I came for a full set. They lady did fine on the full set, 2 of my nails are not straight but Im not mad because its not that noticeable. When I was looking around and sitting at the drying table I notice that it looked like the place hadnt been cleaned in awhile. There were dead bugs everywhere and spider webs where you would dry your toes. I would like to go back but only if it was cleaned.

We needed three pedicures last minute and they got us in right away. Fast, friendly, and professional service. I appreciated that it didnt have a strong odor and were willing to use my own colors since I prefer lower toxin formulas.

The manager is extremely unfriendly, rushing customers, does not greet when entering store. The mail technicians are all very friendly. I will return for that reason alone. The manager needs to brush up on her people skills

Vee has done an absolutely wonderful job on my nails each and every time Ive com in. She always does what i ask to be done. This last visit was my favorite as i got Frosty the snowman on one nail, snowflakes on the other and a gilter ombre on another. Hands down best manicure ive had in years😁👍☺️

I went in to have a new set put on. Instead of removing the old acrylic appropriately with the drill and soaking in acetone, they used a tip to remove the acrylic. This hurt and I know damaged my natural nail. My nails are still sore. One nail is also shorter then the others. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I’ve been going here for a few weeks and their service just keeps getting worse. I liked them because they’re open on Sundays but I think I’ll find a new place to go. They rush you in and rush you out. Quality of their product for dip is cheap and my nails started breaking less then a week after I got them done.

You only get one chance to make a good impression. The gal did a decent job on my manicure.. ..but the place is NOT CLEAN!!!

The owner was wonderful but the shellac nails were not done very well. Was quoted one price then they changed pricing when I went up to pay.. would like to go back to try the older lady,, the pedicure I saw her give another customer looked fabulous and relaxing.. Did have my eyebrows done along with the mani/pedi and they did great job on the brows.

I love this salon. I always come out super satisfied. They offer you water, take their time and are super friendly. I’ve been going here on and off for two years. I will not go to another salon. Tina is amazing and so is Vi.

I scheduled an appointment for a mani pedi and they said that was fine. There were a few things I saw that seemed iffy but as a healthcare worker I honestly just wanted to relax for an hour or 2. I sat down and the first lady that came over to me was nice. She didn’t respond to my questions, but with a mask and divider it could have been hard to hear. When deciding on colors, I asked if I could have 2 put side by side (as she mentioned they looked different on the display than on your nails. Then Holly took over to paint. I asked her if she thought one looked orange and she said pick your favorite color. I could’t decide and asked again if she thought one looked orange. She said “your eyes are different than my eyes are different than her Eyes (another customer getting her nails done). So I chose a color. She then got up and started yelling at me that she was going to take phone calls until i decided. I had already decided but she ignored me. When she eventually came back, she kept asking me if this was the color I wanted, to which I kept saying yes. After doing my pedicure, she proceeded to tell me I would have to come back the next day if I also wanted a manicure as they were closing. Two other customers had just began getting a manicure less than 5 minutes before My toes were done. When I asked why the ladies were just starting theirs, she responded I took too long to choose a color (she was the one who walked away after I had told her my preference and was talking on her cell phone), and there was no more time. I have never been yelled at much less been told that a nail salon could not do the service I made an appointment for. I would not suggest going here due to an extreme lack of professionalism and unreliability with the staff. I just moved to this area but I will definitely be looking for another salon who can provide quality Service, take their time and doesn’t yell at their customers. Holly was very rude and unprofessional. It seems that as the owners have changed so has the quality and service.

I have a damaged nail that has a long vertical crack and most nail products chip off in less than a week. They were able to do a dip that fills the crack and helps hold it closed and keeps it from snagging. They got to me on time and took their time to fix my nail right!

I made my first appointment for classic mani-pedi on Saturday or Sunday in June 2020. I arrived right on time and was seated within 5 -10 minutes. Technicians name was Tina and she is really good at what she does especially compared to few other Asian salons I have been to.She is fast yet careful not to nip your cuticle skin or break your skin when filing down nails. If you can overlook the fact that she isnt friendly, her services are on point. I have to say even though they use plastic covers to wrap the foot sink, the rest of the salon didnt appear as clean as it should be. Also, I cant attest that they sterilize their instruments between the clients either, I rather hope that they do! Also, when drying my nails at the drying station, I notice right away that it was sticky/dirty. All in all was an okay experience and I will probably go back because I found this salon to give me the best bang for my buck in this area. If you go-ask for Tina.

I just love this place. Ive been going there for years and I have never been disappointed. Today was an especially well done job. I got my usual dip but a specialty color, red and black ombre. It cost a bit extra but its so cool it was worth it to me. Danni was my nail tech and she was amazing! Ill try and post pictures cause its worth taking a look but Ive never done this before so well see how it goes.

Dani, Hannah, and Nancy are great! I have been going there for a few months now and they are always so helpful and make my nails look great. Dani also does this paraffin wax that makes my hands moisturized and healthy looking. They are always friendly and make my time there relaxing.

I was looking for a clean, and professional pedicure that didn’t cost a fortune. I found it at Vibrant. Hanah was great. I will be back.

Im hooked, id name my nail lady but Im selfish and want her to have the time for me🤣.Beautiful salon and they really listen to your wants and needs. Super quick but not rushed either.Love them

Love the current owners here, hopefully they stick around! Today was my second visit and they did a great job. I’ve had dip done a few other places and was never really happy with it. I got a French dip my first visit and ombré the second and both looked awesome. Prices are good too!

Will definitely be returning!UPDATE:I was so excited to go in and get my nails redone here after such an amazing first experience but I was so disappointed by Brian’s work. He hurt my nails so bad! I had to keep pulling back because it burned and hurt so bad! He didn’t soak my nails before taking off the dip and the final look was horrible. The nails were not straight they were all crooked and uneven. I left and very unhappy and went to another nail salon immediately to have them fix his mistakes.After that I will not be returning.

Been going there for a few years now but ownership has changed and so has the customer service. Yesterday I had an appointment at 4 after waiting over 50 minutes in cold water I got up and left and will not be back as that was the third time I had waited over a half hour when I had an appointment. They need to work on customer service. Follow up-they did contact me and apologized for my inconvenience and set me up an appointment for the next weekend. Since then their customer service has greatly improved and they now have me back as a loyal customer as they do a really great job on my nails so I do now highly recommend them.

Danni did such an amazing job with my nails! I’ve had bad experiences with dip powder at several other salons, but this is the first time I’ve been completely satisfied. There are so many colors to choose from and even different finishes. I chose to do dip chrome this time and I’m completely mesmerized!

I would love to give zero stars. Didnt even get service here waited for over 30 minutes to get eyebrow waxing and they kept taking other customers who would walking way after I was waiting. There was one lady who decided folding more towels was more important. Then she helped the mom and son who walked in. I get others are getting more expensive services but a eyebrow waxing is faster compared to a full pedicure.

My pedicure was great until I got home and realized she really didn’t remove any rough skin on my heels. I also told them I wanted an acrylic full set.. and they took upon themselves to do a thin layer of dip powder nails... and when I confronted them on the type of nails I asked for vs what I got.. they gave me $5 off. I also don’t appreciate my kiddo getting snapped at when I paid for a mani and pedi for her too. I am overall really disappointed in this place. I felt rushed half way through my pedicure, into getting my nails done.

I love this place! The people who work here are so friendly, the prices are good, and they do a great job! On my first visit, they offered the dip manicure, but I went with shellac instead because I really liked one of the shellac colors, but today I went back for my second visit and decided to try the dip manicure, and I absolutely love it! They can do ombré colors with the dip and it turned out really unique. Definitely ask for Dani, she is great and always up for a challenge, and she’s so friendly and funny. I told her I didn’t know what colors to do and she helped me pick and she really knows what colors work together for the ombré effect. I will definitely be back!

I was rushed through a manicure which I had made an appointment for because more people had walked in wanting a service without an appointment and so I was rushed and given a manicure that not only started to majorly chip off my nails not 48 hours after it was done but left with cuticles that where left looking awful and more hangnails that I didnt have before receiving a manicure. This business only wants to push as many people as they can through and dont care about the quality of service they are providing.

I am from out of town and am usually nervous about trying new nail salons but the customer service here is top notch and the finished product was beautiful! The facility is immaculate and the staff is very hospitable.

Got an ombre powder dip manicure that looks immaculate. I also got a deluxe pedi that was done very well. They take their time, and they know what theyre doing.

I had a deluxe pedicure and it was a wonderful experience! My tech constantly checked in with me to make sure temperatures were okay, that I liked the color I choose before she put it on all my toes, and gave me the longest leg massage Ive had for a pedicure. She apologized for the 5 minute wait though I walked in without an appointment. I was comfortably soaking my feet with the massage chair running. I was fine with the wait. After the pedicure they bagged up the tools and put my name and phone number on them so they wont be used for anyone else. Im thrilled and this is my new go to for mani/pedi.

I specifically asked that all instruments be sterile and that she not use a file that was used on someone else. As soon as she started to file for my pedicure I noticed it was a used file. When I asked her to get a new one she seemed peeved. Needless to say she sort of took it out on my feet. She filed really hard and hurt my toes and didn’t seem to care about it. I will never go back to this place ever again.
