I love this location. Ms Shirley is always very polite, and patient when I call. I switched over from Don Beck because I felt like they did not listen to me nor did they care about my familys needs. However at this location Ms Shirley listens and she is very respectful. I love her, my husband enjoys this office, and everyone that I have recommended on switching to this office speaks highly of Ms Shirley and Ms Tammy both. Thank you ladies for awesome customer service.

Ive never had such a good experience with an insurance agent before. Tammie and her team are helpful and well informed. I have now moved all of my insurance needs because of the great service.

I had my car towed in April and paid Allstate with a credit card and was told I would receive a receipt in mail that I could submit to my local agent and it never came. I called Allstate 800 and would keep getting transferred to the motor club and they kept saying they could only mail and after several attempts I still never received. I filled a complaint with the better business bureau and finally got a email of the receipt and emailed to my local agent with a address change and still a month later, even after several emails to follow up on check I finally get a call saying the check was sent back because of invalid address..

Save me a lot of money!!!

I cant say enough bad things about this business, I had 2 houses and my cars insured with Allstate-Tammie Grisso. I sold one house and went to their office immediately afterwards to cancel my home owners on that house, making perfectly clear my new permanent residence would be my new second house. They said great and wished me well. Well a little over a year later they sent me advertisements to bundle my house and car together, after receiving a couple of these I called them and said why are you sending me these, everything is insured with you (Allstate-Grisso). THATS WHEN I WAS INFORMED THAT WE HAVE NO HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! They never sent me a notice, a phone call, e-mail of any kind that my insurance had lapsed. When I called their company they came up with every excuse in the book like (we sent the notice to a mortgage lender) that I did not have a mortgage with. We sent you a notice in the mail, etc. They can mail me advertisements but cant get in touch when my homeowners is going to expire? No phone call? And to top it all off they cant reinstate my insurance, I would have to go into a insurance pool. YOUR HOME IS YOUR BIGGEST INVESTMENT AND THEY DO NOT CARE! and they want to take over your retirement PLEASE! This company flat out stinks and if you rely on them to cover your assets buyer beware. I have asked them repeatedly to quit sending me ads and today I just got another one for homeowners. This place is on auto pilot with no one behind the wheel!

Allstate is a great insurance company, I been with them for some years now. The insurance price can be a bit much if you have more than one car.but they will work with you.

Excellent company to deal with. Competitive rates, Easy to work with.
