This is my go-to place whenever I visit Denver. The ladies here are super nice and cute, and they genuinely care about making sure you have a good and relaxing experience! One of my biggest concerns is maintaining healthy nails, and after a couple bad experiences with over-filing, my nails were getting brittle, weak, and prone to breakage. Lisa, the owner of the store, listened to my concerns and my desire for longer nails and suggested tips with dip powder. Now, I have tried dip powder before on my regular nails and suffered from chunky-looking nails, but after seeing what Lisa was suggesting modeled on her daughters nails, I was convinced to give it a try.Boy, am I glad I did! A picture is worth a thousand words, and I have narrowed it down to three! The process was surprisingly fast, and Lisa was very attentive to me, checking in often to make sure she wasnt hurting me since I told her from the start that my nails have been weak lately. The color she suggested turned out so beautifully that I can hardly keep my eyes off my own hands!Ive included a picture of the dip powder Lisa used on me so that anyone can recreate the look if you want! Beautiful and healthy nails for life!

I started going to Lisa several months ago when my nails were terribly short and in bad shape. Lisa applied gel and now they look marvelous and the best part is that I only go in every 5 weeks. My nails are so very strong and when they start to grow out, I apply regular polish myself and can then make it last a protracted time. I prefer to have an appointment and Lisa is always on time and professional. She addresses any special areas of concern that I have. I highly recommend her and suggest Lisa for all your nail care.

My nails turned out so cute!

Eager to help make my nail design right but after over an hour of trying a simple design (just lines) we all gave up. Went with a foil which is ok. The base polish is bumpy in places and the edges are terrible, the tips aren’t smooth. Photos taken just after I left. And feels very overpriced. $25 for a shellac polish change no manicure.

Just moved to the neighborhood and I was a little nervous to try a new place but Magic Nails is only three minutes from me so naturally I had to stop by and I do not regret it one bit! I absolutely LOVE the service and the ladies here are so nice! Safe to say this is my go to place now! Yay! ☺️

I have never in my life been more disappointed in a nail salon. My sister suggested that we go here because the ladies are nice so I said alright lets go. my sisters nails all turned out fine with her mani and pedi. Mine however did not. I have sensitive nails and the women doing my nails turned her drill up to ten after me saying this and telling her my nails were getting hot and began to hurt. she then proceeded to file my nails with the nail buffer leaving frayed and ripped apart ends after she decides the look fine she begins to polish my nails with shallac. Which correct me if Im wrong should make your nails stronger and and the polish last longer. My nails are burning in the lamp and the polish was placed on so thick that it began to pool in certain areas especially on my ring finger. There are bubbles on nearly every nail. Now if you are experienced with gel/shellac polish once you have cured the top coat you need to get rid pf the sticky layer on the nail with alcohol. she didnt do this so my nails are still sticky. i had to come home and remove the excess polish on my cuticle area. and to top it all off a color change for shellac is tops 12 dollars according to their pricing which you cannot find online. They charged me twenty dollars. A 20% tip for the correct pricing would have been $2.40 . yet she charged me 8 dollars more which I can only assume was the tip being put into the bill. AGAIN! A 20% TIP WOULD HAVE BEEN $2.40 ! WHY WAS I CHARGED 8 MORE DOLLARS THAN NEEDED?!?!?! My normal nail salon is cheaper than this and does a much better job. If there was an option for 0 stars i would give them that!!! It is horrendous. i should not be charged for a 67% tip!!!!! in what world would this be okay!!!!! This being said I will not be going back to this salon ever again! If you are looking for a good place to go, go to Java nail and spa. theyve always given me wonderful service at a great price with a great result! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

I love this place. The ladies in here are wonderful. I usually have Lisa or Rose. They are knowledgeable and listen to what I want. I have never been so loyal to a nail salon, I don’t want to go anywhere else!

Worst pedicure of my life. I guess I should have noted the 2 star rating. The polish was all up my toes but failed to cover my actual nail. I asked for them to be cut short and round. They were uneven and ragged. No one working could or would do anything to try to fix it. So dissatisfied. Can I rate 0 stars?

This place is WAY over priced for the quality of nails you are getting. I paid $50 for a full set of acrylics and it has not been even a week and they are chipping and cracking. My pinky and ring finger are also uneven. They also charged me an extra $10 to put on a few jewels. One of the jewels is stuck on top of the other and several have fallen off already! On three of my nails the sides are bumpy. I’m typically not too picky with my nails but as a cosmetologist I know for this price my nails should be perfect! The lady also filed my FINGER raw. On top of all of this, the station the lady sat me down at had nail dust from a previous client all over it and this was right when they opened which means they had not cleaned the night before! Yuck! There are so many wonderful nail places do not waist your time or money here.

Just got my lashes done, my toes painted and my eye brows waxed. I have a really high standard when it comes to nail salons. But, this was a great experience. I will admit this salon could use a face lift and some cleaning. But, my services were all done well and quickly.

My favorite salon to go to. Super kid friendly, great themed chairs for them. Always had a great experience. Of course, they will alleys try to sell you a higher product, but they respect your decision. Mostly I get pedicures, but have gotten shellac. Great service, friendly. Good feet massages!

The technicians at Magic Nails are so warm and friendly. I come every three weeks for a gel manicure and love tying different colors from their wide variety.

Here’s the deal. Yes, they do a decent job for adults. But my teen daughter goes here on occasion. When she goes without me, they have done a less than acceptable job, shuffled adult customers in front of her in line, and worse...added $10 extra as tip without permission. I am not the only parent in the area who’s teen has encountered these issues with this salon. Honestly, I won’t even go here for myself because of how they treat my daughter and I have asked her to stop. But sometimes, proximity is convenient and she folds. I just wanted people to know how they treat younger customers when parents aren’t around. Update: I also found out after talking to my daughter about her last visit that they tried to pretend they ‘lost’ the nail color she chose for her toes in order to convince her to go with shellac for her pedicure..more expensive. When my daughter said no, they magically found the color she picked. They also chose to have her. Sit in foil to remove her dip/nails for 40+ minutes to help 5 adult women who came in after her. Again, the final product was decent, but they treat teens without parents like dirt. They also charged 10 bucks more than the initial quoted price at the end and told me it was due to having to start her nails from scratch due to the lighter dip color she chose. I’m a seasoned nail veteran. I know how it works and they lied to my face for the overcharge and the reason she was left to the side to help others while I was grocery shopping next door. We will never ever go back here. Ever.

I’ve had a great experience at this salon. They make you feel important and even when I came in to fix some of my nails they didn’t treat me any different. I’m happy I found my new salon.

This place was super clean and very kid friendly.I really liked the massage chairs and they have the type of pedicure chairs that I like.Downside? They have a really poor selection of pretty nail polish colors and a large selection of super ugly colors.Also my pedicure barely lasted a day before looking not so great. I would have given them 4 stars if it wasnt for their awful color selection.

Ive been a customer since the new management took over in 2003. They have never had more then one or two men working for them at any time. I think the review that is before me has the wrong Magic nail salon. I would not keep going to this salon for 16 years if I was not 120% satisfied with the service I have gotten there. When looking up their reviews I found at least 5 Magic Nails in the Denver Metro area. I feel that the review before me is not for the Magic Nails at 3996 Red Cedar Dr. #A-1 Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. They are very sweet at this salon.

They do a good job on Manicures and pedicure but thats it. I have gotten acrylics there 3 times now (because they are closest to me). All 3 times they have turned out awful. They dont look real at all. The first time I got acrylics there, I chose a light pink color and they gave me a red color. I said something about it but the lady just shrugged it off. They were also an awful shape. The bottom of the nalis were fine but they got wider as they went up. They were all uneven. The second time I had a different lady. She was filing down the old acrylics to put on new ones on and she got distracted talking to her friend and went right through one of the nails thank god she missed my real nail. The second time she messed up the color as well. And she got some super glue on my finger and when I said something just left it there. The nails were also a bad shape. She said that it was because my natural nails were too short(I had good length nails but she cut them down). She also kept telling me that I needed my eyebrows waxed because they looked bad. She was super rude. The third time I went I had a different lady again. She got the color right but the shape of the nails were awful. She had started doing my nails as the pink and white,but then after doing all of my nails like she realized thats not what I asked for(even though I said that I dont want the pink and white while she was doing it). So she just painted right over the stuff she already put on my nails no my nails look so thick and so bad. They were blobby and slanted and all of the nails looked different. They looked so fake, I know that they are fake but still. Only one nail looked good. As she was working I said something about the shape and she just shrugged it off. As I was tired of this happening I brought it up again and that time she just completely ignored me. I will not return there for acrylics again. I do not recommend getting acrylics or shelac there.

I recently took my granddaughter to this salon for a pedicure, and when I left, I wished I had checked it out beforehand! The staff was friendly but the entire salon was dirty, REALLY DIRTY, even the restrooms. Shelves were dusty, floors needed serious vacuuming, and even the drying station machines were dirty looking and needed a GOOD wipe down. I made my granddaughter scrub her hands really well as soon as I got her home. The salon was completely empty and I think this observation is why. Salons, of all places, should be REALLY spotless. I would think they would not be able to pass a health-board inspection.

Love this place. The employees are so nice and accommodating. They also do a hot stone massage that is super awesome! The designs they do are always super artistic and well done.

They did an excellent job on my pedicure - very friendly with great massage chairs - they even have adorable chairs for kids pedicures! Felt nicely pampered.

Mediocre pedicure. The guy had to keep asking another lady questions throughout the hour and a half long pedicure. I left with smudged polish and calluses that weren’t touched on the bottom of my feet. This pedicure should have been $10 at most and it was $28! Won’t be returning!

My nail turned out so bad, I just got them done yesterday and the paint is already chipping. Also they are very bumpy and rigid. Also if you say you have an opening I don’t want to have to sit there 30 minutes, and then once I have the tips of my nails to wait another 20 minutes for her to paint someone else’s nails. I’m going in to day to get a REFUND. I don’t even want them to fix them. I’ll go somewhere else.

This place was pretty old and dingy. I paid $30 for a gel manicure and the lady that did my nails didn’t even cover the full nail with polish and the polish they used was so old when my hands were under the light the polish pulled off my nails and the lady continued to put more polish on after I pointed it out to her. After the last cure they still looked terrible so she redid them with the same polish 2 more times. This was not worth the time or the money.

I went in today for a full set of acrylic nails for the first time and i was beyond disappointed first of all the shop was not clean they had been eating sunflower seeds before I came in for my appointment and there were shells all over the floor they then gave me a list of nail designs and I picked one that was black glitter which I never got all I got was a french manicure. Then while she was filing my nails with the electric file she had it on high and was so rough and when I would flinch from pain she would look at me like shut up and deal with it now my nails are so sore. To make matters worse while she was doing my nails she completely ignored me but she didnt ignore her friend that she talked to the entire time but when she did talk to me it was to try to sell me into getting a pedicure. When she was done and I asked about what happened to the glitter she looked at me as if I was insane and just said do it next time. after leaving i noticed the nails had a lot of flaws like air bubbles and lumps etc. So if anybody is thinking of going to this nail shop think twice because I didnt and I regret it and I will not be back or recommend it to anyone.

I get my nails done on average twice a month and this is by far my worst nail experience, not only are my fingers red raw with filing burns that the tech laughed off, they are uneven, chipped and squint! when explained to the woman i was unhappy she told me i was wrong then told me to do better !! Dirty, unorganised shop and staff have shady attitude!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE

It was awesome as always and my daughters love it as well.

No issues with them when doing polish or gel manicure. But both times I got a full set done and a rebase, I got filing burns on the tips of four fingers from the electric tool they use. From what I could tell, they dont sterilize the tips on those tools or the nail files.

I went recently to get a full set, and the woman doing my nailed rushed, wouldnt give me the nail shape I had requested, never even touched my cuticles, which needed it, never used lotion or anything, just jumped right into oversanding down my nails. My friend who I went with was just as displeased, and in fact they hurt her with the sander and didnt seem to care. Then, upon inspection, I realized that my thumb nail was crooked, and every nail was a different length. While I wanted them to fix this, they had already locked the doors on us. I was extremely displeased with the quality and time they spent on the nails. They were kind to us though, at least I assume. They spent the entire time laughing with their friends and distracted each other that I cant be so sure of that. I will not return.

Gave me a chair without a massager. Accent nail was a different color blue than I requested and mismatched all the other nails. The jets sprayed all over me and while they apologized, they didnt even offer me a towel. Take your money elsewhere
