When the nail Polish on your feet looks NOTHING like on your hands; that’s poor quality. Should look close at least but I literally got dark brown in the toes and dark red on my hands. HORRIBLE! The only thing they can say is the consistency is different and want to add more layers to the 3 they put on already. So then it will peel faster!!! Terrible! So unhappy with this visit I had to write this review! If I could give this visit no stars, I would. After so many years coming here, I think it will be the last.

Been going there since 2012 but as of lately they service is horrible. They will have all 3 workers doing nails while you wait hours to get a simple wash. Today was my last time every going there I didn’t even wait to get my hair washed I left and went to the salon 💇🏾‍♀️ next to publix .. listen DO NOT GO HERE . They are rude and very short staffed

Made an appointment at 9:30am to get my hair and nails done. I called them the day before to let them know Im bringing a friend with me. 2 hours later, still no service. They sat everyone who came after me before me. Only had time to get my friends trim and leave. Never coming back again.

I was burnt on the forehead by the owner while she blow dryer my hair. I now have a scar on my head, which I think is permanent and to her it is only worth $25. Not good business at all and she showed no remorse.

Made an appointment for 11:30 came at 11:45am I was told to sit down me and my grandmother where waiting for services someone walked in after us and was able to be seen it is 1:10pm when I saw this I became extremely disappointed and disgusted as I never thought this was one of those type of places I have been here before and so I wanted to introduce my grandmother to somewhere new when I approached the owner she stated that they where behind didn’t look too much to me if someone could walk in and be seen extremely dissatisfied in this place

Don’t go to this salon they talk sh...t about people when they leave the salon and complain about the tip they get in Spanish.And the polish will only last 2or 3 days

I called and asked what was the price through the phone, and they said come to the store and check for Yourself. The obviously didn’t give me a good first impression. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me the price of what I wanted to do one my nails.

This place is a hidden gem, they are super friendly and offer a really good service I strongly recommend it.

This place is extremely nice and lovely. They offer you coffee and champagne, they treat you awesome and has a pleasant atmosphere...... WHEN the owner is there! I went here on two separate occasions.. once with the owner there and once without... The 1st time I had the best experience that I had to go back a second time! The second time however was awful! When I first arrived I was told one price for my blow out (which was I believe it was $35).. While washing my hair the lady that was washing my hair started speaking in Spanish to another lady... She came over and explained that my hair was longer than expected so it would be more I think $20 more.. That wasnt a big deal! However just a few weeks back I payed $20 less or better service and my hair was the same length! My blow out lasted MAYBE an hour before my hair started reverting ( the first time the young lady took her time and flat iron my hair to make sure it was bone straight... I loved it!) the lady that did my hair the 2nd time seem like she didnt want to be there.. she was extremely rough.... they just werent as pleasant as the first time I went there with the owner which sucks because seem like such an awesome person... I hope she find people to work for her thatll help her succeed!

My nails came out nice at first but after 2 days it was already chipping mind you it was gel polish. I felt the ladies rushed way to much when doing my nails.

BEWARE! These people will bait and switch you!. They WILL NOT honor their Groupon advert for a Keratin Straightening treatment and acquire sudden amnesia about any such service. A salon full of hair stylists yet none seem to know what Keratin is. Youll be told to speak with the owner directly, only to be berated and called a liar for purchasing any such service. Horrible customer service, ignorant staff and impossible to communicate with unless you speak little Havana.

Everytime i call to make an appointment no one can do my nails . There is always a silly excuse . 0 professionalism . The person that receive the calls hang you up in your face without telling you . Never call again . A totally waste of time .

If I could I would give this place NO STAR the staff is nice but the Owner has no idea the meaning of Customer service I was explaining to her that I purchased a groupon for her beauty shop for a Keratin treatment she flat out said that the groupon was not for that. I was trying to explained that I bought the higher price groupon at $101 that clearly stated that it was for a Keratin treatment and she said that was not the case. I told her then she was falsely advertising a service that she is not providing she started yelling at me and wouldnt even let me speak. I will make it a point to tell everyone what a horrible owner she is and not to buy her groupons because she does not honor them for the service she is advising.

I took my 9 year old daughter and she was treated very well. She was amazed with the service and the cut. He congratulated them, they do a very good job.

It really is one of the few salons where you are pampered and where the attention is so personalized. I always leave delighted with everyones work, and I recommend them 100%. The owner is a super nice Colombian and works alongside her employees so that you are satisfied.

My hope here in this place has been very good, the coffee has been attended to from the moment you arrive, there is a greeting, smile, from the employees, Bianca Angela, the skinny one, God bless you.

Terrible service, DO NOT GO THERE! went to get my gel nail polish removed, employees were not busy and I was not attended because nobody wanted to take me. After being there for over an hour, just to have my nail polish removed, I was told by the owner, or somebody in charge, I needed to pay $ 10 when they had previously charged me only $ 3. RIDICULOUS !!!! I could had gotten a manicure! Apparently they didnt have many clients that day and decided to rip me off. I feel very offended and unappreciatedI feel very offended, if you want a good deal and a fair price DO NOT GO !! I had to wait more than 1 hour to be attended when I only wanted to remove gel paint, the clerks were free and nobody offered to help me. In the end, the owner ended up charging me $ 10 when in the past I have only been charged $ 3 for the same service. It would have been better to get a full manicure. Terrible and unfair experience, I feel like I was shamelessly ripped off.
