Both kids sat better than they ever have for a hair cut. Both stylists were nice…one did a better hair cut job than the other. We will be returning.

Liberty was great! This was a lovely place for my sons first haircut. He didnt want to sit in the airplane, but he was fine while I held him. Liberty did a great job easing him into the haircut. He looks like such a big boy now!

Took my baby girl for her first haircut there since the Grove City location didn’t have any availability for three days in a row! Booking was so quick and easy, received a text msg to confirm and when I went there, Liberty did such a good job with the haircut and delivered better than what I expected! Absolutely recommend and absolutely will come back!

Great service. My daughter, 5, is non verbal and it’s hard to tell whether she’ll behave for such things. I think the employees name was Angel. She was great with my daughter. However, I signed up to get a cut with Lucy. I thought Angel was Lucy until about 10 minutes into the cut. No one had name badges on. No one introduced themselves. That being said, both employees in there were super friendly and I’m just glad my daughter did so well to!

I brought my 4yo in for his first haircut at a salon, and they were wonderful! It is a very fun environment for kids and put him at ease. Everything was very clean. And the haircut went pretty fast! Will definitely be coming back.

My 2 1/2 year old got her first hair cut here. The place is amazing with a little play area in the waiting room. Angel was our tech, and she was such a pro! Moving with my squirmy toddler and staying so upbeat with her. My toddlers first hair cut was a blast all thanks to you guys! I’m a happy mama!

Nice people, but Ive tried to trim it myself since we got home because its not exactly what I wanted. She did ask and did make changes and eventually I just said thats good. Service is great, people are great, talent was not so great. Online price I thought said 12$ for my 2yr Olds cut but at the register the total was 16$ I said something bit they just said oh I dont know why but its 16$

As soon as my toddler started crying (because it was his very first professional cut) my heart sank, but the stylist immediately reassured us that this was okay and she was extremely skillful at quickly, smoothly, and accurately cutting his hair despite all of his moving around. And when we were finished, he saw his new cut and calmed down right away, happy to receive a prize and play on the playground. Also, he moved around a LOT but his haircut is perfectly straight! These guys are serious pros at cutting kids hair and any tantrums or crying doesnt bother them at all. 10 stars, seriously!

This was my 3&4 year olds’ first professional hair cut and they made it so much fun & easy for a mom with 2 young boys in a new environment. My 4 year old loved his experience so much he’s was barely out the door before he asked if he could go again!

My son is 2 and had been getting his hair cut at home, but it was getting harder and harder to accomplish! He did not care for the clippers. We decided to see if he could handle a haircut by a professional better, and he totally did. Lucy was so great with him! He was unsure when he first saw the clippers but all in all he held still and let her cut his hair...we should have done this long ago! We will definitely be returning.

She did a such great job cutting and talking to my son! I used to live in Dublin so we always went to funky scissors. We recently bought a home close to here and decided to give it a try! I was not disappointed. At funky scissors I felt like they didn’t always take their time cutting my sons hair but here she did that and more. Will definitely be coming back!

It was a haircut for my son, he’s not a huge fan of the clippers and typically cries. They always do a really good job and helping me calm him down.

I took a chance on Cookie Cutters due to not being able to get my son in anywhere else. Most stylists have difficulty cutting my sons curly hair in a way that I approve. Most times he looks like Sideshow Bob because they dont blend the hair on the sides right. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent job they did. My son and I both approve

Cookie cutters kids Hair cuts in Hilliard, has almost always been great I’ve taken my two boys there since they were old enough to get a haircut. A few years back the manager We Loved Left. We did have one bad experience ever! They were completely professional, Amazing, and willing to go over and beyond to satisfy us. We recently started back at the Hilliard location and the lady whom we had a rough experience with no longer works there!!I would HIGHLY recommend Samantha! She is Amazing! We ALWAYS leave very happy she’s literally the best!!! ( I was almost hesitant to give her name just so we don’t have issues getting in to see her) 😆🤣 however she deserves recognition. We haven’t worked with anyone else yet since returning, however my sister takes her 2 year old to the Hilliard location as well. Her son typically gets his haircut by the manager ( I believe). She also loves this place, several friends of mine also take their children here regularly. After my youngest getting his hair BOTCHED at a different buisness we will continue at cookie cutters Hilliard!

Lucy made my 4 year old very comfortable and was able to relate to her at a level that surprised me. It was her first haircut at a salon ever, and I was expecting there to be tears, confusion, and anxiety, but instead it was all smiles, glitter, and lollipops :)

Took our 1yo for his first haircut at Cookie Cutters in Hilliard. They asked that we arrive a little early because they had a stylist call out, but we had the whole place to ourselves and I think that helped make his first haircut a success. Ms Lucy was our stylist and she was quick, attentive to our son, so nice, and professional. We will definitely be back to have our hair cut by Lucy! We also loved the added touch of a certificate with a photo and a ziploc with locks of his hair.

I have had the same stylus twice for my one-year-old son. The first time was his first haircut she did a wonderful job with what I asked for just a trim and I didn’t want the curls cut out and she did a great job. But this time his hair grows so fast I wanted to try a shorter cut she recommended that we use clippers at a number six and she did a great job and she cut the top of his hair with scissors and she did a great job and he just looks like a completely different boy and I will be using this salon every time for my son

We took my son here for his first haircut. It was a great experience and he loved it! However the haircut itself is terrible. It will be weeks before it is grown out enough to go somewhere else and have it fixed.

Kallean in Hilliard is THE BEST! She cuts both my boys’ hair (ages1 and 2) and I don’t know how she does it. They sit down, 5 minutes later they have a stylish new haircut. She cuts it just like my husband’s, it’s so cute. They never cry, she is quick and efficient. Both my sisters and I drive from across town to see her because she is THAT GOOD! Can’t say enough good things, highly recommended!!

We chose cookie cutters for our daughters first haircut, she is 6 years old. Our son who is 9 got his first haircut there, experience was amazing. THIS TIME NOT SO MUCH. First of all they assigned a man to cut my daughters hair for the first time which made us uncomfortable. There was a lady working there that had long beautiful hair Im wondering why she didnt cut my daughters hair? Second when we told him how much we wanted done, he told us he was the professional and he knew what he was doing. Meanwhile the owner didnt recognize that it was my daughters first haircut and was not prepared with this certificate because she was too busy training a new employee. THERE IS MORE!!! Her appointment was at 3 they didnt invite inside until almost 10 minutes after the hour. Finally when the owner realized it was my daughters first time and my wife has visibly shaking she said to my wife that he was new!!!!You only get one chance to get your first haircut

Worst place ever, The staff treat the customers very rude and when I told them I will put a bad review for the place one of the employees Said ok with very incurious way . They are so bad and not recommended at all and if I saw the reviews before I went certaily I wouldn’t went there as I am not the first one to complain about their bad treatment for customers I took my son to Funky scissors and they are much more better than them.

Kallean cuts both of our childrens hair. She does a great job every time, even on our squirming 2 yr old. Everyone that works there has always been friendly. I would recommend making an appointment rather than walking-in. It can be a very busy place, and all the kids love the indoor slide. We did our sons first haircut there as well. The certificate, picture and a small piece of his hair were included. Its a great keepsake.

We took our 2 year old nephew, who is EXTREMELY squirmy, tends to freak out when he hears the sound of clippers at home, and doesnt typically do well with strangers, but was in desperate need of a good haircut. We thought he would love sitting in the police car, but he immediately started throwing his body in typical toddler fashion. Lucy immediately offered to switch it out for a chair so he could sit in my lap. Throughout the entire experience, she was great about making him as comfortable as possible- offering to change the show to something he would like, giving him a sucker (after asking me if he could have it first), giving him a toy to keep him distracted, and playing and talking with him the whole time. She was very careful about his sensitive skin (using the clippers a certain way so he wouldnt feel it as much, and using baby powder to help with the itchy hair since he refused the cape), and followed his wiggles step for step. At one point, he kept arching backwards to see what was happening, and she was even cutting his hair upside down. She was fantastic, and even gave us some tips for next time to make it go even smoother for him. We will happily take him back, as it is well worth the price, and the cut turned out great.

We went there for the first time yesterday. We booked our appointment ahead online & Lucy took care of my boys. My oldest is 3 & my youngest is 18 months old, both of them are on the Autism Spectrum. Going in, I had a lot of anxiety about getting their hair cut because they dont like to sit still or have their hair touched. They hardly noticed her working with their hair. She was quick & did a wonderful job. Both of my boys look great, thanks again, Lucy!!!!Update: went there for our second time getting hair cuts for both boys. Kids are 3.5 and almost 6 now! My oldest boy did just fine and loved his cut! My youngest was a bit of a handful but Lucy was amazing with both boys and did a wonderful job! Thank you Lucy!

Good place to get your hair cut. The staff here is very flexible. They have numerous places for kids to sit and the stylist will move their things to accommodate. They have various media to entertain the kids while getting a cut. This site has a climber and slide to use during y wait and check out. The prices are a bit high but they know what they they are doing.

The staff is great. They do a great job with my sons hair. There is a slide inside, and the kids get to pick which chair they sit in. My son always picks the police car. The kids also get to watch a TV show on Netflix. Definitely make an appointment if you are going to come of the weekend.

Samantha here has always been the definition of patience. Our 2 year old HATES his hair cut and doesnt like strangers either. 3-4 haircuts in, she has managed to get him to the point of not screaming like he is being abducted. I am forever thankful and a customer first and foremost. She definitely earns her cut.

Worst customer service my wife set in appointment for my 2 kids, she did the hair cut for one of them but she refused to do haircuts for the other kid because theres another appointments coming up and she didn’t have the time for my kid. Plus it was the worst haircut he ever got. Never again.

Weve always had good experiences with Cookie Cutters. You technically can walk in but I would recommend making an appointment. Lucy at the Hilliard location was super sweet and talkative with my son!
