Been going to this Lady Jane’s location for many years. Rachel has been my go to stylist for at least the last 4 to 5 years. I’ve lost track of how long to be honest. It’s a perfect cut every time. She’s a rockstar. Can’t recommend her enough!

I wasnt impressed with the service or the haircut. My stylist was very rough and I didnt feel comfortable. I have better results at great clips.

Always schedules me and my sons in for a professional and personal time. We are always greeted as soon as we walk in the door and get to the chair right on time for our scheduled appointments. Rachel is always friendly, accommodating and makes my younger son feel comfortable. We always look forward to our haircut days at Lady Janes and with Rachel. Will continue to go back.

The treatment is good but the haircut was really bad tbh. My head looked weird lol I didn’t know what a bad haircut looks like after this 😂 don’t go there man unless u ask about the oldest barber (the one who been there for a long time not their age buddy)

Jess has been cutting my hair for quite a while. I am verrrrry particular about my haircuts and went through about 10 different stylists before meeting Jess. Not knowing what you are going to get when you go in for a haircut is a terrible feeling. That being said, I have never left Jess’ chair with anything but a perfect cut. She is very personable and detail oriented. She takes the necessary time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave. Even more importantly, she is consistent. If you get a chance to work with Jess, do it...she really is great at what she does.

Go there every couple weeks. A bunch of friendly girls there. Kathryn always does a great job for me.

I visit this facility every two weeks to have my hurr did. Dana is my go-to and I have to say that she is fantastic. She always takes great care of me and acknowledges my needs. The facility is always clean and the stylists are all very personable. The environment is always fun and active. I can’t say enough about this place. And Dana is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to get your hair cut the ladies know what they are doing and they are good at it and the young lady that cuts my hair gives a great shoulder and neck message yea thats a another great thing they do there and the prices arent bad at all

My son got his haircut here today and they butchered it. Hes been wearing it longer and just wanted a trim and to shape up the back. She cut off about 3 inches. He was so upset. My husband is also a customer, and they just lost both of them. I DO NOT reccomend!

I came in for my 2nd time last Saturday and I was greeted by my beautiful hair stylist Brooklyn. She did such an amazing job styling my beard and had me laughing the entire time. The whole experience from beginning to end had me smiling, and she was very courteous and knowledgeable with her profession. Im very excited to come back when I need another trim. I called Renner Rd Lady Janes in Hilliard to schedule a hair cut for my teenage son (15) I also asked if other than hair cuts if they would do a perm. I was responded with by Brooklyn saying “uh guys do not get perms so no we do hair cuts for guys and they don’t get perms” like obviously guys do get perms bc my son does, and this style is in with teenage boys right now. I was just calling around about making him an appointment at a barber that could do both. Bc hair is important for teenagers, it’s their style. But now I will look for another barber for haircut and if I need to go elsewhere bc they don’t do perms that’s fine. But a simple sorry we don’t offer perms would of been all I needed to hear. I just felt like that was extremely rude to say.

Ive come here 3 times and every I have left unsatisfied. None of these women have any idea how to cut mens hair. I had a different stylist everytime. They last one was the worst I dont know her name but she left me completely lopsided Ive had to cover up what shes done for a month now. Never coming back. GO TO A BARBER

I enjoyed my first 2 trips here. Got great haircuts, but the last 3 times I never made an appointment like always and had to wait over an hour and a half. Just left finally when others with appointments were constantly given priority with no in for casual walk ins. Good hair cuts, but good luck getting in an out without an appointment.

PHENOMENAL first time experience. Kat took great care of me. Im usually a pain for new people cutting my hair and with Kat it was extremely easy for me to let go of those control and paranoia issues and let her work her magic. Ill definitely be returning. If youre looking to get your hair cut, shampooed, lil massage, beard done, or pretty much anything you can find in a salon at an extremely reasonable price then give this place a try.

My first 2 experiences here were great! That was over a year ago. Since then, this place. Trash! Make an appointment if they let you. Wait forever for a different haircut with less than great quality results. SportsClips down the road. Definitely the better decision.

Five stars to every stylist there, EXCEPT 1. I cant remember her name (maybe Christine....) but it was by far the worst hair cut Ive ever had. Came back a little later and had it fixed by Kat (my go-to girl) and now looks amazing. Dont take this as a negative review because everyone there is amazing and you cant go wrong as long as you stay away from that one girl.

Abby is a Rock star. Since the first time she cut my hair 4 years ago I have not even considered letting anyone else cut my hair. Ive had a lot of haircuts in my day, but Abby is hands down the best. Rachel is a stylist that stands out above the rest. She is the only stylist that I let touch my head. Whether its a Modern Cutting Edge hairstyle or an old school style she will give you the best. I send all my friends to her from regular Joes to models because I know they will not be disappointed. You know shes the best when I have people from out of state come to get a cut.

Went in again after a weird first time experience. But well worth it this time. I was assisted by Sarah who wasnt too talkative (which i rather appreciate) and went straight to work. She took her time and was very precise towards what she does. My fade is well done, like really well done.The only hiccup i find with Lady Janes is the over the top Man decor. Kinda feels like its a little much at times. But hey, would much rather deal with a weird decoration choice than a bad stylist. Sarah, keep up the good work

The wait was a little long but I can see why. The stylist I got took her time, was very nice, and I ended up with a really nice cut. But when I went to pay she asked if I want to keep the total at $16. I didnt realize she was asking for a tip, if she just asked, Do you wanna leave a tip? I would understand. I wish I tipped her but when I comeback Ill just leave a larger tip, she had shorter blonde hair. I would recommend.

Rachel has been cutting my hair for approx 2 years. She has been prompt and really great with scheduling to fit me in with my crazy work schedule. The best haircuts and scalp massages keep me coming back week after week.

This place is great. The women that took care of me was incredibly nice and informative. I called to find out how late they were open and she made me an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait for the 12 people that were ahead of me. This place was crazy busy but all the stylists were smiling and doing great work. Mind told me she cares more about accurate and good looking haircuts more than getting people in and out. On top of all that, I got a sweet haircut, shampoo, condition, great head massage and a straight razor neck shave for $12. If you go anywhere else to get yourself taken care of, youre simply wasting your time and money. I am now a huge Lady Janes fan.

Wicked cool place! They offer head massages too, something I have never seen before. The staff seems friendly, and pricing is decent.

I waited 90 minutes for a haircut. And I eventually left and went somewhere else. Other customers were coming in and the workers were telling them 30-45 minutes wait. They use a check in system on the computer. I picked the stylist I usually go with Rachel because it said I had 1 person in front of me. But 30 minutes later Rachel said she was booked all day. She asked to put me on 1st available and I said thats ok. An hour later Im still waiting and not one stylist attempted to cut my hair or asked if needed assistance. Ive been going to lady Janes for years since it opened up in Hilliard. Sad to say that will be last time going there.

Today will be my last trip to Lady Janes after making appointments and my stylist not being there for the third time recently. I asked other stylists if she was working today, they said no and she wouldnt be back until later in the week. I was told that I should always call to make sure my stylist was still working on the day of the appointment. It is not the customers responsibility to make sure their stylist whom they had an appointment with was in fact still working that day. That is the businesss responsibility to notify their customers if they cant fulfill an appointment.I have been going to the Hilliard location for about 5 years and had a good stylist. The practice of not giving a damn will do nothing but send business elsewhere, which is where mine is going.

I am a regular to this place for hair cut and coloring until today. After applying hair color the UNPROFESSIONAL stylist TERRAH asked me to let go of the salon seat and wait near the sink for about 30 mins so that she take in another customer in the mean time.. SSSOOO INHUMANE. Resorting to crooked ways for making small bucks will run your business to the ground..

Kelsey cuts my hair every 2-3 months. Shes the only person Ive had cut my hair for a few years now, when she was temporarily transferred to Dublin I started driving 40 minutes to that location, and thats saying a lot. She provides a friendly atmosphere and a quality cut. Definitely recommended.

I had my haircut there twice it was OK but really expensive I called tonight at 7:20 they close at eight and they said they’re not taking any more people because They don’t want to work past eight. Newsflash people work late all the time. I highly recommend not going there
