Always a great service here. Everyone is kind and does a fantastic job. They don’t use electronic tools to remove polish and they are pretty gentle.

I went to get my nails done last Sunday afternoon. I had a 4pm appointment and it took almost an hour and a half to get the dip nails done. By Monday evening (24 hours after getting them done), one of the nails had already cracked all the way down. I called and left a voicemail about it because the last time I had gotten dip (at a different nail salon) they lasted over 3 weeks with no issues. I did go back to get the nail fixed with Dazzling Nails, but two days later another nail had cracked. Keep in mind that I work a desk job, and I took extra caution after the first one cracked because I had a vacation in a few days. When I called to let them know that it had happened AGAIN, she offered to let me come in to get the nail fixed, but I told her I was not available that week because of my trip unless I could come straight from work. She said it would take at least an hour so I couldn’t come after work with only 30 minutes to get it done. I assumed she was offering to redo the whole set since she said it would take an hour, and I said I could come in the Sunday after my trip and she said “by then your nails will have grown out”. So not only had I already gone in twice, but she asked me to take more time out of my week to come get a nail fixed because she did a poor job.Honestly, I feel like I should have received a refund. To not even last two days... what a complete waste of time & money. I am not one to leave negative reviews, because I know that things happen, but when you spend $50 for a service (which was more than the place I went before that did a GREAT job), it’s very frustrating.

This place is really good! Every time I go there I can be sure I’ll get a quality service! They are very clean and do a meticulous job! This last time I had very little time, Alex and Susan worked together to get my nails done in time. Despite of very little time that I had, they did an amazing color job! It really does look perfect! I can’t tell enough how grateful I am!

Went in as a walk-in at 5pm & was a bit surprised that I was the only customer there? I had a really nice experience! It was nice to be offered a complimentary glass of wine, as well as Nikki using a small hot-stone on my hands & arms after doing my manicure & before applying my gel polish.. Bliss!! . The cost for the 2 nice complimentary add-ons, plus a very meticulous manicure? A very reasonable $35! If Im back in this area, Ill be sure to come back! Nikki was very careful & my very short nails look beautiful!

I cant figure out why people leave negative reviews about Dazzling Nails. I have been coming here since they opened last October and they have overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations every single time. They offer complimentary shoulder massages, all of their products are high-quality and the customer service is second to none. I hope those who wrote negative reviews will give this salon a second chance as it is EASILY the best nail salon/spa in Highlands Ranch. Do yourself a favor and visit Dazzling Nails - you wont regret it.

I will not go here again. I haven’t gotten a pedicure in a while and wanted to treat myself. Though they got me in quickly and I was early is the only reason this got another star from me. The pedicure was okay but I felt the tech Emma was very much frustrated with me through the whole process because it had been a while since my last pedicure. I felt like she rushed through it when I had seen some of the other techs take their time with massage and other things. Then to dry she sat me in the chair and then when coming up to me just had her hand out for the money. Yes this place is very clean but that doesn’t excuse for making me feel like a waste of time or not a worthy customer.

Alex was amazing!!! From out of town and, travel a lot, was so impressed with salon and Alex service. Above and beyond.

Nice place, however shellac started to peel and ruin in under a week. Maybe it was the technician...I will not be back.

Overpriced

This is the best nail place Ive ever been to! It is super clean with modern decor. They even offer wine! The staff is very friendly and skilled. The best part is they offer more than the basic mani pedi options, they have a full spa menu of exciting treatments. The price is very good compared to most places in Denver. I am a very satisfied customer!

This place is way too expensive. I walked in and asked what their express pedi ($25) included & they gave me a list & decided to go with it. Little did i know half the things that was told to me was actually not included & i just paid $25 basically just for them to paint my toe nails. $25 at every other nail place in highlands ranch can give you a much better pedi...

Really bad experience. Went in with my teenage daughter to get us both a pedi and mani. Sat back in chair with feet in tub and the lady was incredibly rough with me. Still puzzled why she took her anger out on me. She cut me 4 times while doing my cuticles. My young daughter embarrasses easily so didnt want to make a scene. Her lady was very sweet with her. As blood was coming down my toes she damped a cotton ball and didnt even apologize to me. I didnt know what or how to react so remained pleasant while this lady tortured me.When she cut me the fourth time I said, Hey you did it again. She mumbled something to the other lady in a different language. As we left, I paid with cash. She took it and left me standing there, never came back with my change. She took it on herself as she pocketed the remainding as a tip.I was so shocked, and never have been treated so poorly for a manicure and pedicure. Wow!

I never make an appointment and am very satisfied with every nail tech I’ve had. Clean and professional salon.

Went in for an express mani pedi, got charged $50! Not including tip!!! It was $60 total after that, couldnt believe I paid that much for a BASIC mani pedi which took only 40 min!!!

Twice now Ive gone in an hour until their posted close time and have been turned way dude to lack of time. Close earlier or make it know you will not accept walk ins until a certain time
