Erica and everyone at Tim Westfall is amazing. She provides the best customer service and it’s more like you’re talking to a good friend. Their prices can’t be beat either. She has helped us with many policies but I was recently an hour and a half away at a DMV for my teen’s contactless road test (after many, many attempts at trying to get a license during a pandemic) and didn’t realize I needed my proof of insurance yet again. Erica answered right away and faxed it over in like two minutes on the spot! Saved me another month wait for a new road test, not to mention the drive there.
