The receptionist/manager was very professional when I called to ask about a last minute walk in. My nail tech took his time even though they were closing soon and didn’t rush. At one point a utensil fell and he sterilized it at that very moment rather than “pretend like it didn’t happen” as I’ve had happen at other salons on numerous occasions. I will definitely revisit this salon and hope to get the same treatment with my next and hopefully future visits.

It was pleasant, not to pack, and they took very good care of me..they were up to code with the covid-19 situation, and their company was very sanitized plus they cleaned up, and also wiped down everything after everyone was there.

I love this place!!! So clean and comfortable. Jasmine is absolutely amazing!!!! She’s so sweet. I tried the dipping powder with her and it came out perfect 😊 Highly recommended her and this place.

The staff is wonderful sweet and honest. They provide amazing nails at great prices. Ive always left happy. Ive tried other places that have cheaper prices but always come back because they do a great job with a smile or none if youre not into chatting.

I can’t get enough of this place. It’s honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to. Whenever I go somewhere else, I end up super disappointed. It’s clean, friendly, & not rushed at all.

This place has the ratings they have for their cheap prices and the lack of decent places in the area. Not only do they do a bad manicure (no proper cuticular removal, gel color outside nails etc) but their COVID protocols are deplorable- these people do not even clean nor spray any area previously used by a client. You are better off sticking your nails in acid and they’ll come out better.

I’m not giving this place 5 because they are struggling with cleaning. I’m giving all the stars to the nail tech Linda . I’m very satisfied with her work.

$52 for gel manicure and regular pedicure is outrageous!! And to top it off the colors on the hand and feet do not match. I won’t bother going back. Most places charge $35-40 for that service. Only convenience at this place is you can walk in without an appointment.

Only giving it 2 stars because the people who work there (besides the snotty receptionist) are really nice. There are long wait times, loose covid restrictions, and the receptionist is unprofessional, unacommodating, and just overall lacks customer service skills. I feel bad for the other employees because they look absolutely miserable. Dont waste your time coming here, on top of everything its overpriced for the quality of work.

I paid $75 and my gel with acrylic manicure looks horrendous. I selected coffin shape and they look square because the nail tech missed a step. My nails also look very uneven and are very sharp. She kept missing steps. She also colored it too many times and improperly, making it look thick. She was also distracted with her phone while working on my manicure (which is a first for me in a nail salon). I would like to add that this was for an early appointment, which is usually when people have more energy. I am upset and will never return.

I had an awful experience once with Saile. The girl that sits in the back. She did my dip wrong. It wouldn’t dry. I sat there 1 hour waiting and it wouldn’t dry. After she had taken 3 hours to my nails. I asked her to fix it before I left. She refused to because she had just started another client. The lady next to her tried to fix it, but she said there was nothing that could be done. We would have to start over since the process had been done wrong completely. I asked if someone else could fix them. Everyone refused. I then asked her to please remove them so I could leave and go somewhere else to have them done right. She was at least willing to remove them for me. It was an absolute nightmare. The worse experience I’ve ever had at a Nail salon in my entire life. I was with my 4 year old son that had been looking forward to go to the pool. What should of taken 1 hour, took 6 hours. Finally, when I was able to leave. They actually had the nerve to tell me that I could leave until I paid for the services done. They wanted me to pay for my nails getting “done” and then for having them removed too. I stuck up my middle finger at them (I swear, I can count with one hand the amount of times I’ve done this) and I said “you have to be kidding if you think I will pay for nothing being done.” It was absolutely humiliating and absolutely unprofessional. After going here weekly for 2 years as a loyal customer and giving good tips I never went again. I learned they do not care for or appreciate their clients at all. I am disgusted by the decisions they made that day. None of the staff spoke up to say what they were doing was an injustice. They’re all equally unprofessional. Do not go to this place. It will be your worse nightmare one day!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Way back to when the first original owners had the place and Helen was there. It used to be AMAZING & was always full! But they were fast and very customer service orientated. After a couple months of the new management this place has gotten terrible! New owner & son are extremely rude and employees keep leaving. Every time I finally find someone I like they leave. Always new faces. So it’s a roll of the dice how your nails will come out. Super over priced for the experience / service. I just paid $51 for horrible nails (refill + polish change on feet.) not worth it.

My fav nail tech is Hanna. She always does a great job and the acrylics last for weeks ! I have gone to a lot of places without feeling the same.. and I play sports !! They really last and she does cool designs.

Ive going to this nail salon for some years. The place is clean and neat. I first started with Nina. Upon my long absence I went back and I was told she no longer work there. Bummer, I thought! Then, I met Lili. After a long absence again I was told she no longer worked there. I tried another nail salon and they were busy cleaning upon my arrival. I went back once again. The lady that did my nails was an older woman. She did a great job compared to my two ladies I patronized often. I was fairly impressed might I add. The price is a bit more compared to other nail studios in the area. Well, they up graded the place and moved to the end of the building for a bigger space. Of customers have to pay for that ;). They have appointments and they value the appointments slots, thats great. Ill continue going until I find one closer to my house. Overall, I like going there

I can’t say enough about Kim, she’s simply the BEST.

I come here a lot because it is near my work. The best thing is that they have enough staff so you never have to wait long. For the most part they always do a good job. Some are better than others but Ive never had anyone do a bad job. I wish you could tip on the card but there is an atm in store.

I have been coming here now for a year and I have to say that the price and job is amazing. I havent had a any issue until this week 2 of my thumb nails where cracking in the corners. I went back to get a gel polish change and to change was $20 so I opt just to change the two and the manager Tommy took ownership of my situation and did it for free. What a great customer experience that is why I will keep coming here. Thank you!!

Big, clean space and very professional and friendly staff. My nail tech Michael was very personable, nice, and funny. I can tell he is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work - definitely didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I got a gel mani including the soak off of the previous gel I had on my nails. It was only $26. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Always have a great a experience at this salon. It’s the only one I go to when I’m in town. 100% recommend Hanna, she does the best acrylic nails ever and always gets the shape perfect.

This is a very nice salon that is like a one stop shop as you can get nails, hair and skin care. However, the service is not consistant. Not all the technicians are equally skilled. So its a gamble if itll be worth the money.

This place is New & nicely decorated. It is very clean which is #1 for me! Viviana did a great job on my manicure & pedicure.

Nail lady was super in a rush doing my nails... did not feel like she took her time and effort and not to mention one nail is crooked even after the fact I addressed it to her twice. Super unhappy.

Very poor customer service. I came in at 9:55 am, I am a regular customer, there was 1 technician there. The receptionist told her that I came in to fix my nail if she could fix it, I would be paying and tipping for the service. The nail technician said no and sat at a pedicure chair to get a massage. The receptionist then asked me to come back at a later time when they had more technicians because the only technician available refused to give me a service. I am so dissapointed at their terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this place again and will not recommend it either.

I have never written a review in my life on anything. I am so disappointed I always go to this nail place and get long to do my nails. About a week ago I went in and he wasn’t there so they gave an old guy that’s sits all the way in the end. A week later I wake up to horrible pain in my finger nail and redness. I wait a day and see what happens I still feel the same. Next day my pain is worse. I go to the urgent care and they tell me I have an infection from a nail salon !!!! I am in so much pain they had to drain my finger and give me antibiotics I had to pay all these medical bills because of someone not cleaning an instrument or knowing how to do something correctly. I can’t describe my pain but iTs so bad I had to come to urgent care. I went to the nail salon as well and I told them I got an infection and they told me that they didn’t do anything to my and that’s its my fault. How are you going to blame me when I don’t even do my own nails or nothing and I got a manicure ofcourse you touched my nails. I don’t ever want to even get my nails done because I’m so scared for this to happen again.

Dont know whay happened. New owners. Went today for a gel manicure. Not good and went up to $28.00. Where is the previous owner n my favorite manicurist. Lily. Over 10 yrs was with her.

Pretty venue. a little on the pricey side. I got a basic pedi and a full set, with french polish. The tech did not do a good paint job. My nails alone was $33, I wouldnt return, the paint job dryed and was full of bubbles, 4 days later and my nails look dull and appear to be press on nails from a drug store.

The service was terrible, I did my mani pedi with the old man that seats in the back, he doesnt understand what i want, and he was rushing, never come back to this place again.

I love the hair stylist Barbie. She’s great. I miss Gale and Teddy.

Do not waste your money here. Did my lashes for them to come off the next day(they’re suppose to last two weeks) super expensive for nothing.

I try to get my nails done every week because of my job position . but somehow every Monday when I go there the receptionist can never find any of my appointments and when I take anyone the nail technicians are just impolite . You can tell that they don’t want to work in there

Tried this salon for the first time they are over priced, my nails didnt even last to the car I had to go back in and have some repainted the ones I didnt stayed bad. Hasnt even been a week and they start falling off. The tech cut my toe nail while getting a pedi. Place is nice but service I got was not good.

My GEL polish Peeled after less than one week!!!

I went in asked how much for acrylic nails I was told $25 then i picked a color I ask how much for gel they told me $30 so I said okay go ahead when I went to pay they charge me $38 when I had asked before hand and I even repeated it he told me yes. Then comes to say no he “didn’t” say that didn’t respect the price first given.
