally come over. (30 min late) after making an appointment several days in advance. We told them it was a couples manicure and they told us they didn’t have enough people to do a couple’s manicure. They are short staffed and had several other people waiting too. We will not be returning!

I absolutely LOVE my nails!! Linh always does an awesome job! She cleans up all my cuticles and it’s hard to find someone to do THAT great of a job! My gel polish lasts forever! Super clean and easy to find!!

The last 2 times I’ve been there service has been good. First time was the best, second time was good, this time wasn’t at all. I’ve been messaging with MKJ for a while (like months) over a detailed design I wanted done on a gel manicure. They said it wouldn’t be a problem and quoted me a price. The design has intricate and detailed designs on 8 nails and I decided for the other two nails I wanted dots going down the nail, matching the colors or the other designs. They quoted me at 10 designed nails being $25 plus the cost of whatever manicure I chose. Ok, that’s fine. The designs are awful (not sure how to add a picture on here but I have pictures). The manicure is lumpy and not filed properly. I have short nails anyway but now they’re rough and jagged. I asked for my money back to get them fixed and they said they would give me the money back for the designs and then in the next sentence said they’d give me half the design money back due to the manicure and time spent. They also said that I “added two designs” and was originally quoted for 8 designs and she did 2 designs for free. I have the messages which say 10 nails for $25 at $2.50 a nail!My service was rushed. I had inquired today about appointment. Not demanding today, just asking as I had a early day off at work. They said 6:30. I got there as they finished up some pedicures. I feel my service was very rushed - half way thru the service my manicurist said they were short staffed. I was serviced and out the door in under 45 minutes with embarrassing looking nails. Also, the designs on one hand were backwards. That part is my fault for not catching. I was watching the news as the techs talked back and forth to each other and a couple designs are very similar in color so I didn’t thoroughly check the design until after. But there’s no excuse for the sloppy job I received. Friends knew I was excited to have my nails done and when I showed them the completed designs and they cringed. I work in the service and beauty industry and feel the service as well as the communication after the fact is unprofessional and embarrassing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.They have wonderful photos and reviews from other clients and I’m glad they received great service. For the money I paid tonight, my nails are embarrassing.

It was wonderful! Got a gel pedi with their basic service and it was more than satisfying and Im someone that is picky about who touches my feet. Staff was friendly and skilled, store and tools were clean, and the massage was legit💗 It was a wonderful first visit. Would highly recommend and will definl be coming back!

Just went there yesterday for a pedi and gel mani. I was very impressed by their professionalism and quality of their work. Price was pretty standard for a good nail salon, plus they had a drink menu. All in all, this will be my new spot.

They have the best gel color selection and always know how to do the latest trends. Always accommodating and very kind!
