I went with my sister to get her nails done today at this salon, she showed the guy what she wanted and it was matte brown nails with pink hearts on the ring finger. he painted her nails glittery brown and told her he wanted to draw cherries and a rainbow. instead of doing her nails the way she wanted, he did them completely different and made her pay $50 for something she didn’t even ask for. this salon is completely unprofessional and kevin needs to learn how to do what his clients ask for, not what he wants to do.

I went to the nail salon for nail removal, instead of doing it properly, they just ripped them off and ground my nails with a machine until I was basically bleeding, this is the most painful and worst experience I have ever had. She basically rip my nails. Now my nails are all cracked
