My experience has purely been with knowledgeable professionals who demonstrate great customer service! I am a student and have worked with Lori’s team for a couple years now. They check up on me once a year or so to review my policy and keep constant communication. I even had a call with Elizabeth this morning and she was very patient and helpful! I would recommend working with Lori and her team anyone in the Triad!

I’ve been a customer for several years now, but only needed car insurance until recently. I bought a house and this team was there to help with great rates on homeowners insurance. I now have a teen driver and bought a new car and they’ve been great with helping me add all of these things! All of my requests are always handled quickly! I’d like to shout out Mike, he’s been amazing!

I’ve been using State Farm insurance via the Lori Roberts agency for a couple years, and they’ve been extremely helpful with any situation I’ve had in that time! I started using auto insurance only, but during my time as a client of theirs, I’ve bought a house. They helped me get my home insurance set up and bundled in with my auto for a great discount! Taylor has been most helpful by staying in contact and replying quickly when I have any questions. She walked me and my wife through the process for adding life insurance policies as well, and found us the best rates. I highly recommend State Farm for their benefits as an insurance company, but the service given to us by the Lori Roberts agency is unparalleled in my opinion! 5 stars EASY!

Let me start by saying my husband has/had been with State Farm for close to 32 years!!We moved to NC and asked to have the exact coverage. This office changed the policy to one of the vehicles was used commercially. Last month we called to get a home owners policy quote. The property was in Virginia. Since Lori wasnt licensed in VA, she referred us to an agent in that state. That agent changed our address to VA even though it was VERY CLEAR we would not be moving for almost 2 months.We called USAA to get quotes. State Farm could not touch the coverage we could get from USAA. MOST of all, the policies through USAA were significantly cheaper and for high coverage. When we called the office to cancel the policies, we were told ONLY Lori could cancel them and her next appointment was THREE business days later. By that time, another premium payment was auto-deducted from our bank account.When Lori called THREE days later as scheduled, she of course attempted to get us to stay with State Farm. NOPE! Then we had to sign a cancellation form. She agreed to date the cancellation for the date we called. Lori asked if I was upset with her or her staff.Yes... There is no reason to wait THREE business days for her to call. When we called to get the home owners quote she was VERY attentive.I hope this review is a learning experience for the agent. Five minute phone calls can be scheduled sooner than THREE business days.Best Wishes to the agent and her staff.

These kind folks at Lori Robertson State Farm are amazing!! Just had Elizabeth check in on me to make sure my car repairs were underway and to see if I needed any help from her. Ive been with State Farm for nearly 20 years and will remain with them, because of their wonderful service.

Called to get a new auto and home policy for my grandmother after Nationwide cancelled her without her knowledge. Danielle was AMAZING! She went over everything in detail and made sure both of us understood it all. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Statefarms policy was also much more affordable with better coverage than the Nationwide policy.

Towning and road side was taking off my policy because I used it too much and my rate went up. I canceled before my renewal date and money called still was drafted out, I have not gotting my money back. Wells Fargo had the reports.Sad and Lori Robertson has not contacted me to help dont use the company. You say you keep records and cant find my policy (you said in the reply to this post) well let me help you because i speak nothing but truth. The policy number is 337 3636-D12-33. I would post the picture of the id card but i choice not to, i keep all phone records too and who i spoke to at headquarters..
