So I got a flat tire, AND the last place I had my car worked on lost the hub lock key. When I called them, they denied any reponsibility and wanted to charge me $60 to even take the lock lug off. Discount tire, not only removed the lock lug nut, but extracted the metal that caused the flat, fixed it (full inside tire patch), then bubble checked it via immersion and balanced the wheel. FOR FREE!!! THEY FIX FLATS FOR FREE HERE! I was blown away when the guy came out and told me the bill is zero. On top of all that, they had it done before the promised repair time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 3 bays, MANY employees, and red carpet customer service. I know where I will be coming for tires and wheel service from now on. Ryan came out (with a professionalism reminiscent of the 1950s) and explained everything they did and brought my car to me. It is so great to see a business with such excellent customer handling and the free flat fix service... unreal!!! Thank you Discount Tire! Also worthy of note they were very thorough in the repair. It was done right, and I am a very happy customer. Balance owed: $0!

For the first time this week I took my car here for some new tires. After searching for the ones I wanted, this place was the one with the best deals all around. I had heard good things about the place but wanted to experience it myself. The tires I wanted arrived the next day super early after ordering them the night before. As soon as I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted with the best attitude possible. They were kind and super professional. The whole staff there was great. All very caring and with great attitudes. My wait time was not long at all even though they were all extremely busy. I will definitely keep recommending this place to friends. Great Staff at this location. We got a nail in our tire but thankfully had purchased their roadside protection plan. We couldnt get there until 5:45pm (they close at 6pm) but they got us in, fixed the flat, and had us out within a half hour. Exemplary job fellas!

The assistant manager Maxwell is fantastic. Such great customer service and just an all around great guy. Not only did he help us out but watched him do the same for an older couple by cutting their labor cost. He sets a new standard.

Tire installation could not have been easier. Well, I suppose it could if they were to have come and picked it up to begin with. But, thats a little too much.

Excellent service at this location! David helped me out greatly in recommending some tires after mentioning the other tires I purchased were being discontinued and hard to find and replace if anything were to happen to them while under warranty. The tire change was really quick! I wanted to keep my old(barely used) tires and the technician even loaded them in the car for me.. Very pleased!

Discount tire is the only shop I have used for tires for the last 30 years. Their service, tire selection and prices have always been great. They have many locations, and no matter where I travel in this country I can find a discount tire or affiliate. It is important to me to have the peace of mind of knowing that if I ever have a tire related problem, I can probably find one of their locations nearby. I stopped by today to check on a specialized golf cart tire I need and they gave me some great alternatives. Highly recommend them.

Ordered my tires and they were delivered next day. Store notified me promptly when they arrived. There wasnt an appointment available for that day, but they were able to work me in and get me out at my guaranteed time. Lobby was clean and comfortable allowing me to get work done while I waited. Brought in my 2019 BMW X3XDRIVE for set of tires. Im not a big fan of the RFT(run flat tires) so I discussed other options. I was helped by Ben Nininger, who was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient with all my questions. Decided on Continental tires which he ordered and got in in 2 days. The shop techs were organized, professional, and worked as a team. There were 3 or 4 people working in unison, and they had me ready to go in 30 to 40 minutes! I highly recommend Discount Tire. They beat my dealership price by almost $600!!! Enough said.

Discount tire earned my business by providing free plug repairs for tires that were losing air. They helped me for free and I eventually bought tires. I plan to go here for any future tire needs.

I went there with a slow leak in a tire. They found a nail, plugged the tire, then offered to rotate all tires for free. The whole visit turned out to be a courtesy service at no cost. And I didn’t buy my tires there. I know where I’ll be buying my next set. They were also super helpful and knowledgeable since I have an atypical car. They are an exemplar of good service.

Fantastic service! In my case, they beat everyone’s price, all I had to do was show them lower price from else where. Service is then great, they beat other’s price for wheels and tires. Don’t go anywhere else before you give them a chance to beat price from else where, even if they can’t, the great service worth it. Improvement suggestion: installers should use gloves, I got some dirty on my light color steering wheel but nothing major.

The guys working on the car forgot to ask about placing the hub cap back on the tire that was flat and forgot to check my spare tire to let me know it needed replacement. Ill have to go to the one in Winston-Salem and get the spare replaced. The guys in High Point just werent altogether. I will still go to Discount Tire just not the High Point store.

While I really feel the TPMS sensors should be included in the wheel instillation kit, or at least cheaper I overall recommend Discount Tire. They are definitely not the cheapest. But you get a lot of value and warranty for your purchase. Plus free tire repair on any vehicle if you have ever bought from them.

Discount tire on Precision Way has been my go to tire store for several years now. They stand by their tires. If you get the protection plan, they will repair punctures for free. If the puncture isnt repairable, they will give you a new tire, free. Ever since they gave me a free tire after a sidewall puncture, theyre my go to tire shop. Give them a try and youll be just as happy as I am.

Made appt. online a few days earlier. Showed up on time, my car was put in the next available bay, other of there in 35 min. Nice since the place had 10 or so people in the lobby waiting or in service.

Purchased tires here due to price being cheaper after rebate as suggested by sales rep. After tires got put on, submitted rebate, it was rejected. Turns out the rebate already expired several weeks ago, and rebate department do not know why the sales still suggest it being a valid rebate. Guess I should have stick with tire rack than being scammed locally.

I used to be a Costco Tire Center customer; after dealing with the staff from the Costco Tire Center on Wendover and having the worst customer service experience experience possible (I was looking to get a puncture in a tire that I bought from them fixed and being told they wouldn’t fix it according to their policy).I went out looking for a different tire shop and found Discount Tire. Not only did they fix my tire but they did it at no charge. When the time comes that I need to replace my tires I’ll be coming back... this place is amazing.

I am extremely disappointed and upset after buying tires 01/26/2021. I drive a Cadillac and needed rear tires as they were almost bald. The front ones have been changed a couple months back so that is why I did not need 4 tires, Just the rear. I purchased the tires online and made an appointment for 3pm 01/26/21. After arriving to the facility I inquired about having one of the rear tire pressure sensors replace on the rear, as it was not working any longer. I made this additional purchase and they took my car into the shop. It did not take them long at all to install the 2 tires and the sensor. They brought my car around . After getting in my car and AS SOON as I pulled out the parking lot, my stabillitrak and ABS light instantly came on. Mind you these lights have NEVER been on before. I called this store and someone told me to bring it back if I had time. I informed him that I was right down the street about to pull back in. I get there and 2 men come out and looked at my car and stated there was nothing they could do and they believe the lights came on due to me only purchasing 2 tires and now there is a tread difference. NOW lets remember that before the install the rear tires were almost bald and the fronts had plenty of tread, so if the lights came on due to tread difference then it most definitely would have been on before the tire change, so that made so since at all and tells me they were just blowing smoke. So basically they are telling me there is nothing they can do even though this is clearly their fault. So I seen I was not going to get anywhere with the people at the store as they are obviously extremely incompetent, I left and figured I would call their corporate (regional office) to get this handled, but after calling the regional office they have a VM that states they are closed for COVID and to take all concerns to the store your items were purchased from. When getting home I then noticed that they messed up the trim around the bottom of my car when they lifted it because they do not know how to lift it in the right positions. I will post pics of this below. I EXPECT to have someone reach out to me and take care of this matter ASAP . I will take this as far as I need to best believe. The cost of all this damage to my Cadillac is now into the thousands because not the trim has to be replaced. The car now pulls to the right when driving as well, and I am sure this is due to the car being lifted incorrectly and now it out of alignment . I HIGHLY suggest this ALL be taken care of and I am reached out too. I will not sit back and let this ride. This is not fair for anyone and looks bad for your business. Take ownership of your employees mistakes. I mean you did not even try to check and see if maybe the Sensors were crushed, disconnected, knocked out etc during installation. Did not even pull the wheels back off to check nothing. just walked around my car in the parking lot. I come here all the time for tires. My BMW is serviced there a few times a year and I had no problems, but I bring my Cadillac the 1st time and you guys screwed it up.

Took my car to get 2 front tires. When they put my car on the lift, my car made a loud pop noise that didn’t sound good. As soon as I left, my car was driving different. I scheduled an appointment with my mechanic to get an alignment because it was pulling to the left. My mechanic is saying I need 2 front struts and rear control arms. I asked, “Could the lift they put me on cause this damage?” and the answer was yes. I’m now having to pay almost $900 to get my car fixed so it is safe for me to drive.

I just returned from Discount Tire here in High Point, NC. The service was excellent and the people working in the garage seemed all to be in great spirits which is indicative of the leadership. Lucas Burchfield took care of my tire issue and did a solid job and also ensured that all the tires were of the proper air and tightened properly. Great job and great work ethic.

I had my tire sensors fixed here. Later the same day my ABS light came on which has never happened before. I called discount tires and they said they aren’t responsible for it. I’ve had no issues with tire rotations here but I’d *never* have them touch my sensors ever again.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Had a nail in my tire and they fixed it promptly on a busy morning for free. Bought two tires and after I drove the car home I noticed a slight vibration. I drove back to discount tires they immediately put three guys on it to rebalance them. I am sincerely disappointed. This location is my go to spot for all my tire needs. I have been loyal customer since 2005. I know it is their job to try and up sale or, charge little higher prices. But, I went into store and asked for a particular set of 4 tires. I had already checked the prices online before hand. My prices came out 25 to 30 dollars more than listed on Discount tire website. I told the gentleman that this is the price listed online and total price. I assumed thats what I was getting when he corrected it.However, the cart price listed online, when i got home, did not match the receipt that I had paid. I ended up paying 3 dollar more per tire. I know it is just $13 extra with taxes but, it is the principle of the matter. I always expect to be treated fair and honest at this location, and that did not happen. That is very important to me. I will update the review if any resolution is reached. But, for now, I will have to pursue other businesses and/or locations.
