I have been coming to Bertica to do my Nails for over 17 years. I love how well she works. I have even taken my daughters to her. The salon is very clean and always full of great conversation and laughs.

Unfortunately a bad treatment towards their clients arrives at the salon at my time with my Nina all the employees glared at my Nina especially the hairdresser who works behind and then they ask me why I had not left my girl at my house It is a lack of respect towards my girl I am so frustrated and to think that there are people like that

I just got a gel mani pedi $25 for my birthday. Yanitza is a great nail tech, 1st time I get my nails done that Im actually satisfied. She cleans the edges, cuticles, has a conversation with you...very friendly. Low key salon, homey feel, clean.I highly recommend this nail salon

Unfortunately, my experience was bad because the lady doing my nails made me bleed both feet and hands. I couldn’t wear closed toe shoes for like 2 weeks!! because of how bad it would hurt to have anything against my feet.Other than this they were nice but please if you’re going to work in a nail salon make sure you know what you’re doing & you listen to your customer.

Best salon ever. Wax, nails, hair, everything in one place. All the workers all lovely and the salon is clean and beautiful. I highly Recommend this salon to everyone.

Ana treated me like an unwanted customer by making me wait while doing my manicure, and starting a pedicure for ”the one who always does her nails with me”.... Not just prepping the water, but actually beginning the pedi, until I asked how much longer she was going to take. At the end, she had the gall to schedule another appointment.Less than a week later, my gel nails have begun to lift and chip away.Not going back there again.

Cannot explain how happy I feel about finding this place!! I get my mani, pedi, hair, AND eyebrows down at Bertica’s salon and I am so content with all of it! The workers all have extremely caring and enjoyable personalities which makes each one of my visits so much better. I am very picky but after passing by many salons, I can definitely say that I’ll be sticking with this one for a long time.

It was a real pleasure to receive the attention of the Manicure Kasey, very professional, also from the administration, I could perceive her great concern, it is a very welcoming place.
