If you need an amazing cut with a friendly and all around amazing stylist then go see Angie! I went for a beard trim and hair trim for a wedding and she made me look like a million bucks. Highly satisfied with my experience and will be going back to see her. Obligatory statement that I do not know anyone at this location and this is an honest review after a walk in New customer experience.

My son had a haircut by Angie and it was the best he has had in 14 years. Highly recommend!

Stylist was unvaccinated and unmasked (I learned mid-cut, assuming as an essential, customer facing job they would have vaccinated, and if not at least masked themselves). Management needs to strictly enforce this for community safety and protection. Id strongly encourage finding another place.

I got the MVP treatment (cut with shampoo and scalp massage). It felt great, but it may be the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I do an easy cut. #2 guide on sides and back and finger length on top. There was virtually no blending between the two. My wife even laughed at me! Of course it is ALL based on who does your cut, so I may have just caught someone on a bad day. But it WAS a bad day.

Last 2 times there I have signed up online and still waited about 30 to 40 minutes past my scheduled appt.

Very good. Only a short wait using the app. Everyone keeping safe.

Kc & Lola was very welcoming to my son and husband. On time. Haircuts are fresh. I was greeted with big smiles and small talk. Which made the time go. Place was clean.

Be cautious of these reviews below. I have been going to this location for a few years and loved it. Recently got new owners and it is bad. The people didn’t greet customers like it says below. They made shortened hours because they are short staffed after the owner “got rid of the old staff” (quote directly from the person cutting my hair). The old staff was what kept me going back. The place smelled like someone just got done smoking and my hair smelled like it afterwards. Terrible service. Disappointed in this location as it is ruining the reputation of a great franchise in this community. After my experience and reading the reviews below specifically saying to ask for specific people make me believe that “KC” and “Lola” might be writing these reviews. Hopefully sport clips steps in and helps this location.

They arent friendly to walk ins..

Checked in online for a haircut. Confirmed time of 2:52pm. I show up at 3:07pm, well within 30 minute window the disclaimer provides. However, store is CLOSED!!! I could see name at the top of the queue board “On Deck” through the window too, along with other names of people who checked in online. Terrible customer service with no note posted to the door or anything informing customers they were closed early or anything. An absolute joke of a place. Last time I got my haircut there, there was 1 stylist available and a 2+ hour wait! New ownership is awful. Can’t imagine it will stay open much longer. STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! Or at least call ahead to make sure it’s even open.

(Lola) the manager Welcomed Us with a warm welcome as soon as we walked in ☺️ I brought my kids with me not knowing if the new staff was any better then the last but i had a blast (KC) cut my two sons and my hair and I’ll tell you what getting a cut and feeling like you can conquer the world after I definitely feel like this place is my new home

New owners ran out all the previous staff. Apparently every employee walked out w/o notice. They are bringing in employees from other locations and have a very limited staff. The day I went one of the new employees was involved in some sort of drama with her boyfriend and causing a scene in the store. I swear she had to be drunk. They also arent operating under normal hours. If you check in online you better make sure they are open. OHave been going to this location for years and this is NOT what I have come to expect from sports clips and definitely not what I had come to expect from this location!!

I wouldn’t have stepped foot in this establishment previously with the previous staff but with the new management (Lola )and the best fader in town (Kc) i wouldn’t go anywhere else (love this place)

Walked in today with both of our sons. Maybe waited 30 mins, which us great for a walk in, and then had an excellent experience. Libby and Stephen did our boys hair. Both were awesome and we were extremely impressed with Stephens barber skills. I have not seen that calibur and technique used in a very very long time. Props to you man, our son Cole is absolutely in love with his fresh look. Miss. Libby you perfectly cut our oldests hair and he loves it, and he is a picky little tween lol. We appreciate the kindness and how personable you guys were with all of us. That is how a salon/barber shop experience should be and we will be back to see you both!

It was 10:50 am and still closed. I have seen a notice on the window that the opening hour is 11:00am due to shortage of personnel. It has no use to see the notice on the window after you arrive! Before I come down to the place I have checked the website but there were no notice on the website!!!

The setup is a familiar neo barber, and Ive never gotten a bad cut. The whole sports vibe is a bit heavy handed and atmosphere is a challenge.

How late are you supposed to refuse service prior to your closing time? arent you supposed to shut down your OPEN sign if you dont intend to accept customers? I was about 10 mins in prior to closing time, nobody waiting in line and stylist told me they are already close.

When I cant make it to my barber, I love going to this place. Angie is amazing!!
