We was with a Well known Co. that we were with for at least 10 years just in auto... and we were paying that well known price!! When I first called and talked to Mark and he gave the quote I like to had fell out! It was a $100 difference each month. And I had called around and everyone else was higher than what I was paying! Until I had heard about Pegram Insurance through a friend and I thought it couldnt hurt to call! Mark and Sunshine are super friendly and go completely out of their way to make sure all your needs are met!! I highly recommend!

Thompson Insurance has had the best quotes I have been with them since 2013 when I moved from NY and I have not changed since since and now that my parents moved here from NY the gave us the best insurance quote for my fathers vehicule INS.I would 100% reccomend this insurance broker all the time. This is by FAR the worst insurance company I have ever delt with. The reps here are rude, as well as the National General reps that answer the 1800 number. This company doesnt insure anything. They tried to give me just under half of the value my vehicle was worth (after being totaled). Then continued to act like they were doing me a favor by coming up. Finally we got them $300 under the price it was worth and was tired of fighting with them and settled. They havent paid ANY medical bills yet (2 months later). And theyre trying to charge a fee for policy cancellation. This office and company are nothing but money hungry thieves.Update: I received a call back for an apology for my bad experience. Ive only delt with this company over the phone, by email, and mail. Apparently, my bad experience was only through National General. I believe Ive only spoken with her to be transferred, and she was nice. So, I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 to be neutral.

I was placed with an insurance company without being asked if I wanted them or not. I stayed with them until my renewal and thats when I found out Pegram was still in business. I was so happy, I ran straight ther from across town. Wouldnt you know it, the same great people are still there. Great service, competitive prices, clean environment, go above and beyond to show their clients their valued, oh and did I mention their just doggone purdy up in that office? 😙🤗😅😇🙄... You cant beat Pegrams, Im there for as long as Im driving and taking all Im connected to with me. Just a great place.
