Waited 3 hours to have nails done. After sitting and waiting for my toes to dry for 2 hours, they did my fingers.I was told everything was dry and was very careful anyways. 2 hours after leaving, the nail polish came right off.Called to get a refund as I didn’t want to spend any more time to go there and they refused. WORSE PLACE EVER. This is not the first time however not my first complaint. Just haven’t been angry enough or treated poorly enough to post. So much for nice nails in suburbia for vacation.

I come here every 2 to 3 weeks. Yesterday I came and asked for red nails and one black nail. The black was gray. I asked about it and he said it was black.My nails look awful so I came back today to have the gray nails replaced with black ones. I was left to wait for at least 30 minutes and when someone sat down to do them she immediately got up and left me to go to some thing that would pay more. The work should’ve been done correctly the first time or at least fixed immediately when I came in today. Two or three of the employees were laughing as I left. I will never go back here.

I normally came to a salon near my house to do my nails. They usually made my nails look so thick and come off quickly after a few days. Then my friend recommended me to this place to see Kacey. OMG... She did an amazing job on my nails! My ombre nails look gorgeous. They look super natural and have lasted 2 and a half weeks so far. I got a lot of compliments from other people. Kacey is very nice and professional. I highly recommend seeing Kacey if anyone wants their nails done with quality! These are my ombre nails from Kacey.

We Will never go back. They messed up my daughters nails, and cuticles were bleeding because of cuts. The cost was $65 for just acrylic and shellac. They gave us a gift card for messing up the nails. We decided to give them one more try, and we asked about price before they started said the nails would cost $45-50 for acrylic and shellac, but when we went to payout and used the gift card, it was $65 again. We thought the gift card was for $45, but it was only for $5.00. They were very rude and would not let us talk to the manager. Told us she was not there. Very unprofessional!

All I can say is if they could receive no stars they would. Worst service ever. After expressing to the manager/“owner” about my negative experience she did nothing to solve the problem. She continued to tell me that the nail job they had done was ok even though the nails were uneven, damaged, and they left glue and polish all over the fingers. I continued to explain to her why her service was unacceptable and then she turned around and walked away from me as I was still speaking to her. For a “business owner” to do this to a customer is beyond me. It is rude, unprofessional, and unethical. She is the most rude and arrogant “business owner.” I would not recommend this nail salon their service is half done laziness, and the customer service is nonexistent. They have some great nail technicians but it is a shame that the owner can’t keep a good reputation for her own business. She needs to learn how to handle customer rather than turn her back on them.

Very clean and pretty salon. Got a mint scrub pedicure with shellac toe polish and a dip manicure from Nick. He took his time and used only new packaged files and tools. The massage chairs are lovely and on a Thursday morning the salon wasnt too busy so I got right in. The salons prices are a little higher than others (a common complaint from other google reviews Ive seen) but I thought it was well worth the price. Nick is awesome and gentle. Will definitely return!

Let’s be honest, this is not a full-service high-end spa. Helps to manage expectations, and use a few tips and tricks to get the most from a high-volume nail shop like this. Scheduling an appointment online ahead of time is the way to go. It alleviates the walk-in wait and allows you to request the best technicians. Once I found one I liked, I request them when I book, which helps with consistency of service - they remember me and remember what I like. I tip well and they know it, so maybe they seem to treat me better than some other reviewers here say they have experienced? Finally, I have found that booking during non-rush times really helps. Later weekday evenings and weekday mornings (except Fridays) have proven to be the best times to get good, non-rushed service from both the admin and nail staff.

I’ve been coming here for years. Kacey does a fantastic job and always makes sure my nails look perfect! Everyone always wants to know where I get them done. I started coming here bc the place I used to go never had enough technicians so you had to wait or make appointments. Here they have lots of techs, lots of color selection and modern equipment. The team of techs are friendly and sweet.

The place looks really nice and the people are nice. I got a regular shellac manicure, but the person doing my nails rushed through it. When applying different substances to my nails, it was very sloppy. The arm massage at the end left me with lotion all over my arms and in the cracks in my fingernails. The massage also only lasted a few seconds which the one I got the previous time was longer and more enjoyable. My manicure turned out good, however, the process was not all as pleasant.

Great nail shop with 40 seats for pedicures. The basic pedies are great and my toenails are nice and short for running. The basic is only $27.00 at this point in time without tipping the nail tech.

Very rough, and not friendly. My shellac “manicure” was done in approximately 20 minutes and was not done well, or correctly. Significant peeling after only a few days! I’ve been 3x, thinking maybe it was just the wrong person or an off day, and had similar experiences.... so will definitely not be returning. The salon itself looks appealing but they overall offer a churn and burn culture

I asked for someone very experienced. The staff began to giggle and talk their language back and forth to each other which made me feel as if they were saying something inappropriate. Then they put me with someone who (although she seemed nice) did a terrible job on my nails. I had the pink and white dip with a tip done. From the side, my nails look like theres a big scoop in the nail bed instead of being flat and natural looking. I had two nails lift after one week. When I called to discuss the matter, the man who answered the phone kept interrupting me talking on his walkie-talkie to his staff and also to another client who was there. HE CLEARLY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY CONCERNS. Then he rudely said I just need to come in so he can see what I mean. NO APOLOGIES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! They will only ever get my money that one time. I will tell everyone I know that this place is terrible!!!!!

I highly recommend Kenny! He does an immaculate French manicure with dipping. I have gone to him for years and used to do acrylic. He is excellent with that approach toi. I am very picky. Just ask my family. When I ind someone who is excellent, I stick with them.

Usually ok for a regular pedicure. Went today for a dip manicure...very thick and I had color all over my fingers! And they dipped our nails right in the jar??? Isnt that unhygienic??? Especially since I didnt wash my hands until after she was done. I had to come home and file my nails as the glue was stuck to my fingers! I dont know that I will go back

Mom and I have been here a few times now. We generally get the shellac nails. Recently Ive been getting the dipped powder french tip and they last forever!!! My last set lasted a whole month! (Didnt have time to get them done before then) they do amazing on their designs. And I really think we picked a winner. The only reason I didnt give five stars is the prices. They are a little high, but so worth the outcome!!!:) if I can learn how to post a picture, Ill be showing the amazing work they do!

This place was okay. The front desk people were polite and welcoming. However the gentleman that did my nails did speak to me the entire time.

OMG, the reviews on here are horrible but accurately true. Customer service is terrible. They had potential to be good and started with promise of serving alcohol but that never happened. Just a typical nail mill. There is an actual new nail salon that has a real bar but youll have to discover that yourself.

Pretty disappointed with this place. A friend and I went for pedicures and because we didn’t upgrade to a more expensive one, they hardly scrubbed my feet. Walmart gives pedicures quite honestly. The polish looks great and she did a great job cutting my cuticles but I was expecting WAY more callous removal. Quite pathetic. I also couldn’t even find the girl after to give her a tip so she didn’t get one. Will not be returning here and definitely don’t recommend.

I’ve been here several times and usually have a good experience. This time after one day of having the dip powder with tips there was lots of lifting and my nails were getting caught on everything. I even had stuff get stuck under my nails. I went in to get them fixed and they said they couldn’t do anything. I’m very upset! I spent way too much money to have them tell me they couldn’t fix it. I give two stars because in the past they’ve done a great job but I’m very disappointed this time.

Spent $75 for manicure and pedicure. Was there for 90 minutes. Nail polish wore the same night. Super upset. Confused by the term bar? They only offer water, I didnt see them offer anyone any drinks? Wont be back.

I went in for a shellac manicure. Between coats, the technician would only let me set my nails under the lights once. In my experience, the longer you set the nail under the lights, the more durable the shellac manicure is. Sure enough, the nail polish started lifting only five days later.My previous shellac manicure else where lasted a month until I went in to get it taken off

The WORST service I have ever had. Pedicure took about 15 min... half assed service. My feet feel and look about the same as I walked in. And when I expressed my thoughts on the service lady I spoke with gave no apologies, no desire to fix the problem and did nothing to make me feel like she cared. Definitely will not be going back and I dont recommend this place at all exclamation

My mom and i went for spa pedis. They were hurried and rough. They cut both of us. We both had bloody toes. The gift kept on giving..my mom got an infection in her heel and found metal in her heel. I have a staph infection in my leg that was disgnosed at the ER. Thanks a ton. Expect a visit from the health dept. Soon Nail bar.

This was probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. My nail tech spoke less than 5 words to me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I spoke with the manager and she didn’t appear to care and struggled to apologize.

This was such an awful experience! We waited for 40 minutes and as we were walking out they said we will be right there! We sat in the chairs for a pedicure and it wasn’t till we had been sitting there for 15 minutes that they came and filled the water! 25 minutes in they offered us water to drink! So terrible! Never going back and I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I agree with most of the customers on here. I didn’t look up the ratings before hand like I normally do because I didn’t want to prejudge. I jst moved here & this place was convenient for me as for all of u. I work near by so I figured I would try it. I regret walking in here & I will never return. 1st the lady acted as if I was inconveniencing her & gave more of an attitude that I only wanted a basic mani pedi because I didnt have time for an upgraded one because I had to go to wrk later. 2nd she made me work for my pedi I literally had my feet in the tub for a second. She said she couldn’t do my pedi right unless I stayed sitting up forward because I’m short & the chair didn’t go up far enough. Every time I would try to lay back to relax she kept tapping my foot to alert me to sit forward for her. 3rd my mani the polish had a dip in it that she painted ovr several times & of course wasn’t drying so I tried to find her to have her correct it & this other male worker said in a rude tone (what do u want!!!) then went to find her & she comes out raising her voice saying the same thing then blamed me that the polish was messed up. No customer service any where & I am sick of it!

I got my nails done here on my break because it’s close to my work, I got acrylics done. One it was 18$ for a rebase and I have one hand just getting my nails done is 18$ and it’s usually only 10$ for a rebase, second when I went back to work my nails didn’t even last four hours! One broke with me hardly putting any pressure on it, they made them too thin. This place is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been too, I highly recommend going somewhere else. It’s too expensive and not worth it.

I think this is owned by central nails which was next door and that place was getting seriously run down with bad service! Will this be the same way??Ok I went twice and not good, I learned while I was there the same owner owns this Nail Bar and Blue Sky Nails-a half a mile away. Ugh! He closed down Central Nails. All the same people they just rotate. Such a bummer, bc they stink!!

I have been coming here for a while, but since they remodeled this location and opened Blue Sky they have just gotten more expensive! The techs do a good job, but the prices are really over the top!! They charge $15 extra for gel polish AND if you are doing dip they charge $15 for ombré, and $5 more to shape your nails a certain way. So a grand total of $65 just for a dip mani and for BASE pedi with shellac it was $45. For me $110 is a lot of money to spend and not even be at a nice salon!! Also the tech told my daughter she needed to wax her eyebrows and clean them up!?!?! Im sorry WHAT??? Who does that? She lost half her tip for that comment

I went to get a pedicure there and had a horrible experience! I will never go back! It seemed like the girl who did my nails had never done a pedicure before. She didnt shape my nails down or do anything to my nails except take the polish off that was already on there. She drenched my legs in oil so much that it was dripping everywhere. I didnt want her to use oil anyways and asked her for a towel to get if off my legs. She said, you dont want oil? Oil is fine! I told her it was all over the chair on on my shorts and just a mess. She gets a towel and tosses it at me. I am getting it off my legs and she grabs the towel from my hands and starts roughly rubbing the oil off my legs. It hurt! When I asked to talk to a manager she said no. Normally pedis take maybe 30 mins and I was sitting in the chair for 10 minites. It was rushed and poorly done with a rude attitude. So disappointing.
