Went to le’s and i was hoping for a good experience based on the reviews….however, mom and me came out with the worst experience. There were only two nail techs, one of them left my moms finger tips all blue from the dip and one of the layers came off on one nail. The gentleman told her to go home and wash off all of this while laughing in her face. I was with the female tech who was nice but my nail broke almost immediately (i hadn’t tried to open anything or do anything) and my nail just just flat out broke. Never and i mean EVER going back

I usually do my eyebrows with Lieu, she wasn’t there yesterday and they had this random lady come in and do them. Didn’t even ask me if I would be fine with it. She basically man handled my face and botched my eyebrows. One came out shorter than the other and she even raised it! It looks Super retarded, I was so mad I asked lieu’s husband if he thought that was ok and he said they look fine (which they didn’t). That is super disrespectful, if you don’t know what you are doing I don’t think you should’ve even tried. Could’ve told me lieu isn’t in today to do them come back some other time. This is some bodies face you are dealing with. Sad to say I have my whole family doing their nails here and after this we will never come back! Bad management and bad employees.

This is my reply to “Who did your eyebrows?”. i always did my eyebrows with lou and she always did a great job i loved how she did them but i arrived earlier than usual and tom sent me with a different lady i have never seen before so i don’t know her name but it’s upsetting because she left me with half an eyebrow and over waxed them. i honestly expected better🤦🏻‍♀️horrible. i got my eyebrows waxed yesterday and they messed up my eyebrows so bad.

If I could give this place is 0 stars I would. I have been a customer for four years. and I never thought that the owners of this place would have such a bad attitude. that guy doesnt know how to take criticism by a customer that has all the right to say whether she likes her nails or not. when I told him I didnt like My nails he stood up and screamed at me and told me Im no one to tell him how to run his business. oh and also all he had to say is I have done this for 10 years. he literally told me he doesnt care about my tips. and even threatened to hit my husband. which my husband wasnt even there but that was just a sarcastic comment of him. Lu, is also an arrogant person. never going back ill post the job be did.

The owners mother did my pedicure and they came out very nice and she was also nice. But the owner has a lot of attitude he has inside and doesn’t take constructive criticism very well. My nails ARE HORRIBLE ive never had my nails down this BAD. His answer to everything is “I’ve done this for ten years” & I do not care how long you’ve been in business BAD NAILS IS BAD NAILS. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

This was just horrible the guy painted my toes so messy and my nails took about 2 hours because he kept on stalling and talking to customers i perder lu so much.

I love coming here. Been coming almost 2 years. Love my nails by Leu. My eyebrow are done perfect and my mink strips last longer than 2 week. Love it here

Took my niece and myself both for the first time yesterday. Clean place, everything is well organized. I did a full set of pink and white, and asked for a specific thickness in white. Often times no matter how I ask for it, it’s quite thin. Lu got it exactly how I asked!!!! Lu did an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. Tom did my pedicure and was amazing as well. Hope to make this my firm ‘go to’ spot!!!!

This is the first time I come here today and I loved it! Tom did my nails very well. I brought a reference photo and he tried to stay as true to it as possible. I am very happy with how they came out. I will be back again. :)

This is a reply to you. Just because someone doesnt agree with you or was not satisfied with the work doesnt mean to become defensive or upset. Every client has different preferences, styles, nail shapes. She did fix it afterwords and she spoke to me very nice and professional. She has great customer service. She made things better.I do not care to go back, everyone who has posted a not so-good review you respond upset. Just take the feedback and improve.All the best for you.

I rarely leave reviews especially if they’re not positive, but this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my life. Especially if you a person of color, do not patronize this business if you value respect and human decency. I went to this location to get my nails done for my grandmother’s funeral out of the country. I specifically requested a classic acrylic Pink French manicure with the ombré style. I even pointed to the nail color I wanted on the examples they lay out. I believe the owners are a husband and wife couple and the wife was my nail tech. I thought they were sweet and down to earth at first. She agreed and began doing my nails. I was on the phone with my mother the entire time discussing the funeral arrangements. When I looked up at the end I was completely shocked as the color was HOT PINK, almost NEON...and not the normal classic pink. Way too flashy for a funeral and not what I asked for. I politely let her know that this was not the color I wanted. She said that I should have told her to change it when she was doing it. I said, “but I pointed to the color I wanted in the beginning and I was talking to my mother the whole time”. She said well I thought this color would look good with your skin (I have dark skin). She told me it was too late to do anything about it bc she had to leave for a flight right away. Confused and unsure what to do, she told me to come back to the salon before my flight which was in a few days because she will have returned from her trip and she’ll fix it for me. I was very appreciative and thanked her and went on my way. I returned within the next few days (I believe 2) like she instructed me and the husband was the one who greeted me this time. I explained why I was there and he told me it is impossible to fix what I already had done because due to the ombré style, it would have to be completely redone; there was no way to change the color. I explained that his wife said otherwise and that she would in fact be able to change it. He said she was mistaken and that due to her time and artistry it would require an entirely new appointment especially bc he had a line full of customers before me. Seeing I was confused and disappointed, he instead told me he would be happy to accommodate me with one plain solid color instead. I thought that was a good compromise and even though I paid for the ombré look, I decided I can’t walk into a funeral wearing the attention-seeking color that I had. I waited in the line for about 10-15 minutes when I realized, “girl what are you doing? Your flight is tomorrow, you still have packing to do and bigger fish to fry...you’re burying your grandmother soon, it’s just nails! It’s not that serious, just keep what you already have and hold your head high”. I told the owners I appreciate them for accommodating me but I thought about it and it’s fine. He was extremely puzzled and said no you’re here already just wait and you’ll be next soon, I’ll re-do the color for you! I said no, that’s ok I appreciate it but I’ll just keep it how it is, I have to leave tomorrow and I should use the rest of my time today to get prepared. He threw his hands up and said “whatever”. I left for my trip the next day......once I arrived, the following day, my nails began breaking off one after one, day by day! I was so upset! My family members were even telling me how ridiculous it looked and saying where ever you got those nails done, you need to go your money back. I was humiliated. When I returned to Florida 5 days later, I came back to explain to the nail tech what had happened. When I arrived the husband was sitting outside and I politely came up to him and said hello, could I speak to you? He refused to look at me. I piped up my voice and said hi, I was here last week if you remember me. He said yeah, what do you need? I explained to him how after the first day of my trip, only having worn my nails for about 4-5 days at that point, my nails all started to break off daily, once two nails in a day. This has never ever happened to me before. He said, well, we’ve never

Lady is nice and can do good work, but if you get the gentleman beware. He still needs practice and my nails only last less than a week. They have already started to break. The attitude from him is not so well as well. If u can book with her =yes if not go elsewhere. Save ur money.

Yeah sure let the pretty pictures fool you. BUT THIS PLACE TAKES THE CAKE FOR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I was there WELL OVER AN HOUR! I went after a recomendation of a co-worker who had a great job done. They did my toes after waiting for 30 minutes of waiting. The lady started my manicure, then before putting on my polish, the lady went to do anothers Pedicure. They bounce from customer to customer and take a million years to get a simple mani-pedi done. Im sure theyre very talented but Im pissed I was left half done because of the terrible service .
