An uninsured motorist hit me, so I filed a claim. Allstate was so hard to get a hold of, couldnt get the information together, I had to contact them many times. Then they insisted on an overpriced body shop that did poor quality work. The insurance company the other motorist claimed to have treated me so much better I switched.Then my home was broken into, so I filed a claim. Allstate fought payment for everything and still never honored my policy. If someone hits you and they have Allstate get a lawyer, and good luck.

I filed two claims with Allstate. One was an uninsured person hit my car, and he claimed to have Geico insurance. The agent with Geico was more helpful and friendly than my agent with Allstate so I switched. My other was when my home was broken into. Dealing with the Allstate agents is like being robbed twice. They are so rude and and do everything possible not to pay the settlement. If they had just paid the modest replacement settlement, they would have had a happy customer to recommend them, but I will never use Allstate again. Ive had to fight every step of the way and they still havent honored the policy. If youre ever hit by a motorist with Allstate, call your lawyer.
